This air conditioned apartment is located in a quiet residential block, not far from Puerto Portals and Palma. The south/east facing terrace set above a mediterranean garden, overlooks the bay of Palma. There is a pool and a children's pool available to guests on the waterfront and direct access to the sea. Very close to a variety of beaches, shops and restaurants this 2 bedroom apartment is fully equipped for rental.

Lovely clean apartment with great views

We had a great time in Illetas. The apartment is very Clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with Everything you need. Vanessa was very nice and explained Everything to us when we arrived at the apartment. We will definitely be back again. The pool area is very relaxing and is nice to be able to swim in the ocean as well.

Super Apartment

This apartment is on the Zodiac complex, its very convenient for the bays for a great beach holiday

and wonderful swimming in the sea,. Palma a short ride away too.

The apartment is very bright and clean and has a wonderful sea view, i stayed last year and returned

again this year .

A lovely apartment

We stayed in the apartment for one week over half term in June 2016 and had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment has a great sea view, is well equipped and spacious. The gardens and pool area are clean and well maintained and the apartment well situated for trips into Palma. We were made to feel extremely welcome on our arrival and extra efforts had gone in to getting us provisions for our first night , including a bottle of wine - thank you!

Clean, well presented and well equipped

Situated very close to supermarkets and Illetas Bay with its wonderful beach. Amongst very well cared for grounds with a few manageable steps to a very pleasant pool area with ample loungers. Good mix of sunny spits and shaded areas. Great views of the bay from the pool area and adjacent to the RIU Bonanza Playa. We enjoyed a peaceful and restful week mid May. Vanessa who was the local contact greeted us and was always on hand for any problems. Wi-Fi was very good and a handful of English TV channels available. The whole experience from booking the apartment to when we left was great. The walk into Portals Nous takes about 30 mins and a bus to Palma Nova is €1.50. Definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Coast/Beach:

There are 4 beaches between 5 and 15 minutes walk away. You can enjoy an exclusive Beach Club which becomes a restaurant and nightclub in the evening. The beach of Portals is only a 5 mins drive away and a further 5 mins drive will take you to any of the 3 beaches in Palma Nova.

Travel:

Palma Airport is 20 mins drive away whilst the port of Palma is 10 mins drive. There is a bus service into Palma City every 30 mins. Porters can easily arrange for taxis. There are several car hire companies near the apartment and although it is not essential, car hire is recommended if you want explore the island. There are a couple of public parking lots not far from the apartment.

Distances:

The apartment is in a small coastal resort 10 mins drive from Palma City´s historical old town and Cathedral. The exclusive Puerto Portals is 5 mins drive away whilst Port of Andraitx is 25 mins. The sleepy northern villages of Valdemossa and Deia are about 40 mins drive. The village of Genova, famous for its Mallorcan restaurants and the caves is only 10 mins drive away.

Further Details:

The area has numerous small bars and restaurants and there are a couple of supermarkets close to the apartment. The 5 star Hotel Maricel is 5 mins walk away where you have to book to enjoy their recently awarded best breakfast in the world. You are also close to several top quality hotels where you can enjoy their services including health and spa and entertainment. Puerto Portals is close by and provides numerous top quality restaurants and trendy shops.
