About this property

Exceptional apartment with stunning views of the Mediterranean from spacious (30 square metre) terrace, situated in one of Vence's premier gated Residences. One bedroom, sleeps 2/3 (with large king size bed in the bedroom and comfortable single pull-out bed in the living room). Features are beautiful views to the coast from the terrace, living areas and bedroom, walk-in shower, large communal swimming pool (20x10m), air conditioning, WiFi, UK Freeview, widescreen HD TV, safe, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine/dishwasher/microwave), private lock-up garage. A short walk/bike ride from the centre of the beautiful old town of Vence with its many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Also a 20 minutes drive to the beach and the up-market Polygone Riviera and Cap 3000 shopping malls. Room charge includes end of stay cleaning (provided apartment left in reasonably clean and tidy state) as well as weekly clean for stays of two weeks and longer, linen and towels. Apartment is light and airy, being south facing, and accessed without stairs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any bookings with children under the age of 14 years.

We had a very lovely stay here in Vence and the apartment was perfect. Large terrace with beautiful views over to the sea. Walking into Vence in the evening for a meal was perfect at the end of the day. We loved the area and the incredibly pretty hilltop towns. A very relaxing two weeks at the beginning of summer. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our holiday, Vence is a wonderful destination and we have been to this area many times. The apartment was ideal and well equipped and our favourite feature was the terrace and it’s wonderful view.

A bright and airy apartment in a good gated community. Well resourced apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed a great holiday in Vence. The apartment was well resourced, felt roomy and comfortable. There are great views from the balcony to Villneuve Loubet and the Mediterranean Sea. Nowhere is too far to travel. We enjoyed trips to Grasse and the Fragonard perfume shop and museum. Haute Cagne is well worth a visit as is the Renoir Chateau. A fun trip was made to Fernand Leger gallery. Antibes was one of our favourite destinations, worth a visit in the evening for a lovely wander and dinner. Cagne sur Mer is well worth an early morning trip - take a brolly and deckchair, have a swim, walk along the promenade finished by a coffee at a little cafe. Don’t forget Vence itself: a wonderful town to buy great fresh vegetables, fruit and seafood amongst lots of yummy fresh foods. Finally the owners of the apartment are very supportive, offering friendly, helpful and good advice on ho w to best enjoy your holiday. We hope to be back in Vence in the near future.

Vence Sea Views

This was our third visit to this apartment which is ideal for a couple . It has all that you need and a lovely large terrace with a great view towards the med and Cap d'Antibes . There is a garage which keeps your car cool and the large and very clean swimming pool is just a minute from the flat. We love the town of Vence and this apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the old walled town with its quaint streets shady squares and a wide range of bars and good quality restaurants .

Amazing views and much more!

This is a very special apartment. You have the strange sensation of being at home but unable to believe your eyes when you wake up each morning - the views and the light when you open the shutters are incredible. As others say here, the terrace is wonderful and it is a treat to spend so much time living comfortably outside as well as in. Everything is clean and well-kept by both the owners and the on-the-ground agents - Guy and Chantal - who are charming, helpful and communicative. The location is fantastic - you can walk into town and there are buses here and there. But if you get a car whole other worlds open up. Obviously there are famous beaches within easy reach but there are also exquisite hilltop towns, luscious mountains, rivers, and gorges. Vence itself is a great town with friendly locals and everything you find to eat is delicious, there are some especially good boulangeries. And we had a good time watching the Euro Cup final in Henry's Bar! For a comfortable, very relaxing, easy-going time, I would definitely recommend some time in Vence staying here!

We are an Australian couple living in the UK who fell in love with Vence twenty years ago on a disastrous visit with a dog-phobic sister - dogs seemed to appear everywhere we went and one even camped out on our doorstep at the hotel. We couldn't believe our luck when this property came on the market with its stunning views, lovely garden surrounding and beautiful pool as well as handy location withing walking distance of Vence.

Our local agent Sabine loves welcoming guests and helping them to discover all there is to enjoy in the apartment, Vence and the wider area.

Why they chose this property

Calm and cool interior. Beautiful views down to the coast as well as the Cap d'Antibes and St Paul de Vence from the bedroom, living room as well as the terrace. Large pool surrounded by gardens with similar stunning views to the coast only 20-30 steps from the front door of the apartment. The apartment is accessed without stairs and is walking/bike ride distance to beautiful Vence, which we think is the loveliest and friendliest town in France. One of the premier gated residences in Vence. Only a short journey to all the pleasures of the Cote d'Azur.
