The apartment, which is furnished to the highest standards is in the quiet and upmarket residential area of Elviria beachside, and is set in lush tropical gardens with 3 swimming pools and a sauna. The 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom,ground floor air-conditioned apartment is located in the Jardines de Don Carlos development, which is a few metres from the luxury Don Carlos Hotel, with its extensive leisure and entertainment facilities. It is ideally located 35 mins from Malaga airport and is 5 mins from the best golf club (Santa Maria), and 1½ hour from all the major golf courses in the area. It is also 100 metres from the best beach in Costa del Sol and is well provided with 24 hour supermarket, shops, banks, bars and beach restaurants.

About Carin Johnson

We are friends who jointly bought this apartment even before it was built! Having visited the area many times, we came across this block and instantly put in an offer! 12 years on, our families, friends and other guests have enjoyed staying in the apartment.

Carin is an Insurance Broker and Neeta runs a Foundation for young entrepreneurs. We both live and work in London and lead pretty busy lives, so this apartment is a welcome escape for us.

Why Carin Johnson chose Marbella area

We love the Moorish, terracotta look of this apartment block. The gardens and pools are laid out to offer lots of sunning areas. It's in a quiet and peaceful part of Elviria, yet a few metres from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

It's also easily accessible for Marbella, Puerto Banus and Malaga.

Notes on accommodation: The block has lifts to all floors. The secure, gated development has 24 hour security and video entrance to the apartment. There is underground parking dedicated to this apartment. Cots and high chairs for children can be arranged on request. Outside: Lush tropical gardens surround 3 swimming pools, a lily pond and a waterfall. Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided around the pools, and there is a large sauna with shower/toilet facilities. Utility Room: Bosch Washer/dryer. Ironing board & Iron. Hot water boiler over ceramic sink. Cleaning equipment/materials provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Additional cleaning arranged at extra cost. Bed linen and towels all inclusive. Meet and Greet on arrival and Key return/sign out on departure is £50 in full Other: Main entrance leads into a large, private covered terrace, furnished with rattan 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a large coffee table. The terrace overlooks a planter of 5 metres depth. The additional balcony has a small planter and 2 sun recliners.

Thanks for the use of your apartment in Elviria and for the goodies provided upon arrival! Much appreciated after a long trip. Location is excellent: short walk to the sea, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Also very close to A7 yet so quiet. The apartment and its location were great and had all the facilities that we needed during our stay. The communications with the owner were outstanding and she even upgraded the WIFI during our stay for our convenience.

A beautiful property near Marbella

We spent a few days at the apartment which is very comfortable and in an excellent location. It is perfect for up to four people. The pool areas are also very well maintained. There are some very good restaurants and local shops within a five minute walk. A perfect place for a quiet and relaxing break.

Perfect for a wonderful holiday in Elviria

We have stayed in this apartment on numerous occasions and we love to return. The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of some lovely restaurants, the shops and the sandy beach which is just at the end of the road. It is located in a quiet complex with beautifully maintained gardens and three swimming pools. The apartment is air conditioned and equipped to a very high standard, with two balconies with seating that overlook the gardens. A car is not essential. We have had some lovely, relaxing holidays at this apartment and would highly recommend it. Elviria is a lovely place and the apartment is perfect for a very enjoyable holiday.
