AMAZING!

When we first arrived we went to the owners shop to collect the keys, a lovely lady took us to the apartment & showed us around. First impressions of the apartment were outstanding. It was very clean, modern, & looked so presentable. It has every appliance (fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, hairdryer, straightners, Sky TV, EVERYTHING!) & more! The best part about the apartment is the view, it looks over the entire beach of Santa Ponsa. Overall - we LOVED our stay at Angela's Apartment and we will definitely be using this accommodation when we come back to Palma.

I found this apartment to be in a great situation, near the bars and restaurants but you did not hear any noise at night the apartment was clean and modern and very comfortable. I would go back. I also found the owners to be very friendly and helpful.

I would recommend mctavishes bar and Southwind restaurant serves great food. For something a bit special I recommend Las Olas the food is delicious and very reasonable.

Back to the apartment, there is an option to have air conditioning which just added to the luxury, however the owners informed me that there were fans in the apartment should I decide not to have the air con.

Clean linen was provided, and the owners offered airport transfers. I would definitely return to this apartment if I went back to Santa Ponsa.

SUPERB!

We are a family of 4, and have stayed in this delightful apartment 3 years in a row and hope to go back again this summer . The apartment is immaculate, very spacious and lots of clean bedding and towels provided. The decor is lovely. Air conditioning is an optional extra, I would recommend this in July/August. There is a supermarket very nearby and the bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep, however because the apartment is one street behind the main Calle Ramon de Moncada, you do not hear any noise. We found the owners to be very friendly and extremely helpful, they even organised our airport transfers!

awful - owner was terrible too

arrived and the place was disgusting, dirty dishes and towels left aroubd like someone had just left the place an hour before

spoke to the owner and all i got was torrent of abuse. swearing and all sorts in front of my young children.

not very helpful at all, and said i either had to put up with it or leave, but wasnt getting any money back and if i tried to they would call the police

would not ever deal with this person again or go back to this apartment

Special interest holidays:

Santa Ponsa once the center of Mallorcan history where in 1229 Jaime I the conquistador landed to invade the island at the spot now market by a stone cross near the Yacht Club Nautico Marina. This is a beautiful Marina where you will find fine restaurants and bars well worth a visit.

Travel:

The apartment is 30 minutes drive from the airport and will cost approxiamtely 30 Euros.

Car hire is not essential but recommended if you wish to see more of the island. We are a car hire company who will give a good rate to our clients renting the apartment (£100 per week). We will also arrange for the car to be left at the airport and for you on your arrival and for you to drop off on departure at no extra cost. If you have infants, they also provide child seats and cots.

Further Details:

We are certain that you will enjoy your stay at this apartment. Being the owners, we live on the island. We speak Spanish and English and are only a phone call away, should you have any problems. If you would like us to organize any of your plans on your behalf, so as to maximize your holiday time, we will be only to glad to help. Looking forward to hearing from you.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is situated on the southern aspect of the attractive bay of Santa Ponsa. A lively beach resort that attracts a wide range of people from retired golf lovers, families with young children, activity holiday enthusiasts to wealthy yacht owners. The resort has a wide choice of restaurants, shops and bars to suit every taste. The apartment is a five minute walk from the resort centre. Access on foot to the beach, shops, restaurants and sea is very convenient and easy for all ages. Palma with its cathedral, harbour, old town and cosmopolitan feel is only a 15 minute car journey away. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: You will find the apartment clean and tidy. The beds will be made with and towels provided. You will find additional linen for your use but these must be cleaned and returned. Laundry and cleaning of the apartment is not included but can be arranged. Other: We have now installed Air Condition in the whole apartment this is an extra cost of 70€ per week any ever you dont need to take this service as there is fans in the apartment free of charge.
