Apartment in Coves Noves, Menorca - Peaceful Location, 10 /15 Mins Walk from Sea and Shops

Full Freeview TV and WIFI has been installed in the property from 1st August 2014. Since 2012, Sky have changed their satellite footprint and Freeview is not generally available on the island. We have overcome this problem and confirm it is definately available at this property. We invite you to view additional photos on the owners webpage link at the bottom of this page. The maisonette is located in Coves Noves with superb views across to Na Macaret and Addaya. The shared pool is directly below the balcony and the property benefits from a large patio with 3 seater swing and is fully equipped for al fresco dining. The beautiful sandy beach of Arenal D'en Castell is 15 mins walk away and there are tennis courts, restaurants, a supermarket, cash points, and a bouncy castle park close by. Son Parc Golf Course is only a 10 minute drive. There are fans throughout the property. Folding sunbeds are also provided and these may be taken to the beach if required. In order to offer our clients a better service, we now accept any start date to you holiday. We have also installed a new ceramic hob and oven. A note about our refund policy, in the event of a cancellation provided we re let the property for a similar rate we will refund all monies paid. Please note the refund policy shown elsewhere on this advert are included automatically and cannot be amended by me so please ignore.

Notes on accommodation: The front entrance to the property is at ground floor level whilst the rear is effectively first floor to accomodate the change in ground level. It is particularly safe for children as the pool can only be reached via the front door and both the balcony and the patio are totally closed. There is also a property adjoining ours which sleeps 4/7 persons so it is possible to accomodate a larger party if required. Parking is directly outside the property and space is not a problem. Outside: Large patio with 3 seater swing, table and 6 chairs, umbrella and barbecue. The pool is reasonably large and is set in a large grassed area. Utility Room: There is a cupboard in the hall with a washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are provided (with the exception of beach towels). There is a mid term linen change included for two week bookings. Other: At one end of the lounge there is a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea with stunning panoramic views. At the other end is a large patio which is fully equipped with 3 seater swing, table with 6 chairs and a large umbrella.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

We were thrilled to arrive to find such a comfortable, clean apartment with the most beautiful views. The apartment was spacious, light and sunny and contained everything one could need for a perfect holiday. The owners responded very quickly and made the booking process very easy and instructions to find the apartment were spot on. Coves Noves is close to Arenal (5+ minutes walk) where one can find a beautiful beach and plenty of places to eat. There is a gorgeous pool in the communal garden which we had to ourselves. A car is useful for those who might struggle walking as there are a few hills to Arenal or want to travel further afield but overall it is a really lovely spot to be based and we look forward to returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent place, relaxing holiday

We stayed at the property for the second time between mid July and early August. Once again, we found the property to be excellent, offering all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday. Its within reasonable walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and other facilities. We enjoyed it so much, we have already booked again for next year.

Rooms with great views

Stayed for a week in September. We were fortunate to get brilliant sunshine. Eating breakfast on the balcony and watching the sun go down, the view is what we were looking for. A short stroll into Arenal provides a glorious beach and a variety of restaurants overlooking the amazing bay with sea facing terraces. This resort can be as fun or relaxing as you choose to make it. The Maisonette is well equipped for cooking as we did on several occasions. Has a nice modern bathroom. We particularly made use of the WiFi. Easy parking on the safe quite street. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The owners communicated extremely well and made the whole experience a delight.

Excellent Place

We stayed at the property late July to mid August. It offers excellent views, is in a nice, quiet residential area is well situated for the beach/shops/restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and offers all you need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Spectacular Sunrises

Good clean apartment with all you need for a selfcatering holiday. Coves Noves square is easy walking distance. If you don't have a car do your shop in Arenel (easy walking) and get a taxi back 8euro and shopping brought to the door. The beach at Arenel is lovley for all the small beach at Na Macaret is also worth a visit.

We dined a couple of times at the evening in Arenel and found the set meals very good value but dining buffet style with wine in the apartment front garden with the beautiful view was fantastic value. We booked airport transfer (resorthoppa) and in the resort the hired a car for 3 days 90euros. The owners were very helpful with the holiday and all in all we enjoyed our stay at Coves Noves

We were really impressed with this little gem. Great views and in a quiet location away from the main resort with a lovely swimming pool…it really allowed us to relax. The inside furniture was new and very comfortable. It had lots of little things that really made it special though; like the BBQ, swing chair and bits and bobs around the apartment including books, DVD’s and WiFi.

The main beach (which is one of the best beaches we visited…and we visited a few!) is just down the road but if you’re not keen on walking, or are of more senior years, then you should probably hire a car (especially if you’ll be food shopping). We hired our car from Autos Valls on the way to the beach along the main road to Arenal d’en Castell and had no problems, got a good price and would use them again. We also went diving, the dive centre (Marina Divers Menorca) is just at the back of the same small shopping area as the car rental and their equipment and professionalism was 1st class. Roland runs it and is extremely good at what he does, but he’s German so be on time and listen to what he says! ;)

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it.

The sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell is only 15 minutes walk from the property. In our opinion, this is one of the safest and best beaches in Menorca. The beach has restaurants at both ends. Whilst shops and restaurants are within 7 minutes walking distance we recommend a car as the island has so much to offer.


Mahon airport is approximately 18 kilometers and is a pleasant 20/25 minutes drive. Direct flights can be obtained from both Gatwick and Luton as well as other UK airports. In order to offer our clients a better service, we are being flexible on our change over days.This will enable you to benefit from much cheaper flights better availability and ease of travel. We are not adjusting our own prices so the total saving goes to you.
