Exceptionnal situation, panoramic view from the house and a large terrace right on the sea, with direct access from the terrace to the ocean and the beach. .Sleeps 10 people comfortably. 6 bedrooms, 2 living-rooms, one dining room, three bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen not normally not included, but can be arranged on request for a fee. Cleaning can be arranged with cleaning lady according to renter's wish, at renter's cost. House must be returned in clean condition. The area is known for its "parochial enclosures"; 3 famous ones ( St-Thégonnec, Guimiliau, and Lampaul-Guimiliau) are all within 60km.

The island of Ouessant is right across 15 miles out. It is accessible for daytrips from the nearby ports of Le Conquet or Lanildut.

The coast line in the area is among the most spectacular there is..


The house is right on the coast, no distance from beach.


The house is 30Km west of Brest. Brest has a TGV train station and an international airport, where cars can be hired.

The use of a car is highly recommended.

Roscoff is 100 km away, or one hour drive. It has ferries to and from Plymouth, England, and Cork, Ireland.

There are also ferries from England to St Malo, about 2.5 hours away.

Stay tax £0.45 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

Booking Notes:
Booking is done through the signature of a one page contract, together with the payment of a 25% downpayment.
Balance of payment must be made one week before stay begins.
Guarantee deposit is required, amount depending on length of stay.

Changeover Day:
Normal changeover day is Saturday, but that's flexible depending on period of the year and whether there are or not other adjacent bookings.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property per week in euros. Electricity is not included in rent prices from October to April.
From June 1 to 30 September, a small "visitor" tax of 0.50 euros per person over 18 years old and per night is due in addition to the rent.
Guarantee deposit is due together with the payment of the balance of the rent
The final cleaning is based on actual hours spent with an hourly rate of 11€.
Final cleaning and stay tax will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.
