Our house, which has air-conditioning and internet connection, is situated in the prime front line position of the estate. The house is well furnished with modern kitchen, bath/shower room, tv, dvd, internet access, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Tramontana has just 25 houses positioned around lovely gardens and is situated on the side of the beautiful Mahon harbour. It is very peaceful and friendly and the views from the houses of the harbour with the passing boats are absolutely stunning. There is a large pool with a children’s section and a car park. A small general store and a restaurant are within a few yards of the estate entrance. The lively Es Castell with the delightful cove of Calas Fonts and its restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Many of the island’s beautiful beaches are within a 15 to 30 minute drive and airport 15 minutes. Please check availability below, updated regularly.

No 10 is well furnished, has 4 bedrooms and a private garden.
On the 1st floor looking towards the entrance of the harbour the main bedroom has a double bed and en suite with walk-in shower.
There is a further bedroom with a double bed and balcony overlooking the harbour, another with a 2 single beds and a vanity sink unit overlooking the gardens and a family bathroom.
On the 2nd floor is a bedroom with amazing views that has 2 single beds opening onto a very large terrace overlooking the entrance of the harbour.
On the ground floor is the lounge with separate dining area. Both are well furnished including TV, DVD/MP3 and wifi broadband
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen including granite worktops, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and heating throughout.
Outside is a private garden with a patio overlooking the harbour and the communal gardens.

we have stayed in different parts of the island and always enjoyed our holiday but this area beats them all,and these apartments were just great everything we were looking for. we stayed at the number 2 apartment which was ab fab as the saying goes.thankyou Christine for sharing this little gem with us we will be back.
Arrived as cleaners were making the place spic and span for us. Super place with all mod cons. The views,as advertised, are truly wonderful and the sight of a 4 masted cruise ship sailing past at 11pm dressed like a Christmas tree cannot be exaggerated.
The walk to the cafés and restaurants of Es Castell is most enjoyable and even in late October there were enough of them open.
Communication with the owners was good and I would highly recommend the location.
Activity and Interests
Menorca is an Island with many, many beautiful beaches and being only 30 miles long means that many beaches can be reached within a 10 to 30 minute drive.
The airport is only 15 minutes away by car and the ferry terminal is 10 minutes.
Although a car will add to the enjoyment of your holiday, a 10 minute walk to Es Castell will take you to the bus stop for the 10 minute ride to Mahon from which many places on the island can then be reached by public transport. However,the position of the houses is such that many holidaymakers do not wish to leave the ever changing maritime views and relaxing gardens and spend the entire holiday there!

Sol del Este is a small urbanisation less than ten minutes walk from the small town of Es Castell. There is a restaurant/bar and shop within 100 yards of the property. In Es Castell, apart from supermarkets, lively square and many restaurants and bars is the delightful cove of Calas Fonts with its picturesque views that can be enjoyed from the many bars and restaurants. There is a bus every 30 minutes for the 10 minute ride to the capital of Menorca, Mahon. Buses can be caught here to many areas of the Island.

- Notes on accommodation: This property is very strictly non-smoking and unsuitable for smokers. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and have heating and lounge also has heating. Strictly no pets. Please note that during November to February the minimum booking is four weeks. The position of the property offer truly stunning views from the quiet and peaceful Tramontana Estate and yet is within a 5 to 10 minute walk to the delightful lively little Town of Es Castell and the cove of Calas Fons with it's many restaurants, bars etc. and frequent bus service to Mahon and the central bus garage for the Island services.
