Villa in Albir, Costa Blanca - Peaceful Location, Walking Distance to the Beach and Bars/Restaurants

This beautiful house is in a great location just 15 minutes walk from the beach and with easy access to all the local shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

A really comfortable house with everything you need for your stay, enjoy the private garden with BBQ and sunbeds for soaking up the sun or take a dip in the quiet communal

pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

The spacious house is beautifully furnished throughout and has a large entrance hall, large kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and everything a cook could need. The lounge has UK TV and internet access is available as a supplement. Large doors open from the lounge to the beautiful garden which has BBQ, table and chairs for Al Fresco dining and sun beds.

Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom which has fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and sliding doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the lovely communal gardens and pool. There are a further two twin bedrooms, both with wardrobes and ceiling fan. There is also a family shower room.

For your comfort, hot and cold air conditioning is available and for long term rental over the winter months, there is gas central heating .

A gate in the garden leads directly to the pool, just a few short steps away. The pool is quiet and set in beautiful gardens with plenty of space for sunbathing.

About Kath

My Husband and I (Ian & Kath) have been travelling to this area for over 30 years and loved it so much we eventually invested in our own property 5 years ago. In that time we have rented to numerous people, many of whom come back year after year.

Part of our business in England is renting property so we know how important it is to have property kept in tip-top condition. It is our belief and our intention to ensure that our house in Albir is pritstine in every way so holiday makers always enjoy the very best of luxury.

Now our children are young adults they also enjoy the house with their friends so it really does cater for all age groups.

We love the area and from the response we get from guests, we know others feel the same way too.

Why Kath chose Benidorm Area

We have been frequent visitors to Albir on and off for the past 30 years+ and have watched it grow from a tiny village into the much more cosmopolitan friendly town it is today.

We would have bought in Albir many years ago but have seen the pit-falls generated by not living on or near the property you own. We are now blessed with having friends who look after the property in our absence. Over the past five years this has worked extremely well both for ourselves and our holiday guests.

Now our children are up, we have a more relaxed and sedate holiday, however, Albir overs an adundance of activities for all ages, including sport enthusiasts With the beautiful mountains as a back drop and the range of beautiful beaches to choose from, what more do you need?

What makes this house unique

Whilst the house is on a complex of 40 houses it is very private and peaceful and only 20 paces to the pool. Even in peak season we have either had the pool to ourselves or shared it with another family.

Being self contained means no dashing out to put towels on sunbeds, you have the luxury of your own space and your own timetable. (We provide beach towels) The property offers spacious and private seculded grounds with two separate eating areas. We have two bbq's depending on the size of your party, one built in and one free standing.

The house has been beautifuly furnished and decorated throughout. Is extremely well equipped offering you every confort and amenity you could wish for. If you have any special needs we will do our utmost to accommodate your wishes ie. cots etc...

Great Holiday

Just spent a week at this villa with my family (6 adults and 2 babies in total), had a great holiday here. The accomodation was as described, clean and well maintained, comfortable beds too. Nice walk into Albir to sample the bars and restaurants, this property is within a residential area of similar properties. Was useful having a local contact (Richard) who assisted with pick-ups, local knowledge etc. Would recommend this place as well as resort itself, hire car would be useful particularly for transfer to/from airport although I used Resorthoppa. Sky TV was a bonus !

Beautiful, with a few "buts".....

this is probably the best accommodation we have had in Spain, the house is beautifully furnished, lovely and clean, and very well equipped.

BUT...... I feel there a few things that need a mention!! construction work across the road is one, but this isn't too bad.... when you compare it with the noise from the aparthotel across the back, or the dreadful noise from the nearby neighbours, the patio area is fabulous, but is right next to the car park, so again another " peace disturber". We may have been unlucky, but you have to remember this is mostly a residential area. Nevertheless, we had a good time, and Albir is great. The house is perfectly positioned for a stroll into town, with a great choice of restaurants and bars, and very good local supermarkets.

We are not disabled, but I wouldn't eecommend this house for anyone with walking difficulties, as there are 10 steps up to the front door!

Great Villa

Just returned from this wonderful Villa .I travelled with 3 Lady friends.

Photos on Owners Direct do not do it justice,

Clean, well equipped.Pool very close to Villa.Always quiet.We did not hire a Car.Easy walk to sea front , shops etc but uphill back.

Best of both worlds - plenty to do in Albir but close to Benidorm .( 10 euros one way in a taxi ).

Kath gave me a contact to arrange transport to and from the Airport.

Would most certainly return.

Nearest Airport : Alicante at 50 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Albir at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Alicante at 45 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Las Rejas or Sierra Cortina at 5 Kilometres Nearest Train : Albir at 1.5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : AP7 at 2 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Albir at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Albir at 0.5 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Our property is located just a short walk from the beautiful beach of Albir which has a long promenade lined with restaurants and shops. The beach has pebbles and has shallow shelving making it great for kids or those with walking difficulties. Walk from the promenade all the way to the beautiful town of Altea. Each town has a market on different days, great for picking up your fresh fruit and vegetables or souvenirs.

There is always plenty to see and do in the town which is lively and bustling all year round, plenty of shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants to enjoy. Why not take the bus route from Albir and visit the other nearby towns and attractions at Altea, Alfaz del Pi or the famous resort of Benidorm.

Within a short drive, or take the bus from Benidorm, visit the waterfalls of Algar, the mountain top village of Guadalest or the theme parks and water parks that are well known in the area.

Golf is great on this coast and there are many courses to choose from whatever your level.

You can take the train which is a fabulous coastal route to Alicante or ride North as far as Denia.

There is lots of entertainment in the evening, enjoy a meal and then watch a live band or visit Benidorm Palace for a professional performance of dance, music and much more. There are wine tours, walking groups, karting, organised cycling rides as well as water sports to enjoy either in Albir itself or just a short distance away.

Enjoy the beautiful sunshine that this coast offers all year as well as the lively fiestas and spring almond blossom. Great for all ages and this property is also available for longer lets over the winter months.

The vacation of the property on time is very important to ensure that it is cleaned for the new arrivals.
Where necessary arrangements can be made for storage of luggage (by prior arrangement) so you can enjoy the remaining hours of your holiday. Likewise if you are arriving early to ensure your holiday gets off to a good start.
