Apartment in Los Gigantes, Tenerife, Canary Islands - Central Location with Access to all Amenities

Wonderful positioned apartment 2nd from end of complex, giving you a great view from our spacious balcony. Fully air conditioned apartment with ceiling fans for extra comfort in a 5 star complex situated close to the centre of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago. The apartment is situated with wonderful views and has the sun on balcony from mid morning till sunset. The apartment has full size heated pool,a baby pool and is within walking distance of a variety of amenities, restaurants and shops.

The wonderful thing about where the apartment is situated is that if you go out the back gate, down the hill to Los Gigantes

it has a real lovely relaxed feel about it with good resturants, if you go out the front gate to Puerto Santiago / Playa de la Arena it does have the feel of authentic canarian life mixed with tourists spots so you do have in our opinion the best of both worlds. Private underground parking.

About the Owner

Geraldine and myself have 3 children 4 grandchildren and run a business ( Est 1986 ). Geraldine also work's as a Learning Support Teacher and we value family time

together as working and juggling a family is not easy but we have a good family bond.

We went to Los Gigantes in El Marques Palace in April 2005 on a family holiday and stayed in the apartment we now own, when I returned I contacted the owner and asked if they wanted to sell the apartment to let me know and in July 2006 we became the very proud owner's of it and have enjoyed every minute we have visited the apartment, Geraldine as myself travel there twice a year and I always try to fit a week in on AGM meetings as I just love being there. Los Gigantes does have a feel about it that is friendly, warm and along with the stunning weather and scenery just makes you want to go again and again.

The small, volcanic beach is approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment has access to the Los Gigantes Leisure centre with heated pool, tennis courts, crazy golf, play area and an excellent wine bar and cafe.


The islands main airport (Tenerife South) is approximately 45 minutes by car. Car hire is not essential. Transport to/from airport can be booked at reasonable prices with local minibus service, details available when booking.You can fly into Tenerife South (TFS) from...........Belfast, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Doncaster, Dublin, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Exeter, Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow, Humberside, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Sheffield.


All local amenities are within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Local shops and restaurants and supermarket are within 3 minutes walk.

Further Details:

The villages of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago have a multitude of fine restaurants, many offering fresh seafood and meat dishes. There are a number of supermarkets and banks. At the marina there is a English Scuba diving school with trips of feeding stingrays (BSAC & PADI) and sailing school, as well as boat trips to see the famous dolphins and sea life.

From the Owner

We enjoy the wonderful views from the sunny spacious balcony ( as seen in pictures ) the apartment is in an area of relaxing friendly locals and our children just go there to unwind and enjoy as do many guest's from our portfolio that return year after year. We also have an underground parking space for you to use. The supermarket cook's fresh bread every day for you to enjoy breakfast on the balcony and if you need any shade, we have roller blinds to wind down to keep you in the shade if you need it, and lastly Geraldine and I just enjoy the fantastic sunsets you can see from balcony, it really is a lovely place to stay as many of our guest's have commented on.

  • Notes on accommodation: Ideal for couples and families, the area has that laid back feel. Other services available:- Cot hire, welcome pack, transfer to and from Airport at reasonable prices through local minibus hire. Please enquire when booking as we can book that for you enabling you to relax. If this is your first time of booking over the web then please relax, we will do everything to make your enquiry a pleasant experience, with help and warmth with no obligation whatsoever. Outside: Outside there is a balcony with sunloungers and a table with four chairs. The balcony enjoys sun from mid morning till sunset with views of the cliffs and La Gomera. There is a large heated full sized shared pool and small baby pool with pool bar. The complex also has Bowls and two Tennis courts. Private underground parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and linen are included in the price and are changed on a weekly basis. The apartment is cleaned weekly.
