About Shan Hale

My name is Shan, after many holidays to the Algarve, Portugal we decided to purchase a brand new villa so that we had a bolt hole to go to in the sun. It is a home away from home for our family and we spend many weeks here during the year. I have a property Manager in Portugal who looks after all our clients, she meets them at the property and shows them how everything works, she is a fluent English speaker, and will deal with any problems during your stay.

Why Shan Hale chose Albufeira

We purchased the property after many holidays to the Algarve. The property was new. The bathrooms and kitchen are all of a high standard and the property is well laid out with views to the rear of the property overlooking fields and the night lights of Albufeira in the distance. We love the area with its many sandy beaches and golf courses which are only 5 minutes drive from the property. The children have had many happy hours visiting Zoo Marine which is just down the road and the property is very close to Cliff Richard's Vineyard and the Algarve Shopping Centre with its beautiful shops, cinemas and eateries. We are only 3 minutes from Guia which is lovely local village with numerous restaurants that come to life at night.

What makes this house unique

The property is very conveniently situated to explore the Algarve from. The Sandy beaches are within five minutes drive, there is a bus which goes from the end of the road which takes you into the Old and New Towns of Albufeira, this bus runs every half hour and is very convenient. Portimao which is worth a visit is about 20 minutes by car and the Monchique Mountains about 40 minutes by car. There are so many beaches and things to discover in this area we never get tired of it - and best of all is the hot weather! If you want to find out more about our property or want advice on what you might be able to do in the area I am quite happy to have a chat and fill you in on a few things. This is an ideal holiday home which is very family friendly.
