Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in Antibes with seaview in quiet area near beach, restaurants and shops

Luxury apartment on the beginning of exclusive Cap d'Antibes. 100m to the sandy beach (Plage Salis) with sun, sailing and water sports. 5 minutes walk to Antibes or Juan Les Pins center. 100m to boulangerie where you can buy fresh bread. And a small shop is next to it with food and wine. 15 minutes to Antibes harbour which is one of the largest yacht harbours with some of the largest yacht in the world. Quite spectacular. 10 minutes walk to the provencal market in Antibes with fresh vegetables, fish, spices, cheese, etc.

Fantastic sea and mountain view from a 76m2 private roof top terrace. View also over old Antibes and Picasso museum. There are also balconies on both sides of the apartment. Sun all day (incl. morning and evening). Chairs and tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the roof top terrace and the lower terrace. There is a new large Weber gas barbecue on the roof top terrace. Sea view from both bedrooms. The apartment has all amenities.

There is air-condition throughout the apartment.

In the master bedroom there is a large double bed. You have an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed. There is also a guest bathroom with toilet and a shower.

Unless you are planning to drive around on your holiday there is really no need for a car as you can walk to everything you need. If you have a car there is a private garage box with the apartment.

Both Antibes and Juan Les Pins train stations are a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Antibes bus station is 5 minutes away.

About The Owner

We try to ensure that our guests arrive into our apartment the same way we want to arrive into other peoples home or to nice hotels. It should be as described and advertised. The pictures should offer a glimpse of the apartment and views but reality will exceed it when arriving. We want our clients to feel at home, have the amenities they need, the support they need and in general just can start relaxing as soon as they arrive into the apartment. Our guests will be greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome pack. It contains the small things you don't want to rush out to get the first minutes. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay in our home just as much as we do. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us for some answers. We are a married couple with two small children.

Why The Owner chose Cannes - Grasse - Antibes

This part of the world is just lovely. The Riviera is fantastic and in our opinion Antibes is the best thing about it. Great climate and weather, great food, nice people, nice scenery, beautiful sea, nearby everything you will need, calm, close to the glamour and fun of Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Juan Les Pins, etc. St Tropez or Italy is only a short distance away.

The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay during your holidays. We have several regular clients who come from year to year as they like the location and the quality of the apartment.

When I moved to Antibes in 1997 I lived around the corner from the apartment and when I had an opportunity to buy the apartment I knew I had to as I really would not want to live in any other area.

You will thoroughly enjoy it. It has what you want and can expect from a high end property. We take care of the apartment very well, furniture has recently been upgraded, the building is beautiful, the location is great, it is safe and secure, and the views are spectacular. We just know you will enjoy your stay as our clients keep telling us that they do.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is cleaned before and after each rental. Use of linen and towels are included. Extra cleaning service can be provided. Could not be more convenient and comfortable!

We spent one week in Martin's apartment before the Christmas break. The check in and check out were fast and very well done. The apartment is very comfortable with 2 nice bathrooms (which is rare for apartments of that size in France). It has all the necessary equipments and services to make you feel as comfortable as home. It is outstandingly located. Few walking minutes to Antibes downtown and if you run fast enough you can make it in seconds to the beach or the boulangerie. It is less than 20 mn away from major attractions. We took kids to SALTO a great trampoline park in Mougins and it took us only 15 mn (btw awesome place for kids or adults looking for indoor exercise). The view from the terrace is exceptional. It was very quiet but frankly the Cote d'azur in December is very quiet overall. I was there with my parents both over 80 years old and it was perfect for them too. 2 things you might want to be aware of, the garage does not fit a long station wagon car and TV is set for English speaking people, I could not find a way to access French national TV channels. Overall we were extremely satisfied and I would not hesitate renting Martin's place again or recommend it to Friends.

Perfect location, easy walks to old town, and easy day drives to other cities

Apartment had everything as stated in description. The building and apartment is well kept, safe, close to beach, shop, restaurants, and quiet ( no street noises). The view from the roof terrace is spectacular. Martin and Jonathan are very helpful. Would love to return! Joy & Tom

Lovely apartment with great views

We loved this apartment, from arriving and seeing the well kept outside to entering the building. Everything was there for you to enjoy a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the roof terrace with it's great views and comfortable furniture. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops and market. You can even walk on to Juan les Pain if you are feeling up to it. I would definitely recommend this place if you are thinking of staying in Antibes.

Another excellent holiday in Antibes

Once again we enjoyed the excellent facilities at this high-quality Antibes apartment, which is ideally located just five minutes from the beach and a pleasant 15 minutes sea-front walk to old Antibes. The views from the roof terrace across the sea to Nice are stunning, and it is makes an ideal venue for sunbathing and the an evening meal cooked on the new gas BBQ. The facilities in the apartment have been further upgraded this year, and offer extra-quiet air conditioning for a good night's sleep, a top-quality digital TV and sound system, and very clean and attractive decoration and furnishing in the large lounge and two bedrooms. Having a second bathroom is a welcome feature, and with balconies outside the bedrooms and lounge there is always somewhere to get some peace and quiet. A special touch is the provision of a "welcome pack" on arrival which provides basic essentials so you can avoid an immediate visit to the shops. Nearby facilities include the best boulangerie in Antibes, and possibly the Cote d'Azur, and a well-stocked mini-supermarket with daily fresh fruit and vegetables. There is even a wheeled shopping trolley provided at the apartment to carry heavy items such as bottles. It is ideal for a couple or for a family, and we have enjoyed holidays with our family there during the past six years. We are already looking forward to visiting the apartment again for our annual Antibes holiday in 2017.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

What a fabulous place. Perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants of Antibes and Juan les Pins, and equally convenient for our day trips to Monte Carlo, Nice and St Tropez!

The apartment was modern and well equipped, with all the essentials needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. We especially loved bbq-ing up on the roof terrace with its spectacular views overlooking the ocean!

We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment, in fact we are already planning our next visit!
