Our house occupies an enviable position at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large garden backing onto the 12th tee, appropriately named 'The Outback'. The screened pool area is secluded and perfectly placed for maximum sunshine throughout the day. With your own soft reclining sun beds, you really will be ready to unwind and relax into this very special holiday.

About the Owner

We are retired couple living in the south of England. We like to get away from the cold, bleak English winters and we purchased our beautiful villa to enable us to fulfill this dream. Our villa is our pride and joy and we care for it in the same way as we care for our permanent home, to us our villa is our home and we enjoy sharing it with guests who afford it the same care. We stay in our villa at least twice a year so that we can personally make sure our management company, pool man, gardener etc are keeping the property in tip top condition. Everyone tells us our villa home has a "wow factor" and this is borne out by the lovely comments we get in our guestbook in the house and by the number of return visits we get. We know you will love our villa.

"Excellent house, pool area and location."

My Family recently spent two weeks in Peter and Diane's lovely house on Highlands Reserve. We have stayed in Highlands Reserve 6 times in the past but I have to say that this house was one of the best we have stayed in. The house was in perfect condition and very clean on our arrivsal. The large private pool area is the higlight of the house. We will be booking this house again next year.

We have been on 3 occasions. The place is ideally suited to get to the theme parks. It's a lovely homely villa with a touch of luxury and an invaluable pool to cool off in.Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and backs on to a golf course and is in a lovely quiet area. Super market is a short distance away plus retaurants and other amenities. Ejoyed each visit and can not find fault at all.

Great, well maintained, well located property!

Although slightly oversized for the 2 of us we had a fantastic stay in this property and found it to have everything we needed and more. It was well maintained, clean and had all the features we could dream of wanting in a Florida Villa. It's location is perfect both within the estate, being easy enough to get to but with no passing traffic or other properties onlooking as well as it's proximity to the major tourist attractions, being around a 15min drive from Disney and 25min drive from Universal.

Would not hesitate to return! Thank you for having us.

Peace and Relaxation in the heart of Florida

This is a delightful property with easy access to Disney (Universal Studios and the Outlet and the Larger Shopping Malls are a little further away) Nearby there is a Publix and a little further up US 27 a Wall Mart Super Center. The house has everything you need and we could not have asked for anymore. The on-sight management company are attentive and quickly respond to any queries you may have. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of plates and cutlery and the water from the fridge is filtered so it does not have that horrible chlorine taste make it ideal for a cup of tea in the morning. (Publix even had English tea bags) The beds are very comfortable, the pool was lovely and the tv has a wide range of channels and programmes on demand once you figure out the remote controls (it took us a week) Highly recommended, excellent value for money and a lovely setting on the Highlands reserve golf course.

Large & Comfortable Home In a Great Location

This vacation home is exactly as pictured. It's large, comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a large kitchen and nice bedrooms. The master bedroom and ensuite are huge. The pool was great; the house being on a cul-de-sac and having a golf course with a hill area just behind it, it's very private. Also, the area of Highlands Reserve is one of the nicest parts of Davenport/Four Corners. It's convenient to all the attractions yet it has a shady residential park-like aspect to it. The management company couple were delightful and responsive.

Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in the Disney/Central Florida area.

Best villa we've stayed in so far!

Extremely clean and well maintained villa at the end of a cul de sac, no through traffic, very quiet area. The pool is amazing, loved the night time lighting of the garden area, although it doesn't have a safety fence we actually preferred this because many of them do and it closes down the pool area, we don't have small children so this didn't matter to us but rest assured there are very loud door alarms to alert you to when the door is open so is very safe. One of the bathrooms can exit onto the pool area so this was great for being able to use the toilet when outside without making the carpets wet! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll ever need and the laundry room is handy so you don't need to bring as many clothes... leaving plenty of room for all those things you'll buy when you're out there, bring an empty case! the master suite is just crazy size, one whole side of the villa, loved the walk in shower and closet and the bed was super comfy (I even took a sneak peek at where the pillows were from as I've been struggling to find comfy ones.. until now!!!) We like staying out away from the busy part of the 192 and Highlands Reserve is well placed to be far enough but near enough to the parks. There is a Publix supermarket and small shopping complex nearby and a Walgreens pharmacy. Peter and Diane have also made a handy folder which is in the villa with everything you'll need to know, including when the recycling goes out, thanks for that, we had loads for the yellow bin!

The whole stay was great and I would thoroughly recommend it, although maybe I shouldn't, if it's too popular I may never be able to get the time slot I want if I book again ;-)

Wonderful Holiday Villa

Just getting back into work after 3 wonderful weeks in America. I would like to thank you for allowing us to use your fantastic home for our holiday in Orlando , it really made our holiday that much better after a hectic week between New York and Chicago. I can see why your villa is in such demand because it is truly in an ideal location on the Highlands reserve resort for a relaxing holiday. The most enjoyable thing for myself and my wife was the quiet location , the pool area not being overlooked really makes the difference while you are relaxing.As i said before , this is our 5th time on holiday in Orlando , 4th time on the Highlands reserve , and without doubt the best villa we have stayed at .

We searched firstly for a home for us to enjoy, and we found just that at Highlands Reserve. We bought from new so had the choice of location and we chose a quiet, not overlooked property that backed onto the golf course. It was important to us that our pool area was as private as possible and being at the end of the road we were able to acquire a large plot. We don't play golf, but we loved the open aspect the golf course gives and the lovely drive through the course to get to our home. Our grandchild loves the easy access to Disney and the other parks and we like the fact that it is an easy drive to and from these venues.

Highlands Reserve is next to Berry Town Centre a small shopping area which includes top quality supermarket and eating take outs. A huge Wal-Mart supermarket is just 5 minutes away. Just a couple of miles away is the neon lit restaurants, crazy golf, shopping outlets and hotels of the 192. A must visit attraction in its own right.

We love the close proximity of Berry Town Centre, which has a large supermarket (Publix) and numerous restaurants and fast food outlets. You will love the private pool area with it's tropical planting and sunny position and we know it is sometimes difficult to drag the children away to visit Mickey because they are having such a nice time in the pool. We know you will just love our villa home.
