Notes on accommodation: No smoking. Private and suitable for children. In the interest of hygiene all refuse must be removed daily to public bins outside complex entrance gate. Your co-operation in the above is greatly appreciated. Outside: Villa has front and back patio and roof terrace. Outside furniture/equipment includes lounges, dining table, chairs and BBQ. The complex has a beautiful garden with adult pool and small pool for toddlers. Access is through remote controlled gates and is supervised by reception. Private parking adjacent to villa. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided, please bring your own beach/bath towel. Villa towels must not be removed. Cleaning weekly.

Lovely location

Villa clean and tidy and situated on a quiet, well kept complex but kitchen, shower room and bathroom in bad need of modernisation, particularly the kitchen and appliances. No maid service as advertised but spare bedding/towels and washing machine on hand. Lovely shared pool with friendly and well priced poolside cafe/bar. Villa very close to beautiful beach, Marina, Restaurants, Bars/Cafe's and very picturesque Old Village. Manager contactable by phone if needed. Would stay here again if property was adequately updated.

Owner's Response: In response to recent review made by guest. The first item to be updated at the end of the season is the complete modernisation of the kitchen to include appliances. This work will be completed in 2015. Foloowing on will be upgrading of shower room. Unfortunately due to work commitments by contractor, the above was to be carried out pre season. Look forward to accommodating guest in more modern updated villa at another time. Kind regards, Aidan.

Local beaches are 15/20 minutes walking distance. Also available through local public transport, taxi or local fun train (timetables through complex reception). Local beaches are spectacular and inlude cafés/bars & lifeguard supervision in peak season.


Faro Airport is just 12 miles from Vilamoura. Car hire is available at Faro Airport and locally. Local taxi and bus service available to and from Airport.


Vilamoura Marina 3 minutes by car. Quarteira 5 minutes by car. Loule 10 minutes by car. Albufeira is 15 minutes by car. Almancil 8 minutes by car.

Further Details:

Vilamoura Marina and its extensive choice of restaurants, bars and shops are only minutes away walking or by car. The market town of Quarteira (3 miles), Loule, and coastal resort of Albufeira are within short driving distance. For ladies fashion a visit to Algarve Shopping Centre and Faro are worth a visit, while the dads and children would enjoy a visit to the nearby Aqua Parks or Go Karting in Almacil.

A non refundable deposit of 25% to be paid direct to owner at time of booking. The remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A discount of 5% will apply to all two week stays. Prices for the property per week are displayed in Euro. For extended rents please contact for prices.

Changeover Day:
Saturdays / Sundays villa to be vacated by 12.00pm or by agreement. Late arrivals must collect keys before 9pm or make alternative arrangements.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
