On the first floor, it has a secluded balcony with sundrenched and shaded areas that overlooks the pools and gardens. Just 5 mins walk (500m) from restaurants and supermarkets. The seafront and harbour are 10 mins away so you can have a busy nightlife or relax peacefully. Just 20 minutes drive from Paphos airport. The Island of Cyprus has something for everyone: sunsoaked beaches; crystal clear waters and an average of 340 days sunshine a year. 3 Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive. It is the birthplace of Aphrodite and has many interesting historical sites. There are wonderful places you can walk or look for birds and flowers - the Nature Reserve on the Akamas Peninsular, or the Troodos Mountains, where it snows from January to March and you can ski!

Hi, We are Clare and Rosie.

We have been great friends for over 20 years and approx 10 years ago decided to buy our first overseas apartment together. Clare lives in Hampshire and Rosie lives with her husband and son in the New Forest.

As we both work in a customer facing environment, we know how important it is to give excellent customer service and we like to make sure that we give excellent service to our guests too.

We try to think of everything you might ask and include answers in our website or emails that we send. We also try to include anything you might need in our apartments so that we make your holiday as wonderful as we can.

What a super apartment. Lovely view over the gardens from the balcony. Spacious and was spotlessly clean. extremely well kitted out, everything you could need. Lovely quiet apartment

We had a lovely week in this apartment. We found everything exactly as described on the owners website. Very helpful owners supplied all information needed including very clear arrival directions. Apartment was clean, bright and had everything we needed. Great position, about 20 minute walk to town and seafront. Plenty of restaurants within easy waiking distance. We spent quite a lot of time at the apartment as it is in lovely quiet grounds with swimming pool. A lot of other residents were owners and were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return again and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Fantastic villa in a great location

I spent ten fantastic days in this villa with my wife and two daughters who were aged 15 and 13. This lovely villa is in a fantastic location with shops and a family friendly restraunt nearbyt. The villa is near enough to the busy tourist area yet far enough away to feel very private. The swimming pool was never busy, a good size, clean and was regularly looked after by the maintenance staff.

The villa was spotless with clear instructions on how to use all equipment contained and how best to utilise. We would recommend the villa to anyone who wants to experience a quiet location in which they can choose to either, chill out and relax with the family or have a location that can be used as a base allowing you to go into town.

Fantastic we would go again.

A stay in Cyprus.

Located on a residential road within easy walking distance of the town and attractions. We thought the property was a littie gem . The view from the balcony was nice especially after a day walking around the area it was noce to sit and relax with a glass of wine overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. Would visit again and recommend family and friends to stay there. Looking forward to a stay again in the distant future

The moment we opened the front door and could see the gardens and the pool through the patio doors at the end of the lounge, we knew we had to buy the apartment. It is like being in another world and then, as you say, it is also so easy to walk to the main seafront road and the harbour. Top Holiday!

The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The view out over the gardens and pool from the balcony was lovely. Pool and gardens were wel maintained. The location was pretty much ideal for us. Far enough out of the way for the holiday to be peaceful with virtually no noise on a relatively quiet complex of apartments but close enough to walk to the hub of the harbour/nightlife/restaurants if we wished (10/15 mins walk). So many lovely places to eat near by. The weather was absolutely glorious, and not so hot that it was hard work walking anywhere. If you like to get out and about to see things and do things there are water sports by the beaches, historical sites to visit, a nice lighthouse, lots of places to go walking, a harbour with boat trips and various sight seeing cruises lots of shops, restarantes and bars. All in all a top holiday and Paphos is definitely a place I would go back to based this holiday! :)

So peaceful and quiet, you are in your own little world and then just 10 minutes walk away you are down on the seafront with all the restaurants and bars. No need for a car, if you don't want to drive, everything is nearby and there are also buses for longer trips if you want to venture further afield. Thank you for your kind comments about the cleanliness of the apartment - we will pass them onto Caroline who manages it for us, she does like to keep it sparkling so she will be really pleased. We are delighted that you would like to return to Paphos some day and we do hope that when you do, you will stay with us again.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was easy to find and had great facilities. The pool was lovely and the apartment had everything we needed.

The location was great with a 10 minute walk to the bars and the beach.

We would absolutely return again! Clare & Rosie were incredibly helpful and prompt with their email replies.

Relaxing Enjoyable Holiday

The apartment was just as it was advertised, the whole complex, apartment and pool were clean and well maintained. It was an ideal place to relax as it was in a quiet area but within walking distance of the harbour. It was home from home with the added bonus of sunshine. We only booked a week prior to flying but this wasn't a problem as Lynn was very efficient and prompt sending all the information we needed including booking a taxi for us from the airport to the complex. On arrival there was extra info like recommendations on places to eat and visit, with guide books to help you. We hired a car to enable us to venture further afield, we visited Coral Bay beach and the Troodos mountains...Kykkos Monastery is a must see. The apartment was conveniently situated for access to main road links, road signs are easy to follow and of course they drive on the left. Everyone was friendly and helpful including Christine who lives in the apartment below. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

We picked Paradise Gardens (1) to view apartments in because it won the Homes Overseas Silver Award for its design where the small and exclusive complex of apartments are built around a central pool and gardens. We fell in love with our apartment the moment we walked into the lounge and saw the wonderful view of the beautiful gardens and pool. Our balcony is secluded and gives brilliant sunshine or restful shade, depending on the time of day.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos at 25 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Apomero Tavern at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Aphrodite Hills at 15 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Apomero Tavern at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Troodos Mountains at 60 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Paphos beaches at 1 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is the seafront at Paphos which is 10 minutes walk (800m) from the apartment. A short drive/bus journey away is Coral Bay Beach with its golden sands. There are numerous secluded sandy bays within 15 minutes drive. Further afield are the unspoilt beaches of Cyprus's Nature Reserve on the Akamas Peninsular. The crystal clear waters are excellent for Snorkelling and Scuba Diving. Windsurfing is particularly good around Limassol and Lady's Mile Beach.

Travel:

Paphos Airport is just 20 minutes drive from Paradise. Taxi costs approx 30 Euros. Car hire is not essential but recommended if you want to explore more of Cyprus. You can hire these at the airport but to be sure of a car it is best to book prior to your trip. Alternatively, Lanarka Airport is approx 2 hours away.

Distances:

The delightful harbour and medieval fort of Paphos are approx 20 minutes walk (1.5km) from the apartment.

The picturesque trails of Troodos Mountains or the rugged beauty of the Akamas Peninsula are within 60 mins drive.

Limassol, the largest seaside resort is an hours drive. Nicosia, the capital lies at the centre of Cyprus, and Larnaka are both approx 2 hours drive away.

Trips can be arranged by the Tourist Information Office to Egypt, Rhodes and Symi.

Further Details:

The nearest supermarket and restaurants are just 5 mins walk (500 m) from the apartment. All traditional shops, banks and the Tourist Information Office are on the seafront at Paphos, just 10 mins walk (800m)away.

There are many interesting historical sites on the Island -the Tombs of the Kings, the House of Dionysus and Aphrodites Rock are in Paphos itself.

And then just 500m away you have access to the restaurants and shops of Paphos with a fantastic choice of places to eat.
