PARQUE SANTIAGO (3 & 4) is one of the most sought after seafront luxury apartment complexes in South Tenerife - enjoying long sunny days all year round!

This perfect location is on the "Golden Corner" between Playa de las Americas & Los Cristianos.

In this outstanding position is this impeccably kept complex surrounded by a 5 star area which has excellent sports facilities, shopping centres, fine restaurants, upmarket bars & nightlife & yet is a peaceful & tranquil setting in the evening & at night, as all bars in the close proximity of our apartments have to shut down by law at midnight! If late nightlife is required it is plentiful further afield albeit still in walking distance!

May we point out that very few apartments on the Parque Santiago complexes are done to this extremely high quality specification but, as private owners, we have proudly renovated them to a style which we think befits their beautiful location & many visitors prefer the freedom & space of our properties & the luxuries provided within them, in comparison to the best of 5* hotels.

(NB - Parque Santiago 1 & 2 have nothing to do with Parque Santiago 3 & 4 except that they were originally built by the same developer but people staying in those developments CANNOT use the facilities of either Parque Santiago 3 or 4)

All these superb properties are set in the most desirable positions & being sister complexes are very close to each other with only a small cul-de-sac lane dividing them.

ALL the Facilities of BOTH complexes can be shared by anyone staying on either Parque Santiago 3 or Parque Santiago 4.

Our Magnificent Beachfront Villa & our beachfront 1 bedroom apartment on Parque Santiago 3 are situated in a most enviable position, straight in front of the sea & a beautiful soft white, sandy beach with only a pleasant pedestrian walkway, lined with palm trees, dividing the coast from the properties. The totally unrivalled views of the beach, sea and coastline are spectacular to wake up to!

This coastal walkway can take you in both directions - to Los Christianos (the neighbouring fishing harbour) a pleasant 15 mins.(or so) stroll away or to Playa de las Americas & beyond. In each direction there is plenty to see & enough "watering holes"- if required!!

The path in the evening is very quiet & peaceful.

Our WONDERFUL BEACHFRONT VILLA is an excellent 4 bedroom, all en-suite, property with a beautiful private walled garden with a lockable small private gate to access the prom & beach.

Inside is a fine well equipped kitchen with American style fridge/freezer with filtered chilled water & ice machine, dishwasher. elec. hob with oven & a utility room with washing machine & tumble drier. The spacious lounge/dining area with covered leather settees & a modern, wall mounted flat screen 46" TV & large patio doors leading onto terrace areas & garden.This superb astro-turf garden is ideal for sunbathing, dining Al-Fresco with a modern "Teppenyaki" BBQ & an outdoor shower.

A good sized downstairs bedroom with en-suite has patio doors leading onto a covered terrace & to the garden - an ideal room for the elderly or slightly disabled. Upstairs - are 3 bedrooms, all en-suite & 2 with balconies.The front balcony is very large overlooking the beach with table & chairs on it & a lovely mosaic tiled seat to watch the world go by. The 4th bedroom has no balcony but has a full bathroom with shower enclosure as well as a bath.

We provide FREE Wifi in the Villa.

THE VIEWS are spectacular with the coastline to Los Cristianos & beyond &, to the right, the neighbouring island of Gomera &, ahead, a totally unrivalled view of the beach & sea.

OFFER NOW ON in our BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT APARTMENT, with same views as above, is a modern highly renovated 2-storey property (1st & 2nd floors) finished to a very high spec. It is exceptional & ideal for someone wanting to indulge themselves to a ‘Special Occasion’ or for those who just appreciate & enjoy sheer quality.

This apartment has a modern red kitchen with USA fridge/freezer with filtered chilled water & ice machine, elec. hob & oven. It has a lovely breakfast bar dividing the kitchen & lounge area which leads out onto a 1st floor balcony where you can eat al-fresco in sun or shade with a retractable blind. This balcony also has a lovely mosaic tiled seating area to watch the world go by!

Downstairs, is another very useful 2nd shower room with handbasin & WC.

Upstairs has a bright, good sized bedroom en-suite.

It's en-suite has a large walk-in shower, handbasin, WC & also a washing machine. Both floors have electric ceiling fans.

Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a private balcony with spectacular views on which there are 2 sun beds, .

This is a private place to sunbathe being virtually south facing yet enjoying the usual pleasant, light sea breeze that Tenerife is associated with. There is no apartment above this property.

Both balconies are of good equal size, both overlooking the pedestrian prom & beach.

We provide FREE Wifi in the apartment.

The balconies are where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do have a non-smoking policy inside the actual apartment.

This apartment is exceptional & absolutely ideal for couples wishing to treat themselves.

We do occassionally accept a 3rd person, at a small supplement charge, who would sleep on a proper single divan bed in the lounge area but we do not think it is ideal for young children being on the 1st & 2nd floors.

Parque Santiago IV is also situated on the seafront & positioned on a corner of the island therefore enjoying marvelous panoramic views & incredible sunsets.

This FABULOUS HIGHLY RENOVATED POOLSIDE 2 BEDROOM (both en-suite) APARTMENT with Ground Floor Access, the only one of its kind at this level, has a lovely private position a stones throw away from the magnificent pool areas, which is ideal for children and parents alike!

It has been modernised to a superb standard with its interior done to a very high spec. with its own private, sunny terrace area - ideal for both adults for sunbathing or children playing, as it has good visability of the pool area. It is especially suitable for tiny tots as it has a small yet very effective gate to ensure they don't wander too far!!

Situated in a quiet position surrounded by lovely manicured gardens & located on one of the most sought after complexes in Tenerife.

It is also in an excellent position for the elderly who don't wish to climb lots of stairs anymore, or the slightly disabled with the apartment being all on one level & having a small ramp onto the terrace area! We can cater for standard sized wheelchairs & the complex & surrounding areas are very wheelchair friendly.

This fine apartment has 2 twin bedded rooms & are both en-suite with the main bedroom having large patio doors leading out onto the terrace area.

The en-suite to this room is large, bright & airy having marble throughout with a WC, hand basin with vanity unit, a bath & a large shower enclosure at the other end of the room. Both the shower & bath have handles in them to help the elderly or disabled.

The 2nd Bedroom has also a fresh, modern marble en-suite shower room with corner shower enclosure, WC & hand basin. Both bedrooms have remote controlled electric ceiling fans, as does the lounge area.

A cot is available (F.O.C.), if required, as is a 'Z-bed' (ONLY for a 3rd child) for a small supplement charge.

The kitchen is a fabulous modern, open plan design which is bright & colourful with a dining bar dividing it from the lounge area. Within the kitchen there is a large American style fridge freezer with filtered chilled water & ice machine, elec. hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine.

The lounge has a covered leather suite & wall mounted TV & DVD player. Large patio doors lead out from the lounge onto the patio/terrace area which has a table & chairs to wine & dine 'Al Fresco' or for sipping the odd glass of 'Vino' and also 4 sunbeds with mattresses to laze away those relaxing hours in private. If you require a bit of shade there are 2 retractable canopies that cover the patio & any burning bods!

The terrace area is where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do encourage a non-smoking policy inside the actual apartment.

We also provide a safe, irons & hairdryers in each property.

The fine soft, white sandy beach is directly in front of Parque Santiago 3, next door, & is approx. a 100 metre stroll away along the pleasant pedestrian promenade which is just in front of the complex.

The beach is kept to a very high standard - cleaned & groomed daily. Sun beds,shades & watersports are all available for hire there & the sea is clean & safe with a gradual slope into it.

Within Parque Santiago 4 there are 2 attractive swimming pools (1 heated), a pool bar & cafe, a well equipped gym, plenty of restaurants, supermarket, a kiddies play area, pool tables & football tables.

In the reception areas of both complexes there are full business centre services available - internet, email & fax facilities, computers to use & free wifi.

Also free wifi is available at the pool bars & various restaurants.

Parque Santiago 3 facilities are also available for guests in Parque Santiago 4 to use & these include the same as above plus more sun beds around bigger pools, the fabulous children's mini water park & play area, table tennis, Gym with massage & treatment facilities, etc.

There are numerous shops (many duty free), laundry, hairdressers & a supermarket with a lovely crazy golf course behind it. There are many restaurants to choose from & upmarket bars (all with strict time & noise restrictions) to name but few of the great facilities in this area.

In fact, everything you need is within easy walking distance of all the properties so, unless you want to explore the island, a car is really not necessar

This wonderful apartment has a modern high spec.open plan bright kitchen with USA F/F+ icemaker, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave & washing machine. A breakfast bar divides the lounge area which has a leather suite that is not suitable for sleeping on (no sofabed), a flat screen wall mounted TV/DVD & elec.ceiling fan.

Bedroom # 1 has twin beds (usually together), elec.ceiling fan & patio doors that lead out to the terrace. The fabulous marble en-suite bathroom has both bath & separate shower enclosure, hand basin vanity unit & wc.

Bedroom # 2 with twin beds & elec.ceiling fan has another modern luxury marble en-suite with shower, hand basin & wc.

Special interest holidays:

There is plenty to do in Tenerife in any season as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & pleasant temperatures.

Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, jogging, roller blading, walking,& golfing. The aquapark & adventure parks are also within easy access.

Coast/Beach:- Parque Santiago 3 & 4 are on the seafront & both our Villa & 1 bed.apt are right at the front of the complex, overlooking the palm-tree lined walkway & the soft, white sandy beach - which is kept to a very high standard & groomed daily. Sunbeds, sunshades & various watersports are all available to hire on the beach & the sea is clean & safe with a gradual slope into it. The pedestrian walkway takes you in both directions along the coastline & there is plenty to see & enough "watering holes" on the way!

Travel: Only approx 20 mins away from Reina Sofia airport in the south of Tenerife and approx 1.15 hr from the Northern airport. Plenty of taxis are usually available at the airport, as is car hire, which is not that necessary around Parque Santiago as taxis are cheap & plentiful. Also public transport is easily available.

Distances: Los Cristianos is a popular fishing port which has lots of shops, restaurants and local markets. Frequent ferries go over from there to the neighbouring small island of La Gomera. Other day trips to various places can also be arranged from the port. In the P.S. 3 & 4 area, there's plenty to see & do. Many good restaurants to suit all tastes & pockets & the popular "musical" fountains opposite the "Mare Nostrum Resort" & looking down on them from "Harry's Bar" is an added bonus.

Further Details:- In both our Beachfront Villa & our 1 bedroom apt. there is a lovely, comfortable tiled bench chair on one of the balconies to help you relax & also watch the world go by & now with Free Wifi in these properties too.

We still provide beach towels in the apt. & the Villa, if required, but as this is to help you to save on YOUR luggage weight, we do ask you to wash & dry these at the end of your holiday, for the convenience of the next clients, as they are not the responsibility of the cleaners.

In our 1 bed.apt. we can accomodate 3 people but there is a supplement charge for the 3rd person to cover extra costs.

In the Villa & poolside 2 bedroom apartment we can provide a "Z" bed for the use of an extra CHILD (child only) at a small extra supplement charge to cover costs.

In our fabulous Beachfront 1 bed. apt on Parque Santiago 3 - SHORT BREAK from Fri. 24th - Tues. 28th MARCH 2017 - ONLY £450 for this 4 night duration. Treat yourselves NOW.

If booking well in advance we will accept a 25% deposit, with another 25% payment a few months later & then the balance is due at least 6 weeks prior to the departure date.
We have a policy not to overcrowd our properties & accommodate only 4 persons in this apartment with the occasional exception of a 3rd child (CHILD ONLY) which we can accommodate on a "Z" bed for a small extra supplement charge.

VERY IMPORTANT - Due to internet hacking, if you have any doubt please phone me on any of the numbers on this site. To be "phished" means my email address can be stolen but my phone numbers cannot. If in any doubt please ring me. We live in Ireland but we spend a lot of time away in Portugal, hence why we have various telephone numbers. Also I will NOT open any attachments unless it is personally arranged with me first. Lastly, & most importantly, I send you the keys of the apartment to your own address. We do not arrange for anyone to meet you in Tenerife which is another huge scam!
I do the odd "Last Minute Special Offer" which are always advertised on this site but I do not do any other "deals" - be aware that this may not be me!

Changeover Day:
Flexible, though Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday is preferred.
Day of departure to vacate for 10.00hrs please.
Day of arrival-16.00hrs but bags can be dropped off beforehand.
Linen & bathroom towels are provided but are not to leave the premises. We have a weekly linen service.

It has its own private gated terrace area which gives direct access to the 2 large saltwater swimming pools (one heated) which cover an area of 1,800 sq. metres. At the far side there is a good quality pool bar/restaurant whch also has free Wifi. The complex is extremely attractive with highly maintained gardens and impeccable standards. It also has a calm & tranquil feel to it & is praised many times for it's peace & quiet. All the facilities on Parque Santiago 3 can be shared with guests on Parque Santiago 4 including their very large swimming pools, the fabulous new childrens mini water park, the new gym & massage facilities, table tennis, pool tables & mini golf on P.S. 5 behind the supermarket. Both reception areas have internet facilities.
