Ideally situated, less than 10 mins by car to Marbella and numerous premier golf courses. One of the two balcony's will get sun all day and sunlight streams in at both ends of this very light and sunny flat. Both bathrooms newly renovated with new furniture ,tiles shower trays and taps . Quiet location. Small gym/sauna plus steam and indoor pool. Air-conditioning and central heating. 24hr English speaking reception/security and maintenance on site. Garage. Sky TV. We have stayed in a couple of other rental apartments in the same area. Yours is very comfortable by comparison and as well as the terraces and living area, we also appreciated lots of towels provided and comfortable beds.

Easy 5 min stroll to beach, bars, restaurants. All watersports – windsurfing/jet ski, fishing, boat hire available within 10/15 mins. With plenty of other beaches nearby. You can walk for miles along the beach in both directions. Less than an hour to walk (or cycle?) along promenade into Marbella or take a boat along the coast.


Malaga Airport 40 mins (70 Euro Taxi). Car hire not necessary.


If you want to explore: Ronda is less than an hour away, Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz all within 2-3 hrs drive. Algeciras & Gibraltar are less than 2hr drive where a short ferry ride will take you to Tangiers in Morocco.

There really is every facility available nearby. The amazing Department Store 'El Corte Ingles' is a few mins walk, fantastic display of wet fish & fresh produce (Selfridges in the sun). They will deliver right into the kitchen. Puerto Banus itself is full of trendy restaurants and designer shops and wonderful boats to look at. English cinema, tennis club (2 mins walk), bridge clubs, casino, bowling, swim with dolphins, riding, Safari/Aqua/Fun Parks all nearby. Weekly open air markets in Marbella, Estepona and the Bull Ring (15 mins walk).
