This apartment is ideal for couples or families to enjoy their holiday in a safe, private and top quality complex located in a beautiful part of Mallorca. This apartment's garden is ideal for small children to play in while you can sit on the patio and keep an eye on them. Outside: The swimming pool is 50metres long, with a superb Jacuzzi area. There is a separate children's pool with waterfalls and fountains. The pools are only used by the people staying in the complex. The landscaped gardens are well kept and illuminated at night. The apartments have their own private Bistro which looks out over the pools and gardens, salads, sandwiches, hot food, cakes, tea & coffee, beers & wine, ice-creams are all available. You can rent DVDs or loan a book from the Bistro, it's a great place to meet up or just enjoy sitting having a drink while your children are playing in the pools. The Bistro also has a large screen TV, which is great to catch all the Sky Sports action. Utility Room: Washing machine , iron and ironing board, clothes airer, and security safe (access - key type). Electric Hot water boiler (no gas in this apartment) Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels are provided (sorry not beach towels). Apartment cleaned by our English cleaners so always assured of a high standard and they also look after all bed linen and towels so again all fresh and clean. Other: The spacious living room opens out onto the large patio which has a comfortable patio table & chairs plus four sun loungers.The patio leads out to the beautiful and well kept garden and swimming pools. I cannot recommend this apartment enough!!! We have two small sproglets that love water (2&4) and the complex offered everything that you can imagine.

The pool shocked us as it is a very large pool and the kiddies bit was perfect for ones in armbands that are ready to learn to swim without! The gardens are kept immaculately and was done with such quietness that we did not really notice them working the gardens.

The apartment was beautiful and fully equipped for the week away with small children in mind.. even providing little forks for little mouths!!! There was plenty of bedding and towels and the added luxury of a washing machine. The garden was a big benefit for when the boys wanted an hour outside in the morning while we packed to go out for the day.

David was absolutely amazing and kept us fully informed and the information for the apartment was very useful.

We cannot rate this accommodation and complex any higher... because it is privitely owned it kept the riff-raff away and kept our holiday a lovely peaceful one where the boys slept soundly and not being woken up in the night, every mothers dream ;)!

The complex did not just have children but couples, retired people, older families and owners so if you were looking for somewhere to stay that had a mix of people then this is the place to be.

June holiday

Excellent apartment and facilities, no pressure on finding a sunbed as between the pool and gardens there was plenty of space and privacy. all amenities were within 5min walking distance; would hope to return in the future.

Great for a family holiday with young children

We stayed at this apartment for a week with our 18 month old and 3 year old. And to be honest it was perfect for our needs.

The location on the ground floor with a garden meant that the children had space to play which was safe and we had space to sun bath when our youngest was napping. The apartment was equipped with a buggy, beach umbrellas, beach mats, arm bands, buckets and spades, rings and lilos etc. So we really didn't have to worry about buying all those useful extra bits for trips out.

The TV is linked to sky so CBeebies was on hand to keep them entertained whilst making breakfast, picnics or dinner. And meant we could chill out of an evening when the kids were in bed.

We stocked up at a Lidl store about 20 mins away and would highly recommend that for any families on a budget as the local Spars can be a bit pricey.

The complex is quiet and relaxing and my 3 year old absolutely loved the little kids pool by the on site cafe. She could touch the bottom throughout this section and so it was great to be able to relax and watch her make friends and play.

The apartment is quite traditional in style, rather than modern, but feels very homely and was very clean on arrival. The girls loved sharing the little twin room. Two bathrooms also made it easier getting ready and the unusual inclusion of a bath was great for keeping a similar bedtime routine to home.

I would say that being on the ground floor and not directly getting the sun on the patio doors kept the apartment nice and cool which again was great for a young family.

All the beaches and bays we visited were also very child friendly - CALA mandrago, CALA Ferrera, CALA gran.

In summary we would love to return and I suppose thats the best review of all.

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment is well location within a 5 min walk of Cala egos, it was clean and well presented with lots of added extras like pool toys and DVDs for the kids. David was very easy to contact and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this apartment. The pool area is lovely.

Fantastic apartment & complex

This is a really beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean with big beds & comfortable sofas. The booking process was extremely easy & all questions were answered promptly. The complex, being gated, felt very secure for the children to play & the pool was beautiful. The guidebooks & recommendations provided were really useful. We particularly loved Mondrago. This apartment certainly didn't feel like a faceless holiday let; there were so many lovely homely features. I would happily return.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment exceeded our expectations, was very well equipped, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids absolutely loved the fantastic pool area. The library of children's books was a bonus especially on the one rainy afternoon we had. The location of the apartment couldn't have been better, a few minutes stroll to the lovely restaurants and a good sized supermarket. Our top choice restaurants that we discovered in Cala Egos were Nevada, who did the best steak ever and Tony's Bar. Restaurant Diferent in Cala d'Or did amazing food also if you wish to venture further afield. A twice daily visit to Mr Food for ice cream in Cala Egos was also a must. The booking process was hassle free and very informative with David. We've already recommended this apartment to a friend and will definitely book again should we visit Majorca. Normally it is the adults who suffer from holiday blues but our 4 year old daughter has had major holiday blues (tears to go with it) and has been asking to go back to the holiday home (i.e. this apartment), definitely a sign of a good holiday!

The apartment has 2 good beaches within a 5 mins walk. Numerous other beaches are within a very short drive away. This area of Mallorca is best known for it's superb sandy beaches which are well cared for and with clear waters to swim and snorkel in. The Cala D'Or area has lots of water activities such as windsurfing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and glass bottom boats which cruise around the many coves and bays.There is a little Tourist Train which goes from beach to beach or into town.


Cala D'Or is just 45 mins drive from Palma airport. Car hire is easy with pickup at the airport. A car is not essential but can be useful to explore this beautiful island. A taxi from the airport to the apartment will cost approx 70 euros each way. Once at the apartment you don't really need a car. There is a new Resort Hopper Mini Bus Service now running from Palma airport to the apartment which charges approx 20 euros each way per person.


The Cala D'Or resort area consists of numerous bays, beaches, main resort area and the fabulous International Marina with its brand new Cala D'Or Yacht Club. You can walk around the Marina and view the marine craft of all sizes.Lots of great quality places to eat and drink situated overlooking the marina.

Further Details:

The centre of Cala Egos is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Here you will find various shops, restaurants and bars, taxi rank and banking facilities, doctors dentist, chemists, car and bike hire are also available here. There is a great little supermarket just opposite from the apartment complex, a larger one 5 mins walk and a much bigger one in Cala D'Or just 5 mins by car. All the different areas within Cala D'Or and Cala Egos are served by a great selection of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. There is a water taxi boat service which goes up and down the coast stopping at different bays and beaches also a Local Mini Train service (it's a tractor really) which takes holiday makers all around the area for a small charge.
