We stayed at this apartment for a week in January. The apartment was clean and well presented and had everything you would require. Julie ,the manager was very helpful . The apartment is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk to the seafront and close to the bars and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again as it was perfect for a holiday in Puerto Del Carmen.
Gorgeous Apartment, perfect location near to beach
Had a wonderful time in this beautiful modern apartment, we went for a long weekend and loved every minute. It is in a fantastic position, so close to the beach and main street with everything you can ask for on your doorstep, loved it that much we have just booked for two weeks for next August.

Apartment recently refurbished to excellent quality.
Has everything you could need Is home from home and has a relaxed family feel. Minutes away from the beach and local amenities. Lots of beautiful restaurants and bars close by. Already booked to stay again next year.
Year after year we return to this lovely apartment which is home from home whether you want to stay around the pool or go to the beach only minutes away its great for families and couples alike
Shops and restaurants are minutes away also and there is a huge selections to choose from.

We had an amazing holiday at berranco seco again this year, we keep returning year after year the kids love the pool and the apartment is like home from home. All the local amenities are close at hand shops, bars, restaurants etc, cant wait to return again next year
the best apartment
this is the the 4th xmas and new year in sues apartment besides two or 3 times in the year we have tried other accomadation in puerto del carmen but found this the best, its 2 mins from playa with golden beaches great eating places and cheap if you dont fancy cooking in close to supermarkets,a lovely on site pool with plenty of loungers quiet even in high season, weather hot as the caribean a beautiful apartment comfortable everything you need even a ipod dock the best place to stay so book early ,puert del carmen is the best resort we usually hire a car for for the second week to see more of the island but their is a good bus service 2 mins from apartment on the playa so after a long day a really comfortable apartment to return to with a nice terrace for afternoon tea ,there is also julie the lady you can always get in touch with if you have any problems or requests shes a gem and lives close by we will be returning september and cant wait already booked next christmas, sue who owns the apartment also owns a bunglow with the same standards close by so you will be spoilt for choice

2 min walk to nearest beach, a further 5 min stroll along the promenade will bring you to Playa Grande beach.
10/15 min. by taxi from the airport cost around £12-£15
Car hire not required as we are very central, however should you decide to explore this lovely island further, car hire can be found from around £15 per day.
Old town and Harbour 20 min stroll along the promenade.
