Disappointed

The villa was ok we didn’t realise we had to pay a cash deposit on arrival to the villa. We then left everything pristine and had to wait weeks and weeks to get it back with anxiety thinking we weren’t going to get it back. It’s a shame as it’s put us off booking again

Stay with family mid February.

We initially enquired for the property for the date we wanted but the owners had already organised for there to be decorating to be done at the same time. Fortunately for us they came back to us and kindly offered to move there work until a later date so we could stay on our desired date. We picked this property becuase it had a heated pool. Its an extra cost but it was a must becuase we new the time of year we were going would of meant the kids would not enjoy the pool. The check in process was very easy. We just messsged Bruno when we left the airport and he met us at the property. The property its self it modern, clean, and has everything you need to be home from home. The location if fine. The beech is about a 20 minute walk and there are some lovely beech restaurants there to. Any other amenities are no more than 5 minutes in car. We hired a car but also used uber for some nights out which rarely cost more than £4 a trip. Also uber eats was very useful, there loads of restaurants on there and even shops to get groceries and alcohol if needed. Overal great stay would highly recommend.

NOT wheelchair accessible

Disappointing, the villa was cold, damp and not accessible for a wheelchair as marketed. My brother is in a wheelchair, we arrived to find four large steps up to the villa which made it inaccessible for a wheelchair. In the summer I am sure it would be a nice villa to stay and is in a nice location. The property manager gave the wrong mobile number so couldn't contact him to say we were lost but eventually found the property is not number 28 its number 19! Disappointing communication with Bruno the property manager, we had not choice but to find alternative accommodation. Refuses to offer any money back, very unfair.

Wonderful family break!

Beautiful villa in a quiet and safe estate. Hiring a car is highly recommended as 1.9m (hilly) walk to nearest shop but this didn’t put us off, Uber is available at all times. Bruno was a fantastic host, always available when needed and did everything possible to ensure an enjoyable trip. Would recommend here and hope to return again in the future!
