This delightful apartment is decorated in a true Spanish style. You enter the tasteful entrance hall which gives a feeling of space. The stylish open plan lounge/dining room and American style kitchen leads through a sliding door onto a glassed in terrace/conservatory. The windows fully open and the patio door takes you into your own private garden. The master bedroom is en-suite and there is a second bedroom and shower room. The communal gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained. This is a gated apartment complex set in a quiet residential area. A host of leisure activities including golf courses and the Marina are available within the surrounding area making this the ideal location for holidays and long term lets. We have installed high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment. We know that this will be a great advantage to many of our guests who have requested this over the years. WiFi will be available for the whole period of your stay. This will enable you to use the internet and make use of free calls using Skype or Viber. You may know that Sky changed their availability in Spain this year and with it many of the normal UK TV channels are no longer available. We are delighted to inform you that with the high speed WiFi facilities into our apartment it is allowing us to pick up UK TV channels via the internet.

A safe is provided for your use. The apartment is very secure with security doors, security shutters and entry phone system. This apartment is both suitable for a family holiday or older clients looking for an extended stay. Please note this is a No Smoking apartment. Outside: There is a private furnished garden with sun loungers, table, chairs and barbeque. The communal gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained. There is a children's pool and changing facilities. Utility Room: There is an iron, ironing board and airer available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided that are changed after each letting and the apartment is cleaned. Additional cleaning and laundry service can be arranged. Please provide your own pool/beach towels. Welcome packs can also be arranged. Other: A sliding door leads onto a glassed in terrace/conservatory area with fully opening windows. This is an ideal space to use during both the summer and winter season

Great Garden apartment for peace & quiet

Just had my 4th stay at Paul & Sheryl,s beautiful garden apartment. It,s ideally located for us to either go out or stay in. As we don,t have children it,s hard to comment on attractions for them, But rest assured there are plenty around. Parque Paloma just across the road with it,s array of wildlife & lake is the perfect chill out place. Walk down through the park & suprisingly 200 metres further down your at the beach with awesome views. There are plenty of bars & resturants for food & drink whether you choose the main road or beach front. A 20 minute stroll on the sea front takes you to the marina that is a must see. If it,s days or nights drinking Bonaza Square & the 24 hour square are easily within a 20 minute walk or stagger. When you have done all that retire back to the apartment. Kitchen equipped with all utensils needed to cook a meal. Eat in or sit in the tranquil garden. Four of us stayed a few years ago and with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite, large living area & garden never once felt like we were under each others feet. Now the only down side to this Apartment & Benalmadena. Having to leave & come home.

Another Fantastic Holiday

We have stayed here 3 times now and have already booked again for next year. It is perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 11 and 4). the apartment is clean and spacious with everything you need for a family holiday. The TV has all UK channels and is easy to use. WIFI is strong and worth the £15 for the week. The double bed seemed comfier than last year, possibly the mattress is new! The garden is excellent for when the kids want to cool down indoors for an hour or so but I sit out there with a book and glass of sangria & it is so peaceful. The shared pool is lovely and is cleaned early each morning.

The Location is perfect - Very short distance from beautiful Paloma Park which has a great bar with a bouncy castle for the kidsn & a few rides, about 10 minute walk to the beach where there are some nice restaurants along the sea front. A further 10 minutes along the beach is the Harbour which has some lovely restaurants and shops.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a self catering holiday.

Lovely apartment

Had a lovely week in this apartment. It really is a home from home, has everything you need and the garden is great. We enjoyed having breakfast there in the peace and quiet , it is very private and a sun trap til mid afternoon. The only complaint we have is the double bed in the main bedroom is very small. The location was perfect for us, just a 5 minute walk up into Arroyo or 10 mins down to the beach. Overall I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in December to check out the winter weather.

Great holiday, excellent location!

Just returned from this apartment having had a great time. The location is very central compared to other properties we viewed, right next to Paloma park. It is a gated community so very safe and with added bonus of access to the pool. Once we had figured out the quirks of Spanish electrics, we had no problems, but Lynn was very helpful when we contacted her. This was the first time we had booked separate flights and accommodation and the process was very easy, including transfers ( we used shuttle direct who were also very efficient). The garden was a lovely place to chill out, a real bonus. This is not a 5 star hotel, it's obviously someone's home but there was plenty of room for us and our 2 gangly teenagers. Wifi was a godsend, with DVD player and plenty of English channels. All in all highly recommended and we would love to return!

Perfect position

The description of the apartment was totally accurate. It was in an ideal position being close to both the beach and the village of Arroyo de Miel. It had all of the amenities required for a great family holiday. The apartment was clean but a little 'tired'. Sheets were clean but well worn and could do with being replaced. The shower in the bath was fine for us all to use but the shower enclosure was too small so we didn't use it at all. The TV and WiFi was a great asset, for my teenage son especially, and in our opinion the size of the tv was totally fine ( one reviewer had said it was too small).

Sheryl was very professional to deal with and answered any of my queries promptly. Lynn met us when we arrived and was a joy. She was so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The garden was fantastic and it was well equipped with sun loungers. We enjoyed watering the plants when the sun went down and the grapes were even hanging off the vines. The table was well worn, probably due to being exposed to the elements but I covered it with a tablecloth when we were eating. The pool and communal garden is fabulous and not at all busy. We loved sitting in the shade and having a dip in the pool. It is very well maintained and has a person on patrol.

We were able to use the bus to go to Aqualand and the train to Torremolinos and Fuengueroila. The shopping centre, Miramar, was excellent in FuengueroilaFuengueroila. We got the train and walked to it. Playa Mayor is an excellent centre for bowling, eating and shopping and is a stop on the train line. The "last resort" was a favourite restaurant of ours and it is a lovely walk along the promenade to the Marina where you can take a boat trip. Tivoli World is a must for children of all ages and the do a special rate for families if you buy an all inclusive ticket.

I would, and have, recommended this apartment to family and friends. It is in an ideal location and has everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We have been very busy this year and had many of our guests returning from previous years. Items do get worn and we try to replace things regularly. Earlier this year we replaced the fridge/freezer and boiler as well as many of the furnishings and kitchen items. We are going to the apartment in October and will look at the items you mention that need replacing. We know that the English TV stations have been a great asset to our guests. We too have youngsters and being able to pick these up using our WiFi has really helped to make their holiday enjoyable. A lot of guests like our apartment so much because of the private garden, which really is a lovely little haven. Fantastic apartment

Just back from staying here . It is a great place to stay facilities were great loads of room and the garden a real bonus. Location was great half way between the beach and Arroyo . Stayed in Benalmadina many times before one of the best apartments and location wise you can't beat it. Whole process could not have been easier.

Coast/Beach:

The promenade and beach are a 10 minute stroll down the road and stretch for miles in each direction. The golden sand has many bars and restaurants for your use.

Travel:

Malaga airport is a 15 minute drive away. The nearest shops/restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk so a car is not essential. There is a private off street parking space available should you hire a car to explore the area further. Airport transfers can be arranged approx £52 (€60) return, payable locally.

Distances:

This apartment is next to the beautiful Paloma Park with many walkways, cafeteria and Selwo Dolphinarium. The Puerto Marina, winner of "Best Marina in the World" award is a mile away with many beautiful yachts, shops, bars, international restaurants and Sea Life Centre. Tivoli World is 5 minutes away, the cable car takes you to the peak of Mount Calamorro. Nearest supermarkets, shops and restaurants are a 5 minute stroll away. There is a corner shop just opposite the complex. An indoor pool, gym/spa facility are nearby and the Casino 10 mins.

Further Details:

The towns of Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel have many supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars and are literally just around the corner. The pool with lifeguard and communal gardens is open from June until the end of September. Outside guests are welcome to use the open air pool and entertainment facilities free at the local Sunset Beach Club Hotel, 5 mins away. An indoor pool, gym and spa facility at the Club, is available all year round for use at approx 8€ each per day or 25€ each per week. A brand new ice skating and indoor pool complex has just opened and is within walking distance. With its all year round good climate and plenty of entertainment on hand this apartment in Benalmadena in the heart of the Costa del Sol is in the perfect location for a great holiday. Whether you are on a family holiday or older clients looking for an extended stay, this apartment is perfect.
