Built 2005, this luxury apartment sits in the heart of beautiful Sainte Maxime. It has fantastic views from the large balcony, has a large living/dining area with fitted kitchen, modern tiled bathroom, master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and garage. There are shared gardens to the rear. It is ideally located within short walk (2 mins) of the beach, shops restaurants and sporting facilities. Sainte Maxime is 1 hour from Nice and has easy access to all of the French Riviera.

The apartment has WIFI, Flat screen TV and DVD player.

Great apartment, well located in St Maxime.

Everything in the apartment was as we had expected from the information given to us by the friendly and helpful owners after we'd booked. The apartment was beautifully clean, well maintained and even had things you could use on the beach. The apartment was at the back of the small town but only took a few minutes to walk to the beach/ restaurants/shops. We loved the beach and the old town and enjoyed the wide choice of restaurants on offer. There were a range of markets we visited in the town that we also enjoyed visiting. Although the traffic can be a little slow when driving to St Tropez it was definately worth the trouble as the town is lovely. However the drive through the olive groves and vineyards, just out of the town, was easy and the town of Grimaud was delightful.

Great Holiday in St Maxime

This property was a fantastic location to visit the Cote d'azur, St Maxime is a lovely little town with really good amenities, it has a great marina, lovely beach and nice promenade where there is constantly something going on. Its a fantastic location for visiting other areas nearby like Port Grimaud, catching a boat to St Maxime, going as far as Nice and cannes in the car as well as all the lovely towns and villages we have discovered and stayed at since visiting St Maxime. We have stayed at teh property a few times now, it is well equipeed and has a lovely balcony where you can cool down and take in the views of the hills surrounding, the flat is close to the local market to where you can easily nip to to get fresh produce and local delicacies. Travelling to the property is pretty easy from several airports to overall it makes a great choice for a summer holiday

We had been attracted to the south of France ever since visiting friends who lived in the area for a number of years. We visited Sainte Maxime during a property hunting weekend and fell in love with it instantly. We bought the apartment straight away off plan and enjoyed getting to know the beautiful town while the apartment was being built over the following year.

Nearest Golf : Golf Sainte Maxime at 1.5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A8 at 15 Kilometres


Two minute walk from nearest beach. 5 other beaches in walking distance. Port has two harbours and many boat trips available.


Nice airport - 90km (1 hour 10 minutes by car)

Toulon - 60km (45 mins by car)

Accessible by public transport.


Nearest towns outside Sainte Maxime- Port-Grimaud, Saint-Tropez, La Garde-Freinet, Collobrieres - all accessible by public transport.

Further Details:

Town has many restaurants to suit all tastes - all walking distance from apartment. There are sporting facilities for all, a cinema, covered markets, coastal walks, boat trips, diving and water skiing etc etc !
