Just outside the bustle of the well known Nerja town, relax in this secluded three bedroom private residence offering two twin rooms and one double bedroom. The front terrace has great sea views. The large terrace at the back of the villa is a suntrap from morning to evening and is perfect for dining, where you can also take advantage of the BBQ and mountain views beyond. The salt water pool is conveniently situated on the back terrace which is great for cooling off and professionally cleaned weekly. Television in English/German, DVD player, CD player and pay as you go Wifi available.

About the Owner
We are a family who have holidayed in Nerja for over 25 years. We have seen many changes in the town over the years but love it even more. The grandchildren now enjoy the town, it is much easier now to get to Nerja from the airport with the new mortorway and the increase in supermarkets have helped with the different tastes and needs of our guests.

Clean well equipped villa with a lovely pool
Had a lovely time. It was nice to be away from Nerja but near enough to go to a beach or restaurant. The villa was clean, well equipped with views of the mountains and sea and great pool. Would definitely go again! p.s Beach and bath towels could do with replacing, rather old and worn.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area of town. The villa was clean and tidy and the newly renovated kitchen, shower and bathroom a bonus. There was ample space around the pool that allowed for full sun or shade and the terrace to the front enjoyed views towards town and the coast. We found a lovely restaurant a short walk from the villa - La Noria - and the local Lidl store was conveniently close - lovely fresh bread every morning. The villa was also conveniently placed for car trips to the mountains - Frigiliana worth a visit - and along the coast - Maro for coffee in the town square.
It was great to arrive to a welcome pack so that we could unwind and dive into the pool straight away! The villa has wonderful views and is spacious and a brilliant base to explore the area. It was thoughtfully equipped, clean and well furnished. We had a great holiday -and would highly recommend it for families and adult sharers alike.
Very lovely property
Kitchen lounge and bathrooms have been updated very well and to a high standard. We were quite concerned that we overlooked a rubbish tip but thankfully it was industrial refuse so didn't carry any smell, however, the flies in and around the villa were a real nightmare.
The pool area is beautiful and very big so we were quite disappointed that this area, where you want to spend a lot of time, was very untidy, unkept and dated. The plants were all dead and even the patio area hadn't been swept. The overall gardens need a complete overhaul and the left side of the villa is clearly used by a lot of local wild cats and didn't smell pleasant because it wasn't cared for as it could be. The bbq and sun beds were great and plenty of chairs to cope with our friends who came up from their villa. Overall we had a great time, the hill walking to and from Nerja was a bit of a killer but it didn't spoil our holiday. We would definately return but probably look at being a little closer to tower also loved the fact that the villa was on one level. The pool was cleaned 3 times whilst we were there so well looked after.
Yes the manager who lives next door was a godsend and really helpful, especially as we had bedroom light that didn't work and also an outside light( he called the electrician in) and he also replaced the kettle when it broke.
A peaceful paradise!
We have stayed here several times now and just love the peaceful solitude of this place. We both have busy jobs where we deal with people every day so it is great to be able to stay somewhere where you can just chill out and spend time as a couple. Nerja has always been a favourite with a great mix of shops, bars & restaurants and lots to do in the area if that is what you enjoy. The villa is wonderful and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and the private pool is an added bonus!
Peace + Quiet
The villa is in a peaceful location just outside of Nerja town. The facilities are excellent, especially the newly fitted bathrooms and kitchen. We had some small issues with the hot water boiler that were fixed promptly and efficiently during the stay.
I would recomend this property for anyone looking for peace and quiet, plenty of space, and who has a car. It would be possible to holiday here without one, but I think it would not be optimum.
Pictures are an accurate reflection of what to expect, the outdoor space is huge especially the rear terrace.

Activity and Interests
The popular Burriana Beach is 5 mins by car. The beach hosts many popular restaurants offering fresh fish and paella, with AYO restaurant famous for its Paella! There are also bars and shops on the promenade.
Malaga Airport is a 40 min transfer to the villa and is a very easy drive, straight through on the Autovia (Motorway).
Ten minutes in the car to the historic mountain village - Frigiliana. Five minutes in the car to Burriana Beach. Two minutes by car to local supermarket.

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday bookings. Arrivals to check in from 2pm onwards. Departures by 10am to allow for cleaning and changeover.
Notes on prices:
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pounds) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. Payments received via bank transfer, cash or cheque. 30% of rental fee is payable on confirmation of booking. A booking fee of £45. The balance of 70% is to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your stay. Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance, full payment shall be required immediately upon booking.
