Apartment in Cap D' Artrutx . In a Residential Area with Shortt Walk to Shops and Restaurants.

Charming ground floor apartment, with patio in lovely garden surroundings overlooking the sea, beautiful pool, green area for children. This apartment has everything you need to make you comfortable. Located in the residential area of Cala'N Bosch/Cap D'Artrutx, with the sea just across the road, the lovely lighthouse showing you to your home away from home. Picture yourself sitting on the awning covered patio having breakfast while listening to the waves of the sea. Talk about convenience, in case you run out of anything you need, there are a couple of smaller markets located within a 5 min. walk that you can nip into to save the day. We have it all. Sky TV, DVD/CD players, washing machine, fans in every room, tub w/shower, air con - if needed. Night life is only a few minutes walk where you can have cocktails before dinner and dancing afterward. Entertainment abounds close at hand so you'll be safe with the drink and drive laws.

About Brenda

My husband and I first visited Menorca while we lived in England in 1978. We now live in California, which has similar weather to Menorca during the summer.

As Americans, we had never heard of Menorca, but our neighbors/friends across the road from us in England introduced us to this lovely island and we are forever indebted to them for this introduction.

We are retired now and love to travel, but we manage to get to Menorca twice a year to visit friends we have made over the years.

Menorca has become a second home to us and we're sure you will fall in love with it as we did.

Brenda purchased this apartment in 1970

Why Brenda chose Ciutadella de Menorca

We bought the apartment at Plaza Del Faro mainly because of it's location. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just across the road from the sea where one of the special landmark lighthouses of Menorca stands at the point.

The complex has a newly furbished swimming pool and large deck area where you can just relax, take in the sun and then go for a swim to cool down a bit, with lovely views of the sea.

There's also a "green" area where children can run and play.

An ideal setting. You don't have to go out if you don't want to.

What makes this apartment unique

All the activities are a 10 minute walk along the sea. When you come to the Marina area of Cala'N Bosch, you will find numerous restaurants, shops, a water park for children, and a games area - also Cala'N Bosch Beach with San Xoriguer Beach a bit further along.

You don't have to rent a car if you don't want to. We have great bus service to the major town of Cituadella, which once was the capitol of Menorca with it's lovely charm, beautiful architecture and majestic Cathedral.

In our opinion, we have it all - whether it be relaxation or night life and activity - it is all there for you to enjoy.

Notes on accommodation: Perfect for children. Outside: Shared pool approx 30'x 20', outdoor furniture. Lovely gardens and flowers, trees and bushes surround the pool area overlooking the sea. Utility Room: Free washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh Towels and clean linen are supplied and changed weekly. Sorry, beach towels are not included. Other: The patio is equipped with a round table and 4 chairs. There are two additional reclining chairs and a small table. There is a line dryer to hang laundry to dry. Also, the awning makes sitting on the patio a delight to shelter the sun.

Lovely Place , excellent accomodation

We forgot to review after we had been so the date is a little out - we stayed 2012 x 2 ,2013 x 2 +2014 .We have stayed here for a few years and it is a very nice apartment which we were very happy in. due to my grand daughter growing up and needing her own room my family had to locate a 3 bedroom accommodation. I am sure my partner and I will be back to visit soon.All amenities are up to good standard , supermarket close by and marina only 15-20 minutes walk away. very flat idea for all ages. The owners are very helpful. Thank you for wonderful holidays
