We have stayed in a couple of other rental apartments in the same area. Yours is very comfortable by comparison and as well as the terraces and living area, we also appreciated lots of towels provided and comfortable beds.

A safe - to fit cameras, jewels, passport etc. 24 hour English speaking reception/security and a garage available. Computers with internet access avail in reception or direct line adsl wifi in flat. Flat is 108 sq metres. New plasma TV and new sofas in the living room. New furniture in the master bed room and new plasma TV.New furniture in the second bedroom New inner doors and new wardrobes !.No smoking in the flat please. No pets allowed. Outside: The best landscaped gardens in Malaga! Beautiful lawns, sparkling streams, lush mature planting, everywhere a riot of colour, flame trees and over 300 palm trees! Four interconnecting pools (over 40m with baby pool) 2 lifeguards in high season. Umbrellas / sun beds / Gym with small heated pool/steam/sauna (for daily fee). Cafe/restaurant are on site. Utility Room: New Bosch washing machine and separate dryer. Large laundry sink, hoover, steam iron and ironing board; shopping trolley. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and Pool towels and an abundance of crisp linen are included. Sheets/Linen changed weekly. Extra cleaning can be arranged. Other: Garage. Flexible – Preferably Saturday. Arrive after 4pm and depart by 10.30am – or by arrangement.
