Fully equipped as all-year 'home from home' property, which is owned outright, so rest assured nothing will come between you and your holiday. One king-size double with two twin bedrooms, living room with two sofas, internet and wide-screen TV. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.

About the Owner

My wife and I first went to Nerja seventeen years ago and decided 'this is for us'. Although we now own three properties in the Burriana area (all on the Owners Direct site), we are not travel or rental agents, we run them privately as our long-term pension fund. We hope to retire out there someday, in the meantime we maintain and look after them as anyone would their own home.

A very handy location for the main beach of the resort, yet in a quiet location, near to all amenities and a big supermarket.

It is a seven minute walk down to Burriana Beach, the largest and most popular in the resort. Approximately fifteen minutes walk to the main part of town. The nearest shopping facility is a big supermarket five minutes away.


Malaga is the nearest airport, about 35 miles or 50 minutes drive, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. A car might be useful, especially if you intend to explore the area, but it is not essential.


Well worth a visit is Frigiliana, about five miles away, a restored Moorish mountain village. Nearby is the restored 'lost' hamlet of Acebuchal, originally abandoned in 1948. The fishing village of Maro and the Nerja Caves are just two miles away. For those of a cultural disposition, perhaps a trip to the Picasso Museum in Malaga or two hours from Granada and the famous Alhambra Palace.

A very popular resort, readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport. Nestling on the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow vehicle restricted cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the more fashionable resorts of the Costa del Sol. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, plus its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for everyone, especially families and the more mature holidaymaker.

Booking Notes:
We will email our booking form with terms and conditions, upon request, or download it from our own website. Deposit £100 per week booked, balance due eight weeks beforehand.
Changeover Day:
Any day arrival or departure, subject to negotiation and existing bookings. Arrival time normally 4pm, departure 10am. Times are flexible if there is not a same-day changeover.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property, not per person. Extra days pro-rata the weekly rate. One cot and high chair included free of charge. Extra cot £25 p.w. We accept debit and credit card payments via the secure online facility on our own website, giving UK guests financial security under the 1974 Consumer Credit Act.

  • Notes on accommodation: Lots of extras, including 32" wide-screen internet TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, iron, ironing board, drying frame, safe, ceiling fans in all rooms except the bathrooms, hairdryers in all bedrooms etc. Secure wi-fi broadband on a 'Pay as you go' basis. Linen and towels included (except beach towels), changed halfway through two week bookings. Cleaned thoroughly between bookings. A 'welcome pack' is provided and a local British agent is on hand to ensure trouble-free stay. Outside: Table and chairs with retractable sunshade on the balcony, sunbeds on the balcony or around the communal pool. The pool area has a shower, toilet facilities, plus all the usual safety features and notices.
