Apartment on La Sella, Nr. Denia / Javea, Costa Blanca - Well Equipped with Air-Conditioning / Heating. Sought After Corner Position.

The apartment is situated on the exclusive La Sella Golf Resort about 4 miles from the towns of Denia and Javea, where you will find magnificent beaches, historic buildings and beautiful marinas. There are lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. This is the “real” Spain, with orange, lemon and almond groves and beautiful scenery in all directions. Nearby you will find tennis courts, riding stables, bicycle hire, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and bar with wireless internet. The apartment is 100 metres from the 6th tee of La Sella Championship golf course. Next to the golf clubhouse is the Denia Marriott Hotel and Spa. There are many sightseeing opportunities nearby. Within a short drive you will find the beautiful vineyards of the Jalon valley, lovely seaside towns such as Moraira and Altea and the historic cities of Alicante and Valencia. The Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar sea life centre and Aqualandia water park are only 40 minutes away.

The apartment was terrific. Best one I've been to for a very long time! Exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean. We stayed at La Sella a few years ago but the accommodation we stayed in then wasn't a patch on your place!

Just thought I'd let you know that we have arrived and the apartment is perfect.

We had a lovely time and the apartment was yet again fantastic. Our holidays just seem to get better year on year, and still so much to see!

Your apartment is lovely, extremely well equipped and was like home from home. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend your apartment.

We had a fabulous time at your apartment – it was, we felt, in a perfect spot both in the complex and the location.

Fantastic apartment, great location.

This apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4 and it had everything in it that we needed for a perfect holiday. Its location is in a quiet district, a few miles inland from Denia. There is a small convenience shop nearby for basic necessities or a larger supermarket just 10 minutes drive away. The apartment is in a perfect position, right by the pool, which made it perfect for the kids to make friends with other children and play out all day whilst we could still see them from the patio area. There are plenty of beautiful mountain villages to explore nearby and some beautiful stretches of coastline going both North or South. We enjoyed many nights in Denia old town eating freshly caught seafood and traditional Spanish tapas. Or soaking up the atmosphere down in the new Marina and Port area. There is also a large shopping mall a few minutes drive back towards the motorway with a food court area upstairs, a cinema, an enormous supermarket and numerous high street brands and chain stores to suit every need. We enjoyed it so much that we straight away re-booked for next August.

Good property, good location

We stayed here for two weeks whilst looking for a property for ourselves. It made an ideal base as we were looking from Valencia to Murcia.

Great to come back to a pool and a little peace after spending the days with agents.

It was comfortable and had everything we needed and, being September, the urbanisation was pretty quiet.

Communication with Alan before, during and after was easy.

Would strongly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is excellent, a real home from home

Everything was perfect, the surroundings, the position (straight out the patio doors to the pool). The apartment is very well equipped even a hairdryer with a defuser. We had a fantastic holiday. Hoping to return next year.

Denia has miles of sandy beaches and rocky coves and is 12 minutes away by car. It also has a beautiful marina and a charming old town with many pavement cafes. Javea is 20 minutes away with beaches and beautiful port. Other places of interest along the coast include Moraira, Calpe, Altea, all of which offer beautiful beaches and seaside walks. Many activities are available including snorkeling, scuba diving and boat trips along the coast and day trips to Ibiza.


Alicante airport is around 1 hour away. Valencia is about 1 hour 15 minutes. Car hire is essential. Numerous car hire agencies at both airports. Ensure you book your hire car before departure.


Regular train services operate from local stations to Valencia in the north or Benidorm (and onto Alicante) in the south. Both cities offer historical buildings, good shopping and beachfront walks and are well worth a day trip.

The La Sella commercial centre is 2 minutes away by car. There are clay and artificial grass tennis courts with high quality coaching available and a horse riding centre run by English speaking ladies who offer riding for all abilities. Next to the tennis centre is a nice bar / restaurant with terrace which has free wi-fi access. There is also a small supermarket and a pharmacy at the commercial centre. There are many other well stocked supermarkets in the area.
