Bedroom 2 twin beds fitted wardrobe, bedside tables overlooks the sea (floor fan) Bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, wc and basin. Hairdryer.

Kitchen: Full equipped with electric hob/cooker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine. iron and ironing board.

Living Room Open plan lounge with two sofas (one double sofabed) dining table with six chairs, 40" HD flat screen TV with freeview (no need to miss your favourite soaps or progs) video, DVD and CD players with videos and DVDs for your enjoyment also books/ board games plus beach stuff. Free Wifi with supplied code. There is a ceiling fan. Electricity/gas supplied. There is allocated parking space next to the apartment.

Bed linen and towels are provided not beach towels. Apartment is cleaned between each rental. Please state unit/apt number when replying to this advertisement

The balcony overlooks the gardens and swimming pools, an adult pool and a children's pool. The property is situated in a small very pretty, quiet complex. It is five minutes walk to the nearest beach nearest supermarket is 2 mins away there are shops, bars and restaurants aplenty Alcossebre is a traditional select small village, with a village atmosphere still maintaining its village charm. Not your usual package tour holiday, no high rise blocks here. Situated at the bottom of a mountain plus there are five beaches within easy reach, they rarely get overcrowded, even in the summer. The marina is a 15 minutes walk away.

Great family holiday

Easy to get to from the airport. A short drive in good rental. Lovely apartment at a very competitive price. The area is unspoilt with lovely walks and beaches in the close by national parku. The aspartmdmt is well appointed with a fantastic view of the pool. The 2nd floor accommodation has no one below!

The 2 bedrooms are perfect and the living area ideal for a family holiday.

We have stayed here a few times now and will definitely come back

Lovely quiet destination.

We have used this property 4 times already and due to the our teenage kids nagging we have already booked next year.

The property is situated just outside the town, it is a small complex which is kept beautiful and clean. The outdoor swimming pool is a descent size and my teenagers loved it !!! its never over crowded in the height of summer and there are many places that you can lay and enjoy the sun.

The apartment itself Is light and airy with a large lounge and descent kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need.

If you want a relaxing holiday this is perfect !! A quiet part of Spain with a great selection of restaurants. The owner Pat is very happy to help as much as possible.

Amazing location and great value

We had a fantastic week just before Easter. The apartment is set in beautiful gardens with a stunning pool which our 8 year old son loved playing in. The apartment is lovely and clean and very well furnished. It has great kitchen facilities making it easy to cook some delicious meals in the evening. The supermarket is just 2 minutes away and we took great delight in frequently visiting to purchase great quality food at very cheap prices. The apartment has a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the evening sunshine with a glass or two. The owners were extremely helpful and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable, they gave us some great tips on where to eat locally and some lovely beaches to visit. They also helped to arrange our transfers to and from the airport. We loved Alcossebre as it still retains it's Spanish charm, with lovely Tapas restaurants and a spectacular beach. The local area also has some beautiful beaches which were virtually deserted (not hoards of Brits abroad). Overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend to couples or families looking's for a holiday away from the tourist traps, great quality accommodation at great prices. We will definately be going back.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. l'exposition est également idéal car le soleil n expose pas la terrasse de toute la journée. (c'est le seul appartement qui est idéalement exposé. les espaces communs sont également très bien entretenus.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest sandy beach five minutes walk away. There are five blue flag beaches in the resort. The Marina is 15 minutes walk away. Also there is a rugged part of the coastline for those who like nature. Also for those who are energentic there are lovely walks. A visit to the church on the hill is recommended and why not try the other end of the village where the lighthouse is situated where there are lovely coves and walk ways.

Travel:

Reus 1 1/2 hr Valencia 1hr, Barcelona 2 1/2 hrs. Castellon 20 min. Once you arrive at Alcossebre a car is not needed as you can walk to each end of the village within 20 minutes. All of the beaches, shops, marina etc are within each reach nothing to far away in Alcossebre. But to visit places of interest then a car is recommended. Nearest train station is at Benecarlo half an hour away. We can arrange with a contact transfers from either the airports or the train station if required.

Distances:

Nearest large town Castellon half hour. Places to visit, Port Adventura (Salou) one hour approx. Water park at Benicassim half hour, Peniscola (where El Cid was filmed)20 minutes, Vinaros half hour. Morella one hour approx. These are approx times by car.

Further Details:

The nearest new supermarket is two minutes walk away and the village 5 minutes walk away from the complex has restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops, bakers, greengrocers, banks, Medical centre with a English speaking Doctor. Children's play areas. In the summer there are pedaloes and cycles for hire plus horseriding and tennis. Volley ball. Daily diving is available off Columbretes island. Oropesa has botanical gardens with an open air concert area. Villages of the Maestrazgo are worth a visit.
