Villa in Addaia, Menorca - Overlooking Small Marina on North Coast

A spacious family villa for six adults and two young children or one older child/adult on two floors with 3 bedrooms and a study/bedroom with 4ft. sofa bed. Landscaped gardens and sun terraces surround the private 10 metre pool.

Well equipped.

The upper floor has the front entrance , a cloakroom, an open plan living/ dining room, kitchen, utility room, drying terrace, and double door openings onto a large dining terrace with views over the inlet, and marina

The lower floor has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and a study/dressing room/children's bedroom with sofa bed, an en suite bathroom and 2 separate shower rooms. The bedrooms all open out onto the lower terraces and pool area, again with views over the inlet.

There is a driveway leading to a covered parking area for 1 car.

Location, location, location

We have just returned from a two week stay in this superbly located, extremely well equipped villa. It was exceedingly clean, the bathrooms modern & we always had plenty of hot water. The pool was regularly cleaned & the gardens very well kept.

The couple of issues that we had during our stay, were quickly & efficiently dealt with by the management company.

All of our family loved it & apart from a little exploring of old haunts, everyone was contented to just chill out, swim & watch the boats coming & going.

We didn't feel the need to venture out of the village to dine, as all tastes were catered for, in the local four restaurants.

A perfect relaxing holiday & thank you for having us Robert.

Hopefully we will be back next year!

Wonderful

We had no idea what to expect when booking this villa, as you do take a chance sometimes when booking online, however we were not disappointed AT ALL. I never write reviews, but because this villa is so wonderful, I had to on this occasion. All of the extended family on this holiday couldn't think of one thing to fault. The kitchen was fully equipped which was great for self-catering. It has a utility room with another full sized fridge, a separate drying area outside. They even left shopping bags for those supermarket trips! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which were all clean and modern. It seems to me that the owners have thought of everything. In addition to that, the view is definitely to die for and so is the pool. It is definitely a place to relax but also where the kids can play in the pool. As I say, we really couldn't fault it. We will return again.

Exceptional views over the marina and ideal location for boat owners. Very nice and cleverly organized house with full equipment. Efficient management team. A place where to spend fantastic hollidays and where to return !!!

Relax in style and comfort!

This villa is just a home from home, but with a view to die for! There is nothing you could possibly want for and we had such a relaxing holiday, the perfect location on the perfect island! The view of the harbour, from dawn til dusk is just outstanding, and even better, the little restaurant in the harbour sells excellent food and drinks at sensible prices. Nearby are some excellent beaches along the north coast, and it's only half an hour's drive to the opposite side of the island and also to Mahon, where there are shops, cafes and restaurants galore! The villa is just perfect, so much so that it can be quite hard to drag everyone away from he pool to go and see the island's many attractions. Thoroughly recommend going to see a fiesta in one of the towns, along with the "jaleo" which sees beautiful menorcan horses parading through the streets. We hope to be back at the villa very soon!

Coast/Beach:

The villa overlooks a marina on a beautiful inlet from the Meditteranean. A safe sandy beach at Arenal is five minutes away by car and another is at Son Parc, fifteen minutes away by car.

Menorca boasts many other beaches up to forty minutes away on the south coast.

Travel:

The only airport is Mahon, twenty five minutes away by car. Car hire is considered essential, to be able to tour this beautiful island.

Distances:

Mahon is the capital with a full selection of shops, banks, post office and restaurants. It is twenty minutes away by car. The rest of Menorca can be explored with ease. No attraction is more than sixty minutes away by car.

Further Details:

The local shops in Addaia comprise a small supermarket, souvenir and newspaper shop and restaurants. They are five minutes walk up the hill.

Changeover Day:
