The 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom,ground floor air-conditioned apartment is located in the Jardines de Don Carlos development, which is a few metres from the luxury Don Carlos Hotel, with its extensive leisure and entertainment facilities. It is ideally located 35 mins from Malaga airport and is 5 mins from the best golf club (Santa Maria), and 1½ hour from all the major golf courses in the area. It is also 100 metres from the best beach in Costa del Sol and is well provided with 24 hour supermarket, shops, banks, bars and beach restaurants.

We are friends who jointly bought this apartment even before it was built! Having visited the area many times, we came across this block and instantly put in an offer! 12 years on, our families, friends and other guests have enjoyed staying in the apartment.

Carin is an Insurance Broker and Neeta runs a Foundation for young entrepreneurs. We both live and work in London and lead pretty busy lives, so this apartment is a welcome escape for us.

A beautiful property near Marbella

We spent a few days at the apartment which is very comfortable and in an excellent location. It is perfect for up to four people. The pool areas are also very well maintained. There are some very good restaurants and local shops within a five minute walk. A perfect place for a quiet and relaxing break.

Perfect for a wonderful holiday in Elviria

We have stayed in this apartment on numerous occasions and we love to return. The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of some lovely restaurants, the shops and the sandy beach which is just at the end of the road. It is located in a quiet complex with beautifully maintained gardens and three swimming pools. The apartment is air conditioned and equipped to a very high standard, with two balconies with seating that overlook the gardens. A car is not essential. We have had some lovely, relaxing holidays at this apartment and would highly recommend it. Elviria is a lovely place and the apartment is perfect for a very enjoyable holiday.

From the Owner

We love the Moorish, terracotta look of this apartment block. The gardens and pools are laid out to offer lots of sunning areas. It's in a quiet and peaceful part of Elviria, yet a few metres from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. It's also easily accessible for Marbella, Puerto Banus and Malaga.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 30 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A7 at 0.2 Kilometres Car: recommended


Elviria beach, which is regarded as the best beach in Marbella, is 100 metre walk away. This joins onto other beaches along the coastline, which lead to Marbella to the West, and Calahonda to the East. It is very well served by beach bars and restaurants. The latest addition is the world famous Nikki beach bar/club which is adjacent to the Don Carlos hotel.


Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive from the apartment, and Gibraltar airport can be reached in 1.5 hours by car. Car hire is recommended for exploring the area, but taxi cabs are available both from and to Malaga airport.


The apartment is well situated for exploring the historic town of Ronda in the mountains; Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona, as well as being within an easy driving distance from Seville, Granada and Gibraltar.

In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, restaurants, banks and a 24 hour supermarket. There is extensive shopping in Marbella and Puerto Banus, which are famous for their designer shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. In Puerto Banus you will also find El Corte Ingles, the area's largest department store, as well as the retail mall, La Canada.
