Apartment Alta Mar is situated on the front line with a spectacular sea view, 20m from the beach. This apartment is situated between San Juan and Campello, 11 km north of Alicante, 20 minutes drive from the airport. The apartment has a sea view, attractive gardens, large pool, a small pool for the children and a tennis court. The apartment is on the top floor /served with a lift. The penthouse is a private area with shower, bar, BBQ and fridge freezer, table chairs, beds and sun parasol. There is also a underground parking space also served with a lift to the apartment. Playa Muchavista is a broad sandy beach with a palm tree lined esplanade the distance from the apartment is approx 20 yards just across the road. Apartments Alta Mar are easily accessed by bus tram or car. There is a reliable and frequent bus and tram service which stops 2 minutes from the apartment and runs between Alicante, Campello and San Juan which are the neighbouring towns.

All has been said about the size of the apartment and facilities, lovely, clean and spacious. The roof space is fantastic and surrounding areas well kept. There is a tram card in the apartment and you just top it up on the trams and pay per journey, going into Alicante for meals was lovely. The beach, on the doorstep, is clean and warm. The apartment itself has plenty of everything you could wish for, plenty of towels etc and a washing machine so you don't need to pack much. There are a couple of beach bars along the beach towards El Campello although watch out for the cocktails !1 I would definately return.

Great Location

Great apartment in a fabulous location. It was very spacious, there was 7 of us and had plenty of space. There have been some reviews saying that this apartment is dated in its decor but this wasn't an issue for us as it was perfectly functional for our needs. The roof terrace is very large and we had many evening meals up there. The surrounding complex is very secure and kept very clean. The pool is extremely clean and it was great to be able to just cross the road to the beach. The tram service is amazing and we had several visits to Alicante where we strolled around the Old Town and had some fantastic meals. Fantastic supermarket only 10 mins walk away and a couple of bars and restaurants very close by. It is a very peaceful location so if you are looking for full on night life entertainment you would need to go into Alicante.

Overall a great holiday and would revisit.

Great holiday home

We have just returned from this apartment and a fab holiday. The apartment is very large and all four bedrooms very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathrooms are both good sizes and nice powerful showers. The outside space works well, great for relaxing with a glass of cava on whilst the kids are asleep. The roof terrace is large and it was a shame that the plunge pool is out of action but this didn't detract from the usability of the space. The owners leave lots of info about the local area which helped us to explore. The pool closes for siesta time between 3-5pm but there is a restaurant/bar just under the block as well as a gorgeous beach across the road. In the storage room there are lots of bits to help keep the kids occupied on the beach and I think every time guests leave they must add to it - we added three surfboards!! Will definitely return.

Big apartment, great location

Just returned from a week at this apartment. Had a great time, it's in a immaculately kept complex just over the road from one of the best beaches in Spain.

My only negative comment is that it could do with updating, although this did not detract from our holiday.
