Luxury Cottage in Beautiful Rural Herefordshire - ETC 4 Star

Overview

Property

Updated: 14-Oct-2016
Bramley Cottage, Pencoyd, Nr. Hereford/ Ross-On-Wye - Peaceful Location in the Wye Valley

Bramley Cottage lies in the heart of the Wye Valley in the small peaceful hamlet of Pencoyd, close to its delightful church. Situated near to the main residence, this newly converted luxury holiday cottage is only five miles from the picturesque town of Ross-On-Wye and near to the Cathedral town of Hereford, famous for the Mappa Mundi and the tradition of cider making.

Herefordshire, the Wye Valley and the Golden Valley are all very much unexplored and undiscovered areas of England, hidden beyond the Cotswolds from London and nestling against the borders of Wales. It is therefore peaceful and picturesque, away from the hussle and bussle of traffic, but never far from wonderful country pubs of which there are many within just minutes of Bramley Cottage.

The cottage provides the perfect holiday location from which to explore the stunning countryside, whether on foot along the banks of the River Wye to Symonds Yat, or on bikes through the Forest of Dean or along the Black Mountains.

Short breaks are available - please see our website

Best relaxing holiday ever!

  • 5 of 5

We were made so welcome from the second we arrived. Amazing welcome pack full of goodies. The cottage had everything you needed and was so quiet we didn't hear a thing. We relaxed so much as we were made to feel very very welcome. Beautiful countryside, situated right next to a pretty orchard. Have come back feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Thank you.

A Lovely visit to remember

  • 5 of 5

We arrived after following the route instructions provided by Lucy, who made us very welcome, not to mention their lovely Labrador who gave us

a great welcome too,it was like being at home with ours, although theirs is better behaved.

Lucy showed us this beautiful cottage, it was as advertised on Owners Direct even better, We had a welcome basket filled with a wonderful home made lemon drizzle cake, cider and other goodies, fridge had milk, butter and eggs.

The beds were the most comfortable we have slept in, It was 5 star accommodation, beautifully decorated throughout.Lucy left lots of

information of things to see in the area and places to visit.

We have certainly told our friends about this lovely cottage, and we will

stay again, as there is a lot more to see and do.
