This is a splendid three-bedroom villa situated in the desirable Canarian village of Oasis de Nazaret. It has the advantage of being situated next door to Casa Christophe and a short walk to Villa Lulu, making it ideal for large family holidays. It affords spectacular views over the rolling countryside and multi coloured mountains, down to the sea. It is 15 minutes drive to the golf courses and to the beach in Costa Teguise. Plenty of privacy in the villa due to the layout, the fact that the villa is not overlooked and is not on a main road. Pool area has artificial grass to avoid burning your feet and making it comfortable for toddlers. Barbeque area nicely tiled with plenty of garden furniture. The villa is extremely child friendly. All baby equipment provided for a small charge.

About the Owner

We have lived in Lanzarote for over 20 years and are a family run company. We are on hand 24 hours per day in case you need us but we are far enough away to leave you to enjoy the freedom of having a villa holidays. Why choose Nazaret? It is a typical Canarian village with a mixture of sophisticated and typical restaurants, is very near to anywhere and only 20 minutes from the airport. We have had clients who have lost their passport or become ill but have always been there to deal with things and get them home again.We are on call 24 hours per day and can arrange most things for our clients.

Very private and peaceful

This was our first time back to Lanzarote after 22years and was very impressed with the how much it had improved. The roads were lovely to drive on and with the instructions from Peter to find the villa it was made very easy. Had a lovely relaxing stay in the villa. Very private and peaceful. The villa is set in the middle of Nazaret. Away from the hussel and bussel. It was very clean and had every thing you would need for your stay. The outside pool area was a bit run down and could do with a bit of an upgrade, also the pool was heated but we still found it very cold. Probably because of the time of year we went, which was November. Are already thinking of going back next year. Peter and Vince were very pleasent and there when we arrived to see everything was ok, and when we left to see we enjoyed our stay. But were left alone to get on with our holiday.

The villa is spacious and very clean

Just back having had a lovely week with fabulous weather, a relaxing holiday in a beautiful villa with a great pool and the beautiful town of teguise is only 5 mins away., Peter is only a call away and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable, he has a mountain of knowledge about lanzatote and the places to see.

Excellent family villa

Can not rave about this property and holiday enough.

The villa is spacious with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

Well equipped for a family to self cater from. Plenty of room so family members are not on top of one another and have their own privacy

The kitchen has lots of storage and the benefit of juicers , microwave, dish washer , oven, fridge freezer etc ....

Fantastic mountain views. Very private and immaculate clean villa . Cannot be faulted for price and value for money

Double bedroom with patio doors leading on to the garden is large , has loads of storage space and a large bathroom with full bath and separate shower, the Ceiling fan a blessing in the warm summer months . Other bedrooms are large and airy . One of the other rooms has a second full bathroom attached like the master and us a twin. The 3 rd twin bedroom is situated right next to the 3 rd bathroom which is a shower room giving it an ensuite feel due to its proximity

The service team offer a fantastic pick up and drop off service from the airport. Peter is particularly accommodating and readily available to offer advice, support and assist . Nothing is too much trouble.

The pool is clean and warm and very relaxing to sit around. We went in July and there was no need to heat the pool some days it was like a warm bath

Wifi is good and tv has a scart port meaning laptops and equivalent can be plugged in.

The car hire service offered was cheap and good and proved so valuable

Local,supermarket well stocked and cheap prices . Can get most of your basics from there

Villa is well positioned in a friendly neighbourhood where neighbours say hello and a very friendly . Has a family feel the street and makes you feel safe

Perfect Villa For a "Chill Out" Holiday

This was our third stay in Casa Cobra and we enjoy it more each time.

The peaceful village location is pleasantly away from the tourist resorts, yet close enough for you to visit to eat out and go shopping. Being almost in the centre of the island nothing is that far away anyway.

There is a beautiful pool that is a really good size and the whole garden area is very private. The pool was well maintained and cleaned several times during our stay.

Once again we were met at the airport; even though our flight was about 3 hours late Peter was there with a smile waiting with our hire car and at the end of the holiday punctually returned us to airport departure door.

This is so much easier than queuing up at the airport for a hire car then continually worrying all the holiday that the hire company will find some reason to rip you off when you get home and you can do very little about it.

The villa is good value for money with the option of pool heating in the cooler season.

We did not have the Internet on this time but there is an adequate 3G signal and most restaurants etc have free Wi-Fi nowadays.

If you have a news obsession there is always Sky News on the TV to keep you going, together with the usual selection of Spanish TV programmes.

Large Eurospar and Mercadona within easy drive and there is a small handy store in the village.

Extensive Sunday morning Market at Teguise only about 3km away.

There is everything there you need for a good restful break.

Brilliant villa!

A fabulous week in a fabulous space. The owners are lovely and worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great week, sorting out our car hire when the flight was delayed, and ensuring we had all the information and everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Villa cobra itself is a great holiday home, the pool space is a real bonus and the kitchen well equipped and the accommodation comfortable& clean i Do not understand the last revue as the only problem we had was a stuck window & peter fixed it in a moment There is lots of choice of places to stay in Lanzarote but we would be keen to book a return visit. Thank you Peter

Casa Cobra feedback

The villa is in a convenient and secluded location with a nice well maintained pool. The villa was clean but it is tired and needs TLC / refurbishment. Example: some of the kitchen cupboard doors and drawers needed repair, the front door lock was very difficult to engage, pool area chairs and loungers were showing their age. WiFi is available for a daily charge but a usable signal is not available in much of the building - only at the front facing the pool. The signal is good outside around the pool. Villa maintenance would benefit from a folder in which customers could record problems requiring attention. The overall holiday was enjoyable and we had excellent weather. Barstro just down the road is an excellent restaurant.

Location

From the Owner

The stunnning Island and the location. It is not a building site but a typical Canarian village with sea and mountain views. It was the beauty of the surroundings, the freedom of the Island and the fact that so much work has been put in to provent it becoming over comercialised.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

The Island is excellent for water sports, most kinds which can be found in the vicinity from diving to para surfing. There is one golf course nearby and a further one in Puerto del Carmen. Parts of the Island are used for Olympic training and it is good for keen runners and cyclists. There are many stables located on the Island, offering horse riding for adults and children. The Island is volcanic in origin and has a landscape which is unlike any other. The National Park of Timanfaya preserves the centre of the volcano and is open to visitors who wish to see how the volcano remains smouldering or to enjoy a meal cooked by the heat of the volcano alone. For keen artists there are many scupltures dotted around the Island and a museum set up in memory of Caesar Manrique who was Lanzarote's resident modern artist for many years. As Lanzarote is such a small Island, nowhere is far away so you can enjoy everything the Island has to offer. There are two karting tracks on Lanzarote.

Coast/Beach:

Ten minutes by car to Costa Teguise golf course and fifteen minutes to the other new golf course. It is twenty minutes walk to the old town of Teguise where the largest Sunday market on the Island is held and which hosts many beautiful old buildings rich in history. There are plenty of lovely walks to enjoy. Excellent for cyclists or surfers.

Travel:

It is 20 minutes by car from the airport. A car is recommended so that you can benefit from all that Lanzarote has to offer. Car hire is very reasonable and if necessary we can arrange it for you. If you arrange your car hire through us we will arrange for a car to be at the airport for your arrival, we use a small family run company who are well known to us. The Manager also offers a collect from the airport service for a small sum.

Distances:

Five minutes drive to the old Capital Teguise. As the Island is so small it is not far to anywhere, there are also boat services to other Islands if you fancy a day on a different Canary Island. The water park in Costa Teguise is ten minutes away and is fun for a family day out. The Marina in Puerto Calero has a whale museum and you can book many excursions from there including the glass bottom boat. There is plenty to do for all ages.

Further Details:

There are restaurants in the village one being the old house which is a cave and was once owned by Omar Sharif it doubles as a museum and is renowned for its cuisine. There is also a local social club, which offers inexpensive cuisine to eat in or take away, the menu is written in English and Spanish and is very child friendly. The manager of the villa is English speaking and is on call seven days a week. He will visit you shortly after your arrival and will then leave you to your own devices unless you should need his services for any particular reason. Should you wish, for a reasonable sum, the manager will pick your luggage up from the airport for you and return it to the airport on the day of your departure. We also offer a shopping service whereby we will make sure that, on arrival, you have all the essentials which you will need for your holiday. We will also provide you with a hot meal so that you need not concern yourself with cooking when you get to the villa at the start of your holiday. Accommodation Insurance! Your holiday guaranteed, if your airline can not fly to or from one of our holidays we will either re-schedule your holiday or extend your stay on the Island for free!*

We are completely flexible on arrival and departure days and for those of you who want to come for a few extra days we work out the price on a pro rata basis. We have a 'late departure' apartment that those on you on late flights can use to enable you to enjoy the last day of your holiday. There is a small charge for this service. We can arrange car hire or airport collection for you. We ask for a deposit by bank transfer when you book and then the balance can be paid in cash when you arrive.

Changeover Day:
We do not have a change over day, we are completely flexible as our Manager is on call 7 days per week. Extra days can be booked and late flights accommodated.

  • Notes on accommodation: The lounge is comfortable and newly furnished. It has patio windows leading onto the terraced areas. The separate dining area is elegantly furnished looking pleasing to the eye and offering a large patio window to allow you to enjoy the lovely balmy evenings whilst eating. The lay out of the kitchen allows you views of the dining area and lounge. The master bedroom is large and spacious. It comes with en suite bathroom and fully fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom also has an en-suite which can either have 2 single beds or a double depending on your preference. The third bedroom has a shower room adjacent to it. The kichten has everything for day to day living.
