This beautiful 3 bedroom vacation rental property is located in the popular village of Nazaret, near the old capital of Teguise. Free fibre optic wi-fi is available. Suitable for 4 people, the spacious living accommodation includes living-dining room, fitted kitchen, master bedroom en-suite with two further twin bedded rooms and shower room. Outside, the terrace has table and chairs and a bbq is available - perfect for al fresco dining. The terrace leads to the pool area which is accessed by a lockable gate. The pool is 6m x 3m and there are comfortable sun loungers available. The pool is solar heated and the pool area is totally private. Nazaret is a quiet and peaceful place. There are bars and restaurants available in Teguise which is approximately 2km away. Spacious country villa accommodation for up to 4 adults in a quiet and rural village. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker and washing machine. 1 double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. 2 further twin bedrooms with adjacent shower room. Free WI-FI. Full tv package on a 40¨ wide screen tv, including movies and sport . Comfortable leather 3 piece suite. Totally secluded, solar heated swimming pool with sun loungers. Comfortable villa in peaceful location

This was our second visit to Villa Ann. We had a wonderfully relaxing week in peace and quiet. Kim and Brian are lovely hosts, available but not intrusive. The villa is comfortable and well equipped and is located quietly. The whole island is in easy reach, and the roads are wonderful, no potholes here! We will undoubtedly be back.

Great Second Visit!

Our second visit to Villa Ann and we did not regret it. Location is really good with good access over the whole island. You really couldn't ask for nicer hosts than Kim & Brian, they are both super friendly and couldn't be more helpful when needed. Thank you!

Would happily return

Would I stay here again: Yes. Location is a bit of a double edged sword in that it is quiet, secluded and geographically great to get around the island which we did a number of times with some great reccos from Brian and Kim. If you want somewhere you can walk to for bars and restaurants then its 25 min walk uphill to Teguise which is more than doable, but maybe not for everyone. The property is spacious and the pool area is enclosed for your exclusive use and is a great space. Added bonus of full English tv which may not be a priority for some, but an easy way to relax in the evening if you've decided to stay in. All in all a great stay and thanks to both Brian and Kim for being so helpful and accommodating

Great Place!

A really nice rental that is ideally located for exploring the whole island. The villa it self is bright, airy, well equipped and very comfortable. Kim and Brian were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. As others have mentioned, they also leave a very good welcome pack! Thank you!

Why they chose this property

We used to holiday in Nazaret and we came to love the area so much that when the opportunity of buying our property came up, we grabbed the opportunity with both hands. We have lovingly renovated both Villa Ann and Casa Ida (advert 8064765) and are very proud of both of our properties. Nazaret is a great base for exploring the many delights this wonderful island has to offer. It is a far cry from the bright lights and bars of the main resorts and is ideal if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Come and experience the real Lanzarote, we are sure you will love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Villa Ann, Casa Ida and Casa Joanna offer flexible accommodation options. They can be booked together for larger families and will sleep 10, 6 in the villa and 2 in each of the Apartments (the apartments are not suitable for children) or they can be booked separately.
Please note, if you are only booking an Apartment, then there is no access to the swimming pool. However, the Apartments do have a lovely terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ for alfresco dining.
