Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in Antibes with seaview in quiet area near beach, restaurants and shops

Luxury apartment on the beginning of exclusive Cap d'Antibes. 100m to the sandy beach (Plage Salis) with sun, sailing and water sports. 5 minutes walk to Antibes or Juan Les Pins center. 100m to boulangerie where you can buy fresh bread. And a small shop is next to it with food and wine. 15 minutes to Antibes harbour which is one of the largest yacht harbours with some of the largest yacht in the world. Quite spectacular. 10 minutes walk to the provencal market in Antibes with fresh vegetables, fish, spices, cheese, etc.

Fantastic sea and mountain view from a 76m2 private roof top terrace. View also over old Antibes and Picasso museum. There are also balconies on both sides of the apartment. Sun all day (incl. morning and evening). Chairs and tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the roof top terrace and the lower terrace. There is a new large Weber gas barbecue on the roof top terrace. Sea view from both bedrooms. The apartment has all amenities.

There is air-condition throughout the apartment.

In the master bedroom there is a large double bed. You have an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed. There is also a guest bathroom with toilet and a shower.

Unless you are planning to drive around on your holiday there is really no need for a car as you can walk to everything you need. If you have a car there is a private garage box with the apartment.

Both Antibes and Juan Les Pins train stations are a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Antibes bus station is 5 minutes away.

About The Owner

We try to ensure that our guests arrive into our apartment the same way we want to arrive into other peoples home or to nice hotels. It should be as described and advertised. The pictures should offer a glimpse of the apartment and views but reality will exceed it when arriving. We want our clients to feel at home, have the amenities they need, the support they need and in general just can start relaxing as soon as they arrive into the apartment. Our guests will be greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome pack. It contains the small things you don't want to rush out to get the first minutes. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay in our home just as much as we do. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us for some answers. We are a married couple with two small children.

Why The Owner chose Antibes

This part of the world is just lovely. The Riviera is fantastic and in our opinion Antibes is the best thing about it. Great climate and weather, great food, nice people, nice scenery, beautiful sea, nearby everything you will need, calm, close to the glamour and fun of Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Juan Les Pins, etc. St Tropez or Italy is only a short distance away.

The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay during your holidays. We have several regular clients who come from year to year as they like the location and the quality of the apartment.

When I moved to Antibes in 1997 I lived around the corner from the apartment and when I had an opportunity to buy the apartment I knew I had to as I really would not want to live in any other area.

You will thoroughly enjoy it. It has what you want and can expect from a high end property. We take care of the apartment very well, furniture has recently been upgraded, the building is beautiful, the location is great, it is safe and secure, and the views are spectacular. We just know you will enjoy your stay as our clients keep telling us that they do.

Perfect location for all purposes

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town, or walking over the small hill down into Juan les Pins. Plus the Ponteil and Salis beaches are 5 mins away. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable, with a superb and well equipped roof terrace. Full English TV was a great boon, as weather variable during our stay. All, in all, highly recommended!

A Gem of an Apartment

This is a real gem of an apartment. Very comfortably furnished with a stunning roof terrace. The apartment is very well located, 10 mins to the centre of old Antibes and 15 mins to the centre of Juan les Pins. Additionally there are excellent restaurants and a boulangerie nearby. So excellent in fact that we have booked to go back for 5 weeks next March

Perfect Apartment !

The apartment is exactly as described and shown in photos. Great location, close to everything. Wonderful air con, very quiet, comfortable beds, stunning view from roof top terrace,managers were excellent when checking in and we would definiately book again- highly recomended to anyone wanting to enjoy time in Antibes.

Another excellent stay in Antibes

Once again we enjoyed our holiday in this well-appointed apartment just minutes from the beach...and the best patisserie in Antibes.

Key highlight is the well-appointed roof terrace which has spectacular views over the bay to Nice as well as to the mountains behind. With new sun loungers and parasols this year, it was the ideal place to soak up the sun, and also have a BBQ in the evening.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and it was great to enjoy the hi-tech television and sound system in the lounge, as well as extremely comfortable beds. Having balconies off both the lounge and bedrooms was an added bonus and provided opportunities to take in the early morning sun and later enjoy a quiet evening.

With a long, sandy and safe beach just a few minutes away, and an enjoyable seafront 15-minute walk into old Antibes the apartment is ideally positioned, and Juan-Les-Pins is equally near and well worth a walk over the hill.

Best local restaurant for lunch (only) is the Le Coq Licot where there is a warm welcome and some excellent food with a great sea view.

Great apartment with a fantastic location

We have rented this apartment now for the third time, and we just love the apartment, Antibes, it's surroundings and most of all the view towards Nice and Cap Ferrat.

The apartment itself has been renovated during the last few years with aircondition in both 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The apartment is repainted and there are new beds in both bedrooms.

The place that is used the most, is the top floor terrace with nice furniture, sun beds and a barbecue.

We sure will come back to this lovely apartment.

Fantastic holiday in Antibes

4 adults used the apartment for 10 days in June 2017.

We found the apartment to be very spacious, airy and in a great location. The terrace on the roof was spectacular. It had wonderful views and a great barbecue which we used several times.

The lovely couple who look after the apartment and met us on arrival were very welcoming and helpful to us.

We look forward to returning next year.

Nice international airport is 20 minutes away by car. The apartment is in a very good location and a rental car is not needed. Antibes and Juan Les Pins train stations are 15-20 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car.


The apartment is located on exclusive Cap d'Antibes. It is within walking distance <5 min to both Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Nice and Cannes are only 10-20 minutes by car away. Monte Carlo is 45 minutes away and St Tropez is 1.5 hour away. San Remo in Italy is 50 minutes away.
