Locked garage. The open-plan includes 2 centrally heated bedrooms, 2 “en suite” mosaic tiled baths with beamed ceilings and underfloor heating.

About Sylvia Felix

I have lived in Spain for 36 years, 28 of them in Marbella, where I was a builder and an interior designer.

My mother was Spanish (from Llanes, in Asturias) and I am totally integrated into the Spanish way of life, and am bi-lingual. (Actually, tri-lingual, with French.)

I fled the Coast for the campo of Gaucin. The attractions are the breathtaking rural countryside, Straits and Africa, and the natural lifestyle, which includes food locally grown. I have 4 rental "units" here and love the positive feedback from my renters. Everyone is amazed at how beautiful, tranquil, and well-located Gaucin is, and ofc, how extraordinary my properties are - beauty and comfort.

Such an excellent apartment we stayed twice in one year! The apartment is spacious and relaxing with stunning views all the way down to Gibraltar and the coast of Africa and Gaucin is a beautiful village which retains its Andalucian charm. In August, the festival is a great time to visit, as the village comes alive in the evening. When we stayed in mid November we enjoyed two weeks of almost unbroken sunshine, including some days spent all day sunbathing on the terrace!

A truly beautiful apartment, with lots of history, character and space, lovely decor and furnishings, and gorgeous views from a stunning terrace. An equally beautiful pool area and sunbathing terrace below, again with stunning views.

It's hard to leave the place to go in to town or sightseeing!

We would highly recommend staying here. Fantastic.

A perfect holiday retreat !

This is a beautiful apartment! It is spacious, very comfortable with fantastic views. It is really lovely to be in a place that is so well equipped...lots of towels and cosy dressing gowns too! The pool is spectacular .The Owners are very helpful and responsive to any requests but remain discreet.

It is great to be able to walk to the supermarket and restaurants.

I would highly recommend this apartment for a truly relaxing holiday.
