Huge private 'wrap' terrace with outdoor furniture and steps to shared (6 apartments) swimming pool with timber decking and sun loungers. Quiet but very central location in the oldest part of Cala D'Or - beaches, shops, marina and town only 5 mins walk. Full aircon/heating, satellite TV/DVD, patio doors to terrace. Val D'Or golf only 5 mins drive.

About the Owner

Our property in Cala d'Or is our second home, therefore it is equipped to a higher than average 'rental' standard. We spend a good deal of time in Mallorca ourselves, when we maintain our apartment to the highest standard. When in Mallorca we also spend time boating and golfing at Val d'Or Golf - a lovely local golf course. Our main guests are families - we welcome children - our own children came to Cala d'Or over the past 15 years and there was always something for them to do at any age - lovely beaches when younger up to shopping and clubs when they were older. We never let to students on their own, stag or hen parties!When we are in the UK our property is managed and maintained by 5 star property services.

Cala Mondrago beaches - 2 beautiful beaches in nature reserve - 10 mins drive - excellent beach bars

Cala Serena & Ferrera 5 mins drive, sheltered sandy coves

Es Trenc 30 mins drive - longest undeveloped sandy beach on island, excellent beach bar, shallow bathing.

Travel:

Palma de Mallorca is 40 miles away. Car not essential as all amenities are close by (walking). Taxi fare from Palma 70 euros each way.

Distances:

Caves of Drach at Porto Christo approx 10 miles.

Felanitx market on Sunday 7 miles recommended.

Porto Colom (natural harbour) 3 miles - typically spanish.

Porto Petro 2 miles a beautiful natural harbour / fishing town.

Cala Figuera - small pretty fishing village 8 miles.

Further Details:

The marina area has planty of very good bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Sit overlooking luxury yachts whilst dining al fresco! The Eroski supermarket in the town centre is very good for all shopping needs, whilst the main pedestrian area in the town is full of boutiques and craft shops, restaurants, clubs and bars.
