Leamington Spa

Fabulous apartment providing plenty of options

This is a wonderful apartment. The owners maintain it as if it were their home, rather than just a holiday rental. Therefore it comes with several thoughtful additions - ranging from a well equipped kitchen through to TV/wifi package. Linen / towels are changed weekly and Vicky (the local contact) changes the beds which is a lovely touch.

We enjoyed having the space of the master bedroom upstairs, whilst our children enjoyed the independence of being away from us! Therefore it would work for couples wishing to holiday together but don't want to be completely in each others pockets.

The apartment is located within a well-maintained gated community. The standard of the pool and gardens is excellent.

Dean, the owner, is responsive and helpful. The information he provides about the apartment is comprehensive.

Fantastic place super sea views

Wow what a fantastic place with super sea views . The apartment was everything advertised and more with everything you could ask for . You can clearly see its used by the owners and family because it's fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable . Super location walking distance to everything . Super sea views 2 brilliant terraces again fully equipped . The kids loved the pool almost Olympic size and never very busy .fantastic well kept gardens very secure behind locked gates . What more can I say other than we booked whilst on holiday to come back next year we have never stayed anywhere as well equipped for the 5 of us and I doubt you can .

Never let's us down

I have been renting Dean's apartment for about 7 years now and every time we are as delighted as the first time. The apartment is exactly what Dean says it is. Every part of the process is easy and professional. Dean sends the keys about at least a week prior to arrival. The information that comes from Dean is invaluable. I just can't fault the apartment, in fact now when I stay in other apartments I am disappointed that they are not so well equipped. It really is like a home from home. This year I extended my normal stay so that my partner and his grown up daughters could come out. The apartment didn't feel full even with 5 adults. The kitchen is small but perfectly adequate and very well equipped. If there are any slight problems (bulbs for the kitchen) Dean arranges for the cleaner to come straight over and fix them. I can't rate this apartment highly enough. The only thing to be aware of is that the pool and gardens are not open all the time and until mid June the opening times are quite limited. Only 2 minutes to the beach though!

Great Apartment

Having used this apartment for the 5th time, it never fails to impress. Great views and location and some fabulous restaurants nearby (checkout Amigos Grill and Angus Steakhouse in the Marina). Wifi and Sky TV provide some home comforts you don't get in many places in Spain. I can't recommend it enough.

holiday appartment

four adults stayed in this apartment for two weeks,this was our second time staying there,the property is large and well maintained with everything you need a true home from home,it has lovely view over the pool and a sea view,there is a supermarket across the road and a fast food restaurant,bars and restaurants are a short walk away,we would recommend it to friends and family and we are going back next year,highly recommended.

Good week

I stayed here with a couple of friends for a golfing week. The apartment was just as described, clean, tidy and well looked after. Everything worked and we found the place just right. We ate out every night and did not have any problem in finding loads of places to eat within walking distance, our favourites were the BBQ restaurant in Arroyo and 'Wish you Were Here' (that's the English translation - forgotten the Spanish!) in a little square on the way to the marina. The weather was so warm that we slept with the main windows open and the only sound was a feint drone from the occasional car in the distance, so very quiet.

It was good that parking was within the complex that felt secure.

Did we like it? Well we have already booked next year's break!
