The private rear garden of our property opens onto the St Cyprien Championship Golf Course providing views of the Pyrenees. Easy access to town with its picturesque and friendly marina, providing a selection of shops and a great variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. A stone's throw from the Spanish border, with excellent road and rail links to Barcelona, Pyrennean ski resort and duty free shopping in Andorra. The area is steeped in history and can provide everything for the holidaymaker, not forgetting the superb wines, food and overall ambience.

Quite, yet well located apartment

We had a really pleasant stay with our 2 dogs. Well situated for the beach and nearby facilities. The apartment was well stocked, with everything that we needed for our stay. The terrace leads on to a grassed area at the rear, which made it feel nice and private. A good base for a holiday with further beaches and shopping areas available in the nearby towns, so plenty of choice.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a really relaxing holiday. The apartment is easy to find in a quiet location and has dedicated parking. It is well equipped and ideally situated. We enjoyed the scenery of the Pyrenees, drives into Spain and Andorra and local trips to villages and beaches, all are in easy reach. The apartment provides a base for any sort of holiday that suits you and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We had one of our best holidays ever, total relaxation, great food and wine and magnificent scenery.

The apartment is perfectly situated for beaches, touring, restaurants, bars or just a BBQ in the wonderful gardens

We would recommend this apartment to everybody.

Coast/Beach:

St Cyprien beach is only a 2 minute drive, 10 minute walk away. This is a superb long, safe sandy beach and in the summer there are several beach bars dotted along the coast. In addition, Canet Plage beach is only a 10 minute drive away and Argeles beach only 15 minute drive.The town has many restaurants and bars to visit all within walking distance of the apartment. There is also lots of activities for children to do.

The attractive coastal town of Collioure is a 20 minute drive away where you will see the pretty colourful houses and fishing boats, surrounded by beautiful restaurants.

Travel:

Perpignan airport is the nearest airport being only a 20 minute drive away. Alternatively Gerona airport in Spain will only take just over the hour to reach the apartment. Cheap airlines fly to both of these airports. A little further drive away is Toulouse which is approximately 1 hour 30 minute drive away.

Distances:

Perpignan is a small old french city where you can enjoy the many shops and restaurants. Carcasonne is approximately 1 hour away where you can explore the old castle and the variety of shops and restaurants. Chateau Valmy is the nearest Chateau where you can enjoy a wine tasting tour and buy the exquisite wine that you have sampled.

Further Details:

The Marina at St Cyprien has many shops and bars and small funfair for children. Here you can hire bikes for the day and enjoy looking at the many boats that are moored there.

Booking Notes:
The property is available all year and a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking plus a £100 returnable breakage/cancellation deposit. The balance of the money is due 10 weeks before departure. If booking within the 10 week period, the full amount would be payable, plus the £100 breakage/cancellation deposit.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is our usual changeover day, but if the apartment is required out of season this is more flexible. Arrival time after 4pm and departure before 10am please.

20% on booking together with £100 security deposit (returned when keys have been sent back) and balance 8 weeks before departure.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
