About Tim blow

We have been resident in Brittany for the last 16 years and are enjoying the lifestyle here.

The milling estate was built in 1704 and at one time the mill was the main industry for Plouguenast itself.

We live on the estate and will be at hand for any emergencies or help you require during your stay with us. We are happy to book restaurants, activities and transport for you and give you advice on places to visit.

A vast amount of our guests come back again and all enjoy the quiet scenic location, yet we are walking distance from the large village and all its amenities. There is so much for the children to do on-site that all parents get a relaxing holiday.

Tim blow purchased this chateau / country house in 2002

Why Tim blow chose Plouguenast

Stunning location on a very pretty river and next to a large village, all this and only 25 minutes from the northern coast with its great beaches.

What makes this chateau / country house unique

Very peaceful and pretty location, yet walking distance to the large village and all its amenities.

Guestbook comments from the owner

"Thank you very much for a lovely vacation. Such a beautiful place to relax and loads of space so we didn't all feel on top of each other. Made my mother's 70th very special. The house was beautiful and all the cousins had an amazing time in the pool and with the kayaks. Lots of wonderful memories". James Family, Carmarthen, Wales April 2011

" all had a great time even though we spent most of our stay just lounging around and exploring the estate. The private beach was a lovely bonus. We really enjoyed what little we saw of your area and the village itself. We normally venture further South so we need to remedy this and visit beautiful Brittany again". Susan Kirby, Southampton, Hants March 2011

"Wonderful time, great location and everything within walking distance, our large group all had a great time and will be back next year to see what we haven't managed to this time". Dennis family & friends, Esher, Surrey May 2010

Even better than we expected !

  • 5 of 5

Lovely character property with lots of space to move around in. The setting is second to none, in a lovely valley with a river running through and yet so close to the village. Lots to do on the complex so not easy to leave to go sightseeing. Overall we all had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Vive le moulin de la touche

  • 5 of 5

We rented three of the houses here in early August of 2014 and it is a stunning place, so peaceful but with loads to do and the pictures don't begin to do it justice. Our hosts were attentive but unobtrusive and there was no extra charge for any of the many additional facilities on site. I even managed to go home with all my holiday washing done! I would highly recommend a stay here.
