I live in Southampton, England with my husband. I have a son and two married daughters and four grandchildren. We bought our apartment in Peyia, Cyprus as a way of saving for our pension,after holidaying there for a few years. We have made quite a few friends in Cyprus and we enjoy catching up with them all when we are over on holiday.

A really lovely apartment with everything you need in an ideal location. Beautiful views on the terrace , nice quiet area but close enough to good restaurants, shops and pubs. Hot tub is a nice extra . Bob and Annette have thought of everything to make your stay the best . Would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Cyprus and would love to return again at a later date.

Fantastic Apartment

This is our second 4 week holiday at this amazing apartment, it has everything you will need for the perfect holiday. Mary & John who look after the apartment were very helpful with a couple of problems we had. I would recommend this apartment to friends & relatives. We hope to return next year.

Excellent location and views

This is the 1st time we have used this type of accommodation and certainly won't be the last especially at this apartment.everthing that was required to make an enjoyable holiday is here,from the fantastic fridge/freezer, pool and hot tub to all the useful items that are needed to make life chilled and relaxed whilst on holiday.All the info that was sent by Annette wether it be directions,good beaches,places to eat,local activities and many other things which I could mention were very useful.I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants an enjoyable holiday,we had 2 children to keep amused and that was no problem whatsoever. I would like to thank Bob and Annette immensely for the use of their property and making this 1 of the best holidays ever- just wished we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic apartment!!

We were really impressed with the apartment. It was very clean and well equipped -fridge with ice maker an added bonus. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of shade (when required) and the hot tub was absolutely fantastic! The apartment has lovely views and was very quiet but only a 5 min walk to the main road where the shops and restaurants are. The best apartment we have ever stayed at and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartment with fantastic views

The apartment is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views are fabulous and we can't believe we were the first people to stay there this year. It's a real gem and one we would hope to return to in the not too distant future. Many thanks to the owners Annette and Bob. You have a fantastic apartment in a beautifully quiet location.

A lovely apartment

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 4 weeks in September, it had everything we needed and more. I have stayed in apartments in Peyia many times before but this 1 was by far the best. We hope to return next next year. Highly recommended

The apartment is in a lovely quiet cul de sac just 6 minutes walk into the lovely village of Peyia, and only 5 minutes by car to prettyCoral Bay beach. It is furnished to a very high standard and benefits from its own hot tub/spa.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos at 31.2 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Coral Bay at 1.5 Kilometres Car: recommended

Special interest holidays:

Horse riding, go-karting, water parks, aquarium, bird park, Paragliding, and Quad Biking, all within 20/30 min drive,

Coast/Beach:

The sandy beach of Coral Bay is 5 mins drive away.

Travel:

Paphos airport is 30/40 minutes drive.

Kato Paphos is 15 minutes drive.

Car hire recommended to enjoy best of Cyprus.

Distances:

Peyia village about 5 minutes walk. Coral Bay shops / beach 5 mins by car. Water park 20 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Paphos has plenty to entertain from karaoke to history to beautiful mountain walks.
