This delightful apartment is decorated in a true Spanish style. You enter the tasteful entrance hall which gives a feeling of space. The stylish open plan lounge/dining room and American style kitchen leads through a sliding door onto a glassed in terrace/conservatory. The windows fully open and the patio door takes you into your own private garden. The master bedroom is en-suite and there is a second bedroom and shower room. The communal gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained. This is a gated apartment complex set in a quiet residential area. A host of leisure activities including golf courses and the Marina are available within the surrounding area making this the ideal location for holidays and long term lets. We have installed high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment. We know that this will be a great advantage to many of our guests who have requested this over the years. WiFi will be available for the whole period of your stay. This will enable you to use the internet and make use of free calls using Skype or Viber. You may know that Sky changed their availability in Spain this year and with it many of the normal UK TV channels are no longer available. We are delighted to inform you that with the high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment it is allowing us to pick up UK TV channels via the internet.

About Sheryl Green

We have been property owners with Owners Direct/HomeAway for the last 13 years. We are a couple in our fifties who, with our now two grown up daughters, have stayed in the apartment many times over the years. We love the many restaurants and bars that are so close to the apartment it's difficult to make a choice. We enjoy the surrounding area where we do a lot of walking and exploring the local region which is beautiful and full of interesting things to do.

We have the most beautiful park just opposite with the many animals and walkways around the lake, we love to sit over there in the sunshine. What makes this apartment unique

Our beautiful private garden, only accessed via the apartment, gives a tranquil place to relax. The conservatory is perfect for relaxing in of an evening or the winter months. There are so many interesting things you can enjoy in the surrounding area to make your stay special from the dolphinarium just across the road to the fabulous Benalmadena Marina nearby.

We would ask you to inform us as soon as possible if you would like WiFi to be made available to you for the period of your stay. The apartment has air conditioning which also provides heating. A safe is provided for your use. The apartment is very secure with security doors, security shutters and entry phone system. This apartment is both suitable for a family holiday or older clients looking for an extended stay. Please note this is a No Smoking apartment. Outside: There is a private furnished garden with sun loungers, table, chairs and barbeque. The communal gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained. There is a children's pool and changing facilities. Utility Room: There is an iron, ironing board and airer available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided that are changed after each letting and the apartment is cleaned. Additional cleaning and laundry service can be arranged. Please provide your own pool/beach towels. Welcome packs can also be arranged. Other: A sliding door leads onto a glassed in terrace/conservatory area with fully opening windows. Beautiful garden apartment

We love this apartment and have stayed several times now. It is ideally situated near the park and a short walk to the beach or up to Fountain Square for tapas and Tivoli World. The garden is a lovely place to sit and relax, very peaceful and the swimming pool on site is usually quiet during the day. All the facilities you need are there incl WiFi and a new BBQ this year. You can get the bus right outside the gate which takes you up to Benalmadena Pueblo which is worth a visit, about 20 mins away. Thank you to Helen who keeps the apartment well looked after, we have booked for next year!

Ideal situation

The apartment was ideally placed between the train station and the beach and at the gates of the beautiful Paloma Park. It was within easy reach of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It was very clean and tidy with everything we needed

Benalmadena Garden Apartment

Just enjoyed 2 weeks at Sheryl's lovely apartment. Great communication when booking from Sheryl, and by text from Helen on arrival in Benalmadena, and was waiting to welcome us when we arrived.

The apartment is in a fantastic location next to Selwo Marina and Paloma Park, so a 10 mins walk to Beach, 25 mins to Marina, (and a 10 mins walk from the train station at Arroyo, so no need for taxi from/to the airport)

This is a nice quiet area, yet close to the lovely cafes & restaurants at Arroyo, and the busy area at the sea front

All the comforts of home are included in the apartment, including all the popular UK TV channels, fully fitted kitchen with utensils, and a washing machine. The private garden is a lovely quiet sanctuary to sit and relax and sun bathe.

We have already booked, and looking forward to returning for 3 weeks next time.

Perfect for small children. A lovely, homely flat in good location

We stayed here with our granddaughter and really enjoyed it. It had everything we needed. Great wifi and TV channels, nice outdoor space for her to play and a proper bath . The location was great for the Selwo Dolphins and the park in general but was a bit of a hike back from the beach but it wasn't a problem as there are lots of options. The bus is e1.55 each journey. A cab from the beach was about e5 so we walked there and got a cab back. The bus was good though to go up to the village. If you are not driving I suggest you go up to the supermarket at the top of the hill then you can walk back easily. We went to the one on the way to the beach and dragging it back up the hill was a bit much. One point though on the way there the cab dropped us off at the wrong place, even with all the instructions. Just make sure you are outside the Hindu Temple and you will be fine. The booking was easy and everyone was really accommodating and helpful. Would book again, its a good find and good value for money.

Lovely Home-ly Appartment

Myself and my wife, brother and friend had a fantastic time. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed.

Shops are only round the corner for basics and there was a Super-Cor beside train station only ten minutes walk from Appmt. if you want to stock up. The pool area is well kept spacious enough to enjoy a good exercise.

The Wi-Fi was excellent and worth getting as it means you get Sky TV channels which was a lovely added bonus.

We would definitely think about returning as the Benalmedena resort kept us busy with plenty to do and see & the locals were extremely friendly

Coast/Beach:

The promenade and beach are a 10 minute stroll down the road and stretch for miles in each direction. The golden sand has many bars and restaurants for your use.

Travel:

Malaga airport is a 15 minute drive away. The nearest shops/restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk so a car is not essential. There is a private off street parking space available should you hire a car to explore the area further. Airport transfers can be arranged approx £52 (€60) return, payable locally.

Distances:

This apartment is next to the beautiful Paloma Park with many walkways, cafeteria and Selwo Dolphinarium. The Puerto Marina, winner of "Best Marina in the World" award is a mile away with many beautiful yachts, shops, bars, international restaurants and Sea Life Centre. Tivoli World is 5 minutes away, the cable car takes you to the peak of Mount Calamorro. Nearest supermarkets, shops and restaurants are a 5 minute stroll away. There is a corner shop just opposite the complex. An indoor pool, gym/spa facility are nearby and the Casino 10 mins.

Further Details:

The towns of Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel have many supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars and are literally just around the corner. The pool with lifeguard and communal gardens is open from June until the end of September. Outside guests are welcome to use the open air pool and entertainment facilities free at the local Sunset Beach Club Hotel, 5 mins away. An indoor pool, gym and spa facility at the Club, is available all year round for use at approx 8€ each per day or 25€ each per week. A brand new ice skating and indoor pool complex has just opened and is within walking distance. With its all year round good climate and plenty of entertainment on hand this apartment in Benalmadena in the heart of the Costa del Sol is in the perfect location for a great holiday. Whether you are on a family holiday or older clients looking for an extended stay, this apartment is perfect.
