Luxury secluded villa with pool and panoramic views,sleeps 8 in extreme comfort

Chene Blanc is situated just 2kms from the village of La Garde Freinet and enjoys fabulous and uninterrupted views to the coast with no neighbours or houses overlooking the property.

There is easy access via a private drive and ample secure car parking.

The master bedroom suite comprises bedroom with an emperor sized bed, en suite shower, wc and bath with twin basins and sunny private terrace accessed from both the bedroom and the bathroom. There are 3 other double bedrooms all with full en suite facilities. All bedrooms have climate controlled air-conditioning.

Downstairs there is a large lounge and dining room area which opens onto the pool, huge patio area and the covered au-vent to provide welcome shade and comfortable seating. There is a fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen with a large american style fridge freezer and ice-maker and a utility room and a separate downstairs WC.

Sky HD with sports and movie channels feeds a large HD TV, there is WiFi accessed broadband, boosted to receive signal throughout the house and the patio area, and there are various iPod players are around the house.

The pool is in full sun all day, being south facing, and measures approx 11 x 5.5 metres and is one overall depth of 1.45m. It features an automatic cleaning system ensuring crystal clear water and is a mirror effect with the water spilling over all 4 sides.

The local village provides all you would need to enjoy your stay...fabulous butchers, patisseries, grocers and there are markets on wednesday and sunday morning for plenty of fresh local produce. There is a great wine shop and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants

This house is absolutely wonderful with the most amazing views. Waking up in the morning and looking out at the vista is just a joy. The reflections on the Pool are equally joyful and we were all blown away by the peace and tranquility. We've rented properties in France for a number of years but really found this place faultless. Everything from the wonderful interior to the lovely bedding, the huge TV (great for tired kids) and the fab kitchen that has the best equipment I've ever seen in a rental. Thank you to Hanna (housekeeper) and Tony (owner) for a wonderful holiday. We will be in touch for next year.

Arrival time on the Saturday cannot be before 16.00 and departure on the Saturday must be by 10.00 to allow time for full cleaning before subsequent arrivals of guests.
Single weeks may be available by negotiation but at slightly increased rates.
There is a 35% deposit of the full rental pay
