This condo is located on the middle floor of building 5 in Lucaya Loop.

Master Bedroom with Queen size double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and WC, hairdryer, wall-mounted flatscreen TV and small patio terrace. Bedroom 2 with Queen size double bed, wallmounted TV. Bedroom 3 with Twin beds and wall mounted TV

Fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms. Bathroom 2 (located outside the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms) has a washbasin unit, WC and large walk-in shower. With a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), lounge with large flatscreen Cable TV, DVD player, mini-stereo, washing machine and tumble dryer there is everything you could need. Free Resort Wireless Internet available in the apartment.

Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath ground and first floor apartments are a complete home from home, fully furnished and sleeping up to 8 guests each. They have 3 bedrooms (2 queen doubles & 2 twin beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), with a double sofa bed in the living area. A foldaway child's cot & highchair is also provided. With a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave & dishwasher), 4 TVs, DVD player, mini stereo, free Resort WiFi, washing machine & tumble dryer there is everything you could need.

Amenities on the complex include gated security, 4 heated outdoor pool & spa areas, Kiddies pool & splash-pad, Jungle Gym, BBQ & Picnic areas, Clubhouse with 24-hour Reception, information & ticket point, relaxing lounge areas, mini-market, gym & sauna facilities, WiFI and internet area. Mambo’s poolside bar & grille offers refreshments by the Clubhouse pool with the Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar being located on the lakeshore next to the sandy beach.

Bahama Bay is a very special place and in addition to being an owner, Lisa is also on the Board of Directors for the Association looking after this wonderful Resort. This means that being in daily contact with the people at the Resort which helps keep our finger on the pulse.

Since 2003 we have be delighted to assist over 150 families with holiday accommodation in our apartments at Bahama Bay Resort.

It had everything you could possibly want, was in a fantastic location and serviced by lovely staff. We would certainly recommend the apartment to our friends, it is absolutely perfect for Disney.

Booking Notes:
Please contact us by email or phone to double check availability, (however the link here should be up to date). A £100 / $200 deposit is required on booking confirmation - full settlement of the balance must be received 6-8 weeks prior to arrival. Receipts are provided for all monies paid. Personal cheques accepted in either UK Pounds or $US, along with direct bank transfers in these currencies. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal, with a small commission charge to cover their cost.

Changeover Day:
Arrive and depart of any day of the week, minimum 2 days rental bookings taken. Check in is from 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is usually by 10am on day of departure, but the Resort facilities may continue to be used until you are ready to leave.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per night in UK Pounds. Rates are for the apartment (not per person) and includes all taxes. All reservations will be charged a one-off cleaning fee of US$90 (plus tax) on arrival at the resort. You are guaranteed a friendly, but professional service with booking with us. A maximum of 8 people only may stay in the apartment during any one booking period.

Notes on accommodation: Condo is located on the MIDDLE floor of Building 5. The apartments comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, plus a child's foldaway cot. There is a double sofabed available in the living area if required. Outside: Bahama Bay Resort's excellent on-site amenities include 4 heated outdoor pools, 6 hot tubs, Kiddies splash-pad, pool & Jungle Gym, BBQ & Picnic area, tennis/basketball court, wonderful nature trails around the Resort. Clubhouse with 24 hour Reception, relaxing lounge areas with PC internet area, gym & sauna facilities, Cenote Day Spa, Concierge/ticket & information point, lakeside sandy beach, table tennis, volleyball area and fishing dock. Whilst this is a self-catering condo, on-site dining options include the Tradewinds Restaurant for lunch or dinner and Mambo's poolside bar and grille . There is also a mini-market in the Clubhouse for the little essentials you need, with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes drive away.

Lovely 3 bed condo in a great location close to a clubhouse.

Everything you required for a holiday home. The condo was spotless, in good condition and very comfortable.

Bahama Bay vacation

We loved our vacation @ Bahama Bay in mid Dec'2017 in the condo on the second floor. The owner Lisa is super fast in responding and very accommodating. We needed to add a day to our stay and Lisa was wonderful in working it out with the management company. She was honest and upfront with all the fees, no surprises. Great communication! The condo itself was clean and nicely furnished, great size for a family of 6! On the improvement side, and this is true for several condos at Bahama Bay, the beds are really hard, I would recommend adding a topper or replacing with softer mattresses, especially for the two queen beds for adults. This was our second time at the resort and we would not hesitate to come back here again and rent from Lisa!!! I highly recommend this owner.

Nice unit in need of some updating

First and foremost the owner could not have been more cooperative and accommodating. A delight from start to finish. Kept us updated and informed regarding both the unit and surrounding area. The condo itself is huge with good size bedrooms. The master is removed from the other two bedrooms. The furniture, in particular the two living room sofas, need immediate replacement. Faded, worn, and threads showing. Balance that however by the low cost of the unit and make your decision. Location was good, quiet but convenient. The unit worked out fine for the four of us, two adults and two grown children.

Nice Spacious Apartment

Looking forward to staying again.

We stayed a week for my sons basketball tournament and I must say everyone was very welcoming. The condo we stayed in was beautiful as well. Very comfortable. We did book last minute but the owner made it very easy.

Excellent property & location

We stayed here for 2 weeks April/May. On booking Lisa was very prompt and helpful with our enquiry and provided us with lots of detail on the condo and resort. We were also sent details of directions and the location of the local supermarkets which was useful. On arrival the reception staff were very efficient and friendly. The apartment itself was very clean and much larger than the pictures depict. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of spare towels. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even kitchen roll which is unusual in an orlando condo. There is plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases. We only had one issue with a broken toaster, but 10 minutes after reporting this to reception housekeeping turned up at the door with a new one. The resort itself was spotlessly clean and was just getting new tarmac whilst we were there. The pools are a good size with plenty of sunbeds and chairs. We did not eat in the restaurant but did go to the bar. Unfortunately we had to wait ages to get served so only had one drink and went. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive (Millers Alehouse is highly recommended). Overall I can highly recommend this resort and Lisa's condo.

The Resort has it's own man-made sandy beach located on the shore of Lake Davenport.


Fly into either Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando Sanford Intl. Airport (SFA) or Tampa Intl. Airport (TPA).

Travel times from each airport to Bahama Bay Resort are approx 45 mins, 65 mins or 75 mins respectively on good roads (freeways). Full directions and maps will be provided to the guest before they travel.

A hire car is recommend and can be pre-booking with any of the major companies at either airport.


Bahama Bay Resort has excellent road links to all the Orlando attractions and notable areas of Central Florida.
