About the property

Townhouse in Alcossebre, Costa del Azahar - Peaceful Location Yet Only 5 Minutes Walk to the Town Centre and 8 Minutes to the Beach.

This two storey townhouse is set within a small gated complex with its own private parking. It has two sun terraces. On the ground floor there is a large furnished sun terrace and small garden which lead onto a pretty communal garden and shared swimming pool. On the second floor, the airconditioned master bedroom, with on-suite bathroom, leads out onto the second furnished terrace. The traditional character of the house is enhanced with a wood burning stove. The house offers a peaceful and relaxing environment and yet the town centre of Alcossebre with its fine restaurants, shops and tapas bars is within 5 minutes walk. Las Fuentes and Alcossebre boast 5 beaches all with blue flag status, one of these, Carregador, is within 8 minutes walk. In season there are paddle boats and windsurfers for hire, catamarans, jet skis and scuba diving. Cycling, tennis, bowls and horse riding are also available. Two excellent golf courses are only around 30 minutes drive away.

We had a wonderful holiday in your superb house in Alcossebre - it was like home from home. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the gardens and the patios - we didn't stray far - we felt we didn't want to - it was all there for us right there at your house. Every day we went to the beach for two or three hours - superb ! and ate out quite a few evenings very reasonably in the local restaurants, although we did enjoy some meals "at home" because it was a pleasure to cook in your well equiped kitchen. We enjoyed the Chinese Restaurant and thought El Patio really rather special. The place was lovely and the children were very happy there too. We ate in most of the restaurants you recommended and were very impressed with the whole place.

Thanks for a fantastic holiday. Weather was brilliant people were very nice. Your house is lovely and so is the area. This is our third year to go to somewhere in the Valencia area and Alcossebre was my favourite.

Lovely clean townhouse in a lovely location

We have just spent a fab 2 week holiday at this villa.

The property is lovely, clean, spacious and a home from home with lots of little extras. The welcome pack was MUCH appreciated as our journey wasnt the best and 2 hungry teenagers demolished the biscuits when we arrived at midnight !

The small complex is quiet and friendly - the pool was rarely busy - a very relaxing holiday for sure.

The town had many restaurants, our favourites were Le Patio and the Guiness bar (dont know its name)

Super Spanish Townhouse

As the description says it is a delightfull Spanish Townhouse. It is set in a small but beautiful complex. The property was clean and maintained to a high standard. The setting is so lovely. Beautiful maintain gardens and pool. Would recommend it highly and will use it again. Many thanks to Judith and Chris for allowing us to rent there lovely property.

A Winter Warmer

We stayed from Jan/Mar as a long term stay to get away from the cold miserable weather of the UK. We found your house delightful, clean and comfortable. The location was close enough to the town to walk to the shops and to walk along the lovely beaches. The log burner was very cosy as it did turn cold in the evenings. This is our third visit to this town and we always find the local people friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely relaxing holiday, thank you.

Lovely Townhouse

We stayed in this lovely townhouse for 2 weeks in September. It was even nicer than described in the listing, set in lovely gardens in a nice quiet area. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything supplied that you could possibly need. It was within walking distance of the town and the main beach. A car isn't essential but it was handy for grocery shopping and to visit the surrounding area. Lots of small towns within 30-60mins drive. It is also easy to take the train to Barcelona or Valencia from the station at Alcala. We went went to Valencia as we had already visited Barcelona. The train journey took about 90mins but it was well worth it - Valencia is a beautiful city. We didn't use the pool as we prefer to go to the beach but it was very clean and well maintained. There are several beaches to choose from and our favourite was Playa Tropicana beside the camp site. It was always quiet and had a nice restuarant close by. Lots of restaurants to choose from in Alcossebre, Le Jardin was a favourite with its delicious pizzas. We ate in some nights making use of the well equipped kitchen, and it was lovely sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house if you are considering a visit to Alcossebre, we thought it was one of the nicest available for rent. Family friendly accommodation

Our first visit to Spain was at this delightful and family-friendly house on a quiet complex, situated near enough to the beaches and town centre for an enjoyable stroll but far enough to be not too noisy or too busy. The house had everything you could want, not just the essentials, and is a good size for 4 people.

The combination of the Spanish town (not overly commercial), friendly complex and comfortable house is highly recommended.

Notes on accommodation: Two safe and private furnished terraces. Small shallow end of pool for young children can be seen from the terrace. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the house. Mitsubuishi air-conditioning installed in the bedrooms. The price of rental includes cleaning at the end of your stay. Outside: Large private furnished terrace with Hardwood sofa & table, and dining area with 3 steps to small gated garden leading directly onto the shared large pretty gardens and pool area. The good sized pool has a small shallow end for young children. Our sun loungers are available for the use in the grounds. A further good sized furnished terrace leads out from the french doors of the master bedroom. There is a private secure parking space at the front of the house. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included with the property (Beach towels are available on request). Linen change and cleaning prior to arrival. A welcome pack of essentials is provided.
