Apartment in San Jaime, Son Bou, Menorca - Overlooking Son Bou Beach, About 10 Minutes Walk Away

Apartment H3 is situated on the popular Alto Mar development of San Jaime, overlooking the beach of Son Bou - the longest beach on the island. The location is ideally suited to families with small children during the peak season, and is a relaxing location for couples at other times. It is well served by over 40 restaurants and shops located at Son Bou, at the bottom of the hill. The gardens are well laid out with two pools in the complex for the exclusive use of residents. On a clear day the island of Majorca is visible from the south facing terrace.

Booking Notes:
We recommend that insurance is taken out. In the event of cancellation, all monies paid will be forfeited. However, if we are able to re-let the property, we will refund all monies recovered less a handling charge of £30 per week.

Changeover Day:
Ideally a Saturday changeover is preferred during the July/Aug peak season. Any other time, totally flexible. 10/11 day lettings also possible to fit in with existing bookings. Please inquire for rates.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in UK Pounds. Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more, or for 2 person occupancy during early/late season. We also accept payment in Euros please contact for details.

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it ideally suited for small children. There are a number of steps on the complex and is not suitable for wheelchairs or people with walking difficulties. Cot and high chair included if required. Outside: The large terrace is ideal for eating alfresco. A barbecue is provided. The two pools are situated close by, but far enough away not to cause disturbance to the property. The well tended gardens are planted with mature shrubs and trees, making a very pleasant view from the terrace. Utility Room: Iron / ironing board, clothes airer, fan heater and beach toys, washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach/swimming towels. If you have any questions and would like a personal service, please include phone number and indicate convenient time and I will call you as soon as possible.
