Spacious lounge with dining area which is beautifully furnished. There are 2 large sofas (sofabed), a full size dining table and 6 chairs. There is a 42" SMART TV with film package. The TV also enjoys the full Sky family pack.
The lounge opens onto a large terrace which overlooks the pool.
Bedroom 1 - Super king bed which can be arranged as twins by prior request.
Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Wall mounted TV which enjoys a selection of cable channels. En suite bathroom and dressing area. Full size stowaway bed

Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker and food processor.
Utility Room: External patio utility area with clothes horse and pegs. This is a fully separate area from the main dining and sunbathing patio.
These luxury apartments are ideally located within the award winning Lagos Marina. The one bed apartment is in Block D and the two bed in Block E. Unlike all other Marina apartments, this development boasts exclusive free use of a large on-site communal pool and a childrens pool, as well as a children's playground, bumper cars and bumper boats. Around the pool there is a plentiful supply of sun loungers. The apartments are south facing and enjoy views of the pools and lake. A five minute stroll will take you to the water-front where you will find excellent restaurants, bars and shops and a further five minutes will take you across the river footbridge to the many attractions of Lagos town centre. Meia Praia beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk. The apartments are also ideally located to take advantage of a selection of golf courses. The building has a secure video entry system. The one bedroom apartment is also fully south facing and enjoys the sun from early morning until night.

Prices in table are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Quoted pricing includes meet and greet service by our management company and cleaning for arrival and departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally if required. Discounted rate can be negotiated for long term winter lets. Electricity is metered and settled locally for long term winter lets. There will be no maid service provided for discounted winter lets. Maid can be arranged but will be charged locally.
We stayed for four weeks in this two-bed apartment and were absolutely delighted with it.
The location is perfect - overlooking a private lawn/pool area with views through towards the river and the town. It's only a few minutes walk to the marina, town, train station, Meia Praia beach... and the very handy Pingo Doce supermarket!
The apartment faces south-west so is also lovely and bright and sunny.
The large balcony has plenty of room for sitting out, sunbathing or eating when it's warm.
It's well equipped inside - two decent sized bedrooms, lovely family shower as well as the ensuite. The galley kitchen looks through into the lounge/diner area so it's good and sociable for cooking. TV reception was a bit erratic a few times but mostly good, plus the choice of channels/films was great and the wi-fi connection was excellent.
This is a really good holiday base.
