Lovely villa with private pool in semi-rural location

This modern southish-facing, airy and bright detached villa stands in its own extensive walled garden with large private pool. The villa is one of 3 similar villas in a private gated community at the end of a cul-de-sac. Two spacious pool patios, six sunbeds and several umbrellas, BBQ patio as well as 1st floor balcony patio. Well equipped with comfortable, stylish, contemporary furnishings. Decorative style is clean lines and simplicity. Price includes A/C in all bedrooms. Situated in a quiet, semi-rural location but near to Almancil town centre with an extensive choice of shops and restaurants. Close to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago golfing and tennis resorts. Internet access now available at no extra charge as well as UK TV channels. All home comforts are provided which includes a well equipped kitchen, hairdryers and bath and beach towels. There are two large bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and one smaller room with twin beds. The garden and pool are lit in the evening.

Superb Villa

We have stayed in villas all over the world and this is up there with the best. Lovely quiet setting. Excellent spacious villa with terrific garden and good sized pool. The villa has everything you can think of. Great communication with Krys the owner in the UK and Bill the manager who lives locally, not far from the villa. Best security in any property we have rented. You will need a car - although you can easily walk into Almancil, which has 3 supermarkets and loads of shops and restaurants/cafes. The lovely resorts of Quinta, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura are just a very short drive away. Superb, fully equipped villa. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Villa

The Villa was lovely with everything you needed, close to many places to visit. Krys the owner was very helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to go back.

Great villa

We had a lovely holiday in this villa, really good size and clean. We went with children and they really enjoyed the pool. Great location close to airport we had a hire car again was close to Vilamoura and the beach. We would happily stay in this villa again.

Family holiday April 2022

This villa exceeded our expectations. The property manager was incredibly helpful and informative before and during our trip. The outside space is fantastic and whilst the pool was a bit cold at this time of year for adults - this didn’t put our kids off. The inside space was more than adequate, very clean with a very large master bedroom upstairs. The only thing worth consideration is that the property sits at the end of a steep narrow windy road and a rental car would be highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa with Amazing Outdoor Space & Swimming Pool!!!

Just returned from a week stay and already missing being there!! The whole week was like living in paradise! The villa is situated just outside of Almancil and Quinta de Labo, so would recommend hiring a car to get around. We loved the fact that it was just outside the more popular resorts as this gave peace and tranquility. The out door space is wonderful and gets the sun from sunrise to sunset. The owner Krys was absolutely fantastic communicating all necessary and great information on the villa and surrounding areas. Another advantage of this villa is its only 15-20 mins from the airport which makes the whole travelling part very easy. When we decide to return to the Algarve this villa will be the only place we return too.

Why they chose this property

We bought this villa in 2004. It is within the Golden Triangle yet is in a semi rural position which means you can get well away from the busier parts of the Algarve. Apart from the two houses either side, our neighbours are all Portuguese. The Portuguese are exceptionally friendly and almost all speak excellent English.

What makes this property unique

We use the villa as a home and we do not consider it solely as a rental/business opportunity. We hope that you, too, will feel completely at home and where you will see that we have tries to think of everything you will need.

There is a travel cot & bedding, baby changing mat, stair gate and a high chair for those of you with little ones.
