Can't fault it - Perfect

Absolutely perfect. The apartment was lovely, clean, bright, spacious and with fantastic sea views. Ideally located to walk to either the supermarket or The Old Town where you are spoilt for choice of bars and restaurants. John the owner was extremely helpful and we will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment with fantastic sea view

Lovely apartment on a quiet beach about 10 minutes walk from downtown Marbella, apartment was spotless and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed our balcony looking directly onto the sea. The beach is very nice and cleaned every day, gentle shelf into the water so good for swimming. Large shopping mall 'La Canada is about' 10 minutes by car if that floats your boat, my two ladies has an enjoyable morning shopping there while I was booked into the 'man Cresche' (cafe on ground floor) reading a book. Local supermarkets about 10 minutes walk have everything you need food wise.

If you need your endorphin hit we found a good gym 5 minutes away 'Olympic Fitness Center' where you could pay per day €10 or for the week €25 including classes, did spinning and pilates which were very good.

The owner John was a pleasure to deal with, punctual and polite.

We would be very happy to go back again.

The apartment was perfect for us, a family of 4 with 2 grown up children. It was modern and spacious, spotlessly clean and it had a decent sized balcony with amazing, uninterrupted views of the Med. There were 3 chiringuitos within 5 minutes walk of the apartment where you could have breakfast , dinner or just a snack. They tended to be low key during the day and lively without being rowdy at night so it wasn't always necessary to go into Marbella, which was about a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. We did one excursion to Gibraltar to visit friends and we took a taxi to the bus station (9 euros) where we caught the bus to La Linea (90 mins) and walked across the border. Easy! We loved it and will certainly go back .

This is a beautiful apartment which is maintained to a high standard. It has stunning views over the sea and instant access to one of the best beaches in Marbella. It is close to several chiringitos and not far from Marbella centre with its abundance of bars and restaurants. We will definitely be renting this apartment again.

Stunning apartment, highly recommend!

My husband and I recently stayed at Banana Beach and really can't recommend this apartment enough. It has stunning views from the large sea-facing balcony, very clean, nice pool, close to everything that Marbella has to offer but without the noise! Don't miss the restaurants in the fishing village located along the beach to the west of the apartment block by the marina. We will definitely be back - thank you for a wonderful holiday experience!

From the Owner

It is right on the best beach in Marbella, one of the nicest coastal towns in Spain, with breathtaking views across the Mediterranean. There is no road between the apartment and the beach so, most of the time, all you can hear is the sea. If you head east along the beach, you can walk for hours on fairly quiet and unspoilt beaches, with dunes and other natural features. To the west you can walk along the beach to the fishing port, with all its restaurants, and from there along the promenade into the town centre. In the summer there are also some bars and restaurants on the beach a few steps away from the apartment.

From the entrance to the building you step onto a quiet natural beach, which is well maintained by the local authority. It has a shower, restaurant and bar, and there are other restaurants and bars a short walk along the beach.


Malaga airport is 35 minutes away by car. A car is recommended.


Marbella town centre, Rio Real golf course and La Cañada shopping centre are all a few minutes away by car. Marbella Marina is less than 10 minutes' walk and the Old Town and town centre are about 20 minutes' walk away.

From the Owner

The views are spectacular from the sitting room and terrace, due south across the Mediterranean Sea. On a clear day you can see the so-called "Pillars of Hercules" at the entrance to the Mediterranean - Gibraltar (which is about 40 miles away) and Jebel Musa in North Africa (about 50 miles). On a really clear day you can see the mountains of North Africa, some of which are almost 100 miles away. If you like to watch the sea, the seabirds, the ever changing colours and patterns of the waves and currents, this is t a heavenly spot from which to do so.
