This beautifully appointed modern villa has every facility you will need to enjoy a perfect stay in one of the Algarve's most attractive towns. With direct access to Meia Praia, an unspoilt beach with good restaurant facilities available day and night, also the fabulous 'Marina de Lagos' and town centre. The villa is ideally positioned in a hamlet of select Villas that form Albardeira Parque, whilst offering superb accommodation with 5 large bedrooms, & further accommodation if required, four bathrooms, a large modern lounge & fully equipped kitchen. There are private terraces on 2 levels, with a choice of BBQ and private dining facilities, with large open pool terrace, manicured gardens and private pool (heated upon request). There is a video entry system and secure parking, together with new games room & central heating for an all-year round rental opportunity. The villa provides excellent accommodation and is much sought after due also to its ideal location, a car is not required.

About Christopher Bradfield

The owner of the property is Christopher Bradfield, an Entrepreneur who has several successful businesses to his credit among them a 4 star hotel in Christchurch in Dorset, England, called the 'Captains Club Hotel'. Christopher was the founder member of the company 'Sounds Commercial' a market leader in producing live events and Corporate Conference's across Europe. His ideology is to provide the highest quality service, whilst providing value for money.

Christopher began his Algarve Villa Rental venture in 2004 with 'Casa Sarah', a 5 bedroom detached Villa in Albardeira Parque. By providing modern properties beautifully decorated and well managed by local Lagos man Dinis Rodrigues, he has steadily built a Portfolio comprising of 4 exceptional Villas and also an executive Apartment.

This holiday villa is awesome . We went with our own young family made up of a 3 year old and a 1 year old and we couldn't have felt more secure & comfortable at casa Sarah . Along with our own party was several members of our extended family . A total of 15 people stayed at the villa but due to the layout it never felt like we were in each others way . Ample seating areas were a welcome feature as in many villas before I have found seating to be limited . The games room was great as it was overcast one of our days but the kids were well catered for . It was such a relieve to. Go on holiday and not have to drive . With easy access to the beach and the likes of the busy marina we had everything we needed. I have booked many holiday homes in the past through various sites but have never received the service of which I received from Chris . Second to none !!

We will most certainly be back next year although maybe in July so we are guaranteed wall to wall sunshine .

Thanks Chris for making our daughters first holiday to Portugal that little bit special .

Notes on accommodation: Accommodation is air conditioned in the imprtant areas of first floor bedrooms, whilst enjoying cool ground floor and lower ground floor bedrooms. The villa is also centrally heated through winter periods offering all year round rental opportunity. The property is extremely spacious and modern. A superb villa with excellent facilities for both indoor and outdoor living. There are several areas where you can sit quietly alone, whilst the other members of the party are occupied elsewhere, perhaps on the upstairs terrace or down the side of the long quiet garden, whilst the other members are sitting by the pool. It is an ideal property for a family holiday or, for several groups of friends to enjoy a special holiday experience together in one of the Algarves most attractive areas. Outside: The Villa has both a front/side garden, and additional garden areas around the rear of the property adjacent to the swimming pool. There are also flowerbeds positioned around the BBQ area. With elegant palm trees on the side garden and an automatic irrigation system to ensure the flowers and manicured grass are kept in ideal condition all year around. There area separate terraces for enjoying the sunshine with the swimming pool providing lots of fun. A pool man arrives twice weekly to ensure the pool is kept clean and is monitored for a correct chemical balance. The separate BBQ area is popular with guests and often used for outdoor breakfast as the kitchen is directly accesible to and from the BBQ. The upstairs terrace is adjacent to the three double bedrooms situated along its length, giving guests the opportunity to have breakfast or pre dinner drink upstairs on the balcony which overlooks the pool and its terrace. Utility Room: Ironing board and steam iron, drying area and clothes horse. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and all bed linen are included and the Villa fully prepared prior to your arrival. Cleaning of the essential areas is also included during your stay, if required by the client. Other: An excellent, new games room is provided on the ground floor with an adjacent twin bedroom and ensuite shower room. The games room features full size snooker, pool, table tennis, table football, & electronic darts. A £40 supplement only is charged.

Great Villa for a Family Holiday

We have stayed at Casa Sarah at Easter for the last 5 years. There are 6 adults and 4 children in our party and there is plenty of room for all. The villa is well appointed and comfortable and the manager, Dinis, is very helpful if anything goes wrong. The owner Chris can also be contacted if needed and will make sure you have a great time. We have the pool heated and the children love it whatever the weather. Lagos Marina is a 20 minute walk away and the main town a further 10 minutes. Whether you want a totally self catering holiday or to eat out in Lagos, Casa Sarah is an ideal location. We have already booked for 2018 and cannot wait to go back.

They are accurate in their knowledge of the walking distances to and from the property to the marina and the town etc. Yes, this property is ideal for a family group holiday and I look forward to welcoming the Forster's back to Casa Sarah for their next holiday in April 2018.

Situated just 1km from Meia Praia, one of the Algarve's longest and most popular beaches and close to the lovely Marina De Lagos and its bars, cafes & restaurants, in this delightful town of Lagos. This modern villa is in a perfect location to be able to enjoy all of the amenities. Fresh fish restaurants abound on almost every beach front. Only three minutes by car are the beaches of 'Praia De Ana' arguably one of the Algarves most famous beaches, 'Praia De Mos, and the villages of 'Luz' and 'Salema' exploring at its best!


Nearest Airport Faro only 80kms away direct access is available via the A22 from the Airport gates. The journey takes approx 60minutes by car. Lisbon is the nearest ferry port and is a distance of 360km.


Situated in the centre of the Western Algarve, Lagos is close to nearby Praia de Luz (2km), Praia de Rocha(18km),

Alvor (12Km), Sagres (26km) with Albufeira only (36km) away.

Dining in the evening. Lagos is full of excellent restaurants catering for all types of taste. Fresh fish abounds and the choice is quite fantastic, however one or two are exceptional. Sao Roque - The Fresh Fish Restaurant on the beach*. Situated right on the beach at the town harbour side of Meia Praia beach is this popular fish restaurant. The staff are very friendly and very professional and the fish is brought to the restaurant daily. You can choose your fish from the display as you enter the restaurant and the choice is varied from Golden Bream, Sea Bass, Large or small sole to Stone Bass and Red snapper plus John Dory. If you like fish this restaurant is unlikely to disappoint you and some people have reported that it is worthy of the flight alone! Sao Roque can be accessed from the rear of the railway station behind the Marina, simply drive to the end of the road and onto the beach. It is the last building on the left. There is ample parking available. Dom Sebastian*** is an experience not to be missed, here you can dine inside for a real Portugese five start experience book for the night of your choice. Chefs entrée is served before your first course arrives and consists of liver Pate, soft cheese, French toast, soft bread rolls, butter, local fish pate, carrots in garlic (the local speciality entrée) and completed by a bacon in brandy flambé still in flame.

This is before your starter arrives! The meal is always finished with a choice of lemon hotshot or firewater accompanied by almonds and figs offered in a Portuguese almond table sack. Bars in Lagos: The bars at the end of the Rua de 25 Abril in which the restaurant Dom Sebastian is situated are plentiful and this particular spot is where the action is considered to be, sixties and seventies music are popular, with 'Stones' and 'Zanzibar' good haunts.
