Sotogrande is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Costa del Sol and is regarded as being one of the best in Europe. The Sotogrande Marina is probably the most popular attraction of the complex and is often referred to as 'Little Venice'. This apartment is situated between the Marina and the Port of Sotogrande on the most prestigious Island in Sotogrande. Situated right on the waterfront with its own garden & plunge/pool, it is only minutes to walk to the beach and the Port where there is a variety of restaurants, bars, banks, shops. It is easily accessible by car to towns such as Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is fitted with heating & air conditioning.(subject to conditions)> Please enquire when booking for availability of cot & highchair. If cot is booked we ask that clients to provide their own linen. Airport transfer & driver available by prior arrangement. Outside: The patio is covered looking out to the waterfront with full al fresco dining facilities & seating facilities. The patio leads onto the grassed garden and another patio to the side of the apartment. This patio is near the waterfront and overlooks the moored boats which makes it ideal for morning breakfasts and evening meals. The main garden has its own private pool with parasol, sunloungers, etc: Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels & linens are provided. Maid service can provided at extra cost. Other: There is a large entrance hall with guest cloakroom. Entry is by videophone with 24 hour security on both the Island and in the resort. There is also private parking. A lift services the apartment.

Excellent villa in an excellent location!

We had a great stay at the villa (Thanks Shan), stayed for 5 days with my 2 brothers on a golfing trip. Very spacious villa and as described, great kitchen with everything you need. Garden overlooks the beautiful marina and great to have your own pool especially after golfing for the day. Loads of courses near by including the stunning Valderrama and La Reserva, some great bars and restaurants nearby too - the best food being at the Belgian Brasserie, simply stunning. Oh do not try the local Chinese though, tragic!!!

The beach is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment.


The apartment is:-

20 min from Gibraltar airport.

50 min from Malaga airport.

75 min from Jerez airport.

A car although not a necessity, once you have reached Sotogrande, but would be recommended to travel further afield.


Marbella & Puerto Banus are about 1/2 hours drive. There are numerous trips to North Africa to Tarifa & Cadiz.

Less than 45 minutes away you will find historic sites, museum, theatre/cinema, theme park, zoo, large shopping areas and numerous restaurants.

Further Details:

The apartment is ideally suited for the following activities: - sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, polo fields, beach clubs of Sotogrande. At the the hotel Almenara there is a spa with health & beauty facilities, for the total relaxing holiday in a luxurious resort.
