Privately owned home-from-home. Selection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and 3 bedroom houses. Situated in a gorgeous small family orientated community. At the end of our large garden are 2 swimming pools plus 1 smaller raised pool with feature waterfalls in attractive gardens surrounded by palm trees. Our 3 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom apartments each have their own private large walled garden and patio - the 1 bedroom apartment has balcony and private roof sun terrace. Shops, restaurants and beaches are a 2 or 3 minute walk, the luxury Cala D'Or marina is a 5-10 minute walk. A road train circulates local beaches, Cala D'Or and large Cala Mondrago beach and national park. A short drive is Val d'or golf course, scenic mountains, monasteries and local market villages. Hi, We are Sarah and Andy Rosser, we have 2 lovely girls Abigail (born 2002) and Hannah (born 2007).
We both work, Andy full-time running a computer consultancy company; Sarah part-time employment as an accounts and office manager, plus full-time running home and family.
We have toured many countries through the world, but now with our children like the reliability of an enjoyable holiday stay, knowing they are safe to play around the locality without the worry of busy roads etc.
We find the area in and around Cala d'or and Cala Egos great for varied and enjoyable hassle-free holidays; whether sandy beaches, water parks, sight-seeing villages, market towns, or simply walking the attractive coastline is your preference.

We first visited Cala Egos in 2004 when we rented a friends 2 bed apartment; we really enjoyed the holiday and found the area ideal for family friendly holidays.
The following year we had the chance to buy the friends apartment, we looked at alternatives and were introduced to a new-build 3 bed house, its unique advantage was it could be split as 2 separate apartments, this made it ideal to holiday with relations and friends as each apartment has its own space and privacy, it also makes it ideal for rental holidays.
We made the huge decision to buy the house and gave birth to Casa Flores. We furnished and fitted it as a Home-from-Home for both us and guests.
We have been so pleased with the positive reports we receive from our holiday guests, in 2008 we decided to buy a second house.
What makes this apartment unique
Located at the edge of a quiet village, its far enough away to be peaceful, yet a short 2 minute walk reaches the village centre and nearest beach; larger beaches are quickly reached by local transport, taxi or car. The airport and Palma city are convenient being only 45 and 50 minutes away.
Other reasons making Cala Egos ideal for holidays are the family friendly restaurants and bars, local attractions, sight seeing, kids amusements, walks, plus nearby waterpark and golf course; - so you can have a quiet holiday, or an action packed one, without having either forced on you by local noise or the inconvenience of travelling miles to reach anything.
We stay here for our own holidays, so we maintain our house and apartments both for our comfort & enjoyment as well as your holiday pleasures.
On payment of your balance, we require payment of a refundable breakages deposit, £150 for one of our apartments and £250 for our house (not £0.01 as shown by Owners Direct).

All rates are fully inclusive weekly rates; they are "from" because they exclude over occupancy and optional extras.
Prices / Tariffs shown are in UK Pounds for standard occupancy.
Prices include: Cleaning before arrival, bed linen, bath and hand towels; Electricity, Aircon and Internet are also included at no extra cost.
We accept bookings for any length stay, just contact us with dates and details and we will reply to confirm availability and cost.

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Egos. Our 1st trip to Majorca and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The weather wasn't the best, but then it was the beginning of April. This didn't deter the children from the swimming pool though. The apartment was so well equipped, even down to buckets and spades and a beach bag to carry everything to the beach. The garden area was plenty big enough for 4 sun loungers, it is the size that it looks in the photos. I was bothered it may be clever photography but it's not at all. We stayed in the ground floor apartment was was great to be able to relax in the privacy of the garden while being close enough to the swimming pool to let the children (ages 6 and 10) play without having to worry about them. Everyone we met in the complex were very friendly, we didn't need to contact the caretaker for help as we had no problems but he was very friendly just to chat with and it was obvious he would have helped happily if we had needed it. The information provided by the owners before our trip was above and beyond what was necessary, even a map from directly from the airport, they made the holiday so easy. It was very quiet due to the time of year but that is what we like so perfect for us, some lovely restaurants a few minutes walk away and we really enjoyed going down to the marina to sit with a glass of sangria and enjoy the view.

Beaches, Sailing, Walking, Cycling, Golf, Deep Water Soloing / Psicobloc, etc.
Beaches are reached 5 minute walk, you have a choice of 2.
Cala d'Or marina 'Cala Llonga' is about 5-10 minute walk away.
A 5-10 minute drive reaches the national park beach and area of Cala Mondrago, this can be reached by car, bus, or a local 'road train'.
For walkers, there are miles of walks along scenic rocky coastline accessible within minutes by foot.
Palma airport is approx. 50 minute drive away, taxis and shared 'shuttle buses' are available from the airport and can be pre-booked from UK.
Several car hire desks are sited at the airport, or pre-booking by Internet generally obtains better rates.

Cala d'Or is only 1.5km, a few minute drive or attractive 20 minute walk around Cala d'Or Marina.
Palma is approx 50 mins drive, as is the exceptionally stunning mountainous Western coastline.
Many other attractions like mountain-top monasteries, local village markets, huge beaches, etc. are all accessible by short drive by car or taxi.
The nearest beach is a short 5 mins walk, Cala d'Or marina is about 5-10 minutes.
Shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars in the centre of Cala Egos, are 3 mins walk. Other activities like Bowling, Tennis, Mini-golf, Go-karts & Trampolines, amongst other things can be reached in a couple of minutes by foot. If you did not collect a rental car from Palma Airport, hire companies have offices and pickup within walking distance in Cala Egos.

- Notes on accommodation: Ideal for couples, small and large families due to the accommodation flexibility; families and friends can retain independence in the self contained yet internally linked apartments. We have multiple properties so can accommodate bookings of up to 16 people. The pool at the end of the garden is ideal for children, it has a walled off shallow area and is visible from the house/apartments allowing you to relax. Whilst fitting the properties we gave attention to detail making them as comfortable & homely as possible, making your rental as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, particularly as we use the houses ourselves. All the rooms benefit from full air conditioning/heating, and all furniture & fittings were installed with comfort in mind. Bath towels and bed linen are provided, housekeeper service to prepare & clean before and after your stay, a mid-stay linen change is provided if staying more than 10 nights. Outside: Our houses & ground floor 2 bedroom apartments have a large private 10 x 6m walled garden, patio and garden furniture. They share 2 circular 10m diameter pools, plus an elevated 5m diameter bubble pool which feeds 2 waterfalls dropping into the main pools. The nearest pool at the end of the gardens, has a partitioned shallow end ideal for young children. The pools are located in a shared paved garden area planted with shrubs & palms, this is shared between the 20 houses surrounding the pools. Private parking is provided within the secure grounds.
