Ideal for couples or families, it is just 3 minutes walk to the nearest taverna and approx 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kato Paphos with its restaurants, bars, banks and shops. The local mini supermarket is only a minute walk away. The apartment is very well equipped to make your holiday enjoyable with air-conditioning (and heating for the cooler winter period).

Fabulous apartment great customer service from owner
Where to start!! Great communication with owner (mick) from start to finish. Fabulous apartment with everything you need very very comfortable. Great having 2 bathrooms and fully fitted kitchen. Location is by far the best, 15min from airport and 10min walking to restaurants and bars. Quite complex even with most apartments full Would recommend to everyone with 30c sun the apartment stayed cool even without the aircon on the ceiling fans did the business Nice touch was beach towels if needed but also finding milk and bread fresh in fridge as we arrived very late. The apartment was very clean and suited everything we needed for our visit, even having a good internet speed Thanks Mick for a great apartment

Perfect appartment Two negative aspects: 1) No blankets change each week 2) No int. TV Channels
We regualrely travel each year to Cyprus around X-mas time to our family . This time we were lucky with good weather and an excellent time with our family.

We are going again
We arrived at apartment quite late and a bit tired but straight away made to feel welcome by other couples at the complex. We can't say enough good things about this place like it so much planning to go again next year.
