Villa 'La Citronneraie' is a modern holiday home, ideally located in the green hills directly surrounding the centre of cosmopolitan Nice. From the villa you have many great views; from the deep blue Mediterranean Sea to the Southern Alps and from the city of Nice itself to the mountains that surround Monaco. It is only a five minute drive to beautiful Russian Church and the Nice Central Trainstation (2 miles from the villa). To the beach, the famous 'Promenade des Anglais' and the cozy Nice city centre it is just a few minutes more. With all the advantages of the city-centre of Nice nearby you can at the same time enjoy the space and privacy of our 3500 square meter (40000 square feet) property: a private heated pool (April-October), a big garden with palm- and fruittrees, 2 spectacular outdoor sunterraces and a 8-persons spa with direct seaview !

The villa has a floor area over 300 square meters. 'La Citronneraie' has a large living room with in the evening a stunning view over the enlightened city of Nice. Furthermore, the villa has an Italian-designed, fully equipped kitchen, 6/7 bedrooms and 6 ensuite bathrooms. A holiday home with modern facilities such as air conditioning, free wireless broadband internet, DVD and 7 TV's including satellite TV. About Anita Peeters

We are a family from the North of Europe (the Netherlands) and we did buy this villa villa 10 years ago as a secondary residence to stay more often in the sunny Cote d'Azur. After visiting almost 100 properties we selected "Villa La Citronneraie" because of its perfect location: a big 3500sqm property very near the centre of Nice with breathtaking views. As a family we still are spending at least twice a year a holiday at the villa and we have fallen in love with the city of Nice and the beautiful surroundings !

Regularly we also book a holiday house and we always would like to have a lot of information about the rental where we will stay to get the right impression. That's why we have composed also a homepage with detailed information, a promo-video.

Because of the big garden, the location of the villa, and the enclosure, the property offers a lot of privacy. There are 2 very large south facing outdoor terraces looking over Nice & the sea: panoramic sun terrace on top of villa and spectacular wooden terrace next to pool. When you rent Villa "La Citronneraie" it is privately available for your group. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. extra maid-service or for example a french chef who can cook for your group can be arranged!
